Trip wurde kurzfristig storniert. Jegliche Infos blieben bis heute aus und um die Rückerstattung müssen wir uns nun aufwändig kümmern. Abgebucht wurde natürlich sofort. Tui selbst ist natürlich nicht zuständig aber unsere Reiseleitung war schon einen Tag später abgereist. Nun müssen wir formulare ausfüllen und einreichen, damit wir das Geld zurück bekommen. Sehr sehr schlechter Service. Nie wieder….

In den 4,5. - 5 Stunden schafft man es gut die Innenstadt und den Hafen zu erkunden, Einkäufe zu tätigen und ein Restaurantbesuch am Hafen.

little too long time wise bus arrived to take us back at 9.55 it was cold evening so it would have been ice if bus had come earlier . Think along with the voucher you should attach a digital map

The journey took ages 1 1/2 hours each way from the Blue Lagoon.village to Kos Town. Had to do lots of pick ups and the air conditioning on the bus was not working. It was unbearable. It would have been much better to have a seperate mini bus just for our hotel. Kos Town was worth a visit

Worth the money compared to faffing about with two buses each way. You get dropped off by the castle right in the heart of town and we had over four hours to wander. Kos Town is lovely, loads to see, do (and drink!). The only negative is that the ticket said there would be an app to guide you round Kos, however nobody on our bus had received an email about this, so I paid for mobile data so my wife and I could find our way around. Overall though a really enjoyable trip

Sam wyjazd i miasto Kos jest bardzo urokliwe. Niestety zakonczenie wycieczki to jakies nieporozumienie. Zbiórka na wyjazd miala byc o 22.00. My z zona bylismy na miejscu o 21.55 i naszego autokaru juz nie bylo. Po kontakcie z TUI otrzymalismy informacje, ze mamy wrócic na wlasna reke. Wzielismy taksówke za 50 euro. TUI na drugi dzien twierdzilo, ze autokar odjechal o 22.01 a wiemy od jednych z uczestników, ze autokar odjechal wczesniej. Troche slabo to zorganizowane.

Kos Town was disappointing I didn’t feel it was very Greek. Too commercialised with tack shops and loud bars. Not TuI fault but maybe a guide could have told the authentic areas and given us a map of the town. The driver who spoke no English just dropped us at the port. No TUI guide in the trip.

Lovely smooth journey which took about 45 mins straight into Kos town. Clear instructions of what time and which bus to catch for the journey home. Had a lovely hours exploring the town. Found a stunning traditional restaurant down a side street called Mummy’s cooking which served delicious home made Greek food at a very reasonable price. A must to visit :)

Die Busfahrt war gut organisiert. Es war hilfreich, dass der Fahrer ein Schild mit der Abfahrtszeit uns allen gezeigt hat. Bei der Rückfahrt war es ein anderer Busfahrer, aber die vor Ort stehenden Busfahrer haben uns in die richtigen Busse sortiert. Es lief reibungslos und wir waren mit dem Service sehr zufrieden!

Firstly there was no guide or rep to see us off on the coach and as there was a large number of Tui guests on the trip I thought someone from Tui would show their face just to check all was ok. The bus was late by 15-20 mins and as we only had limited time in Kos town we felt quite rushed on arrival to get something to eat and drink. We didn’t need to have rushed though as all there was is restaurants, bars and endless shops selling the same stuff and pestering you to eat, drink or buy.

Der Bus kam abends bei retourfahrt 15 min zu spät, alle warteten, fuhr den letzten Teil der Strecke einen anderen Weg ( viele Kurven.. ), vom Zeitaufwand könnte der Ausflug 30 min kürzer sein, zeit langt für Besuch der Stadt.

The bus into town is a great service you get around four and a half hrs to explore the bus was 10 mins late for pick up and seemed to go around the mountain to get back . A map of the town would be good to be given out on bus

Wir haben den Transfer vom unserem Hotel bis Kos Stadt gebucht, um mal etwas anderes zu sehen. Es war genügend Zeit zum Shoppen und Essen gehen. In der Stadt ist Abends viel los.

Pick up on time overall very good only thing was people getting off the bus in Kos and the driver forgot to tell the people what time to come back or which bus to get back on at 10 o'clock. He had to shout when people were walking away. And one woman and her daughter never make it back to the

Die Organisation des Ausfluges durch die Abholung am Hotel mit dem Bus nach Kos-Stadt hat sehr gut funktioniert sowie die Rückreise. Die Aufenthaltsdauer dort hat ebenfalls völlig ausgereicht.

Für 4 Personen 72.- gezahlt. Für einen Transfer der statt 45 Minuten (Taxi) über 1 Stunde (Bus mit Stopps in mind. 4 anderen Clubs) gedauert hat. Das Taxi hat dann 30.- (one way) gekostet.

Wir sind um 16:30 uhr abgeholt worden. Es handelte sich nur um einen transfer in die stadt kos.die hinfahrt dauerte über 2 std und die rückfahrt 1.5 std. Es wurde nicht kontrolliert ob alle passagiere auf der rücktoure dabei waren.das finde ich schlimm. Dann dauert der transfer viel zu lange. 50% der zeit im bus zuvsitzen wenn man nur einen transfer gebucht ist in meinen augen nicht akzeptabek. 45 min waren bei der buchung besprochen wurden

Kos by night was good. But we got dropped off and told the time for pick up but people didn't know where to go from the harbour to get to town. Luckily enough we did and showed people the way. It would be great if there was 2 options on late night pick up for people. 10pm and for those who want to experience the night life about 1-2am as it doesn't kick off in kos town till midnight.

Unfortunatley, our trip to Kos was dissapointing. We were expecting white washed streets and authentic Greece but found a very busy trourist town with lots of sports bars and no end of waiters trying to entice you into various restaurants and bars. Great if you like that sort of thing but not our idea of fun!!

Leider war in unserer Reisezeit ziemlich viel Geschlossen, wie z.b. das Museum in Kos. Die Zeit war ausreichend, für unseren Geschmack etwas zu viel. 3 Std. hätten völlig ausgereicht. Für Shoppingtour ideal, für Leute die etwas mehr sehen wollen ist dieses Erlebnis eher uninteressant.

Accueil et explications de la représentation TUI (Justine) impeccable. En revanche, 45 euros allé-retour pour un car remplit de monde, qui est arrivé à l’allée comme au retour 25mn en **********, Est cher payé. Conclusion : avec un repas sur place, très peu de temps pour visiter Kos.

Der Ausflug war sehr schön, Kos am Abend lohnt sich in jedem Fall. Wunderschöne Beleuchtung der Fußgängerzone , der Gebäude und des Hafenbereiches. Der Busfahrer war freundlich, leider hat der Transfer sehr lange gedauert, da viele Hotels angesteuert wurden. Ein paar weniger Hotels wäre super.

I've scored 6 for the driver who took us into Kos, the return trip was published at 22:20, he told us to be back at the pick up point for 21:55 for a 22:00 Dep. We were then collected at 22:45, all this time there was no one to tell us that there had been flight delays and that was why the busses were late

No rep on board! Driver was a little rude and not clear where we going. The write up on the trip mentioned an app so we could get info about sights we were seeing ect we never got given that information. Wasn’t well organised! Literally just picked up and dropped off I’m sure a bus or taxi cheaper. Also several other hotels for pick ups on the way making the journey well over an hour feel should be told this prior to booking

Nice (reasonably) straightforward transfer trip. Pickup was slightly later than stated (only 20mins). Would have benefitted from a rep being there to reassure the group waiting. Scenic Journey was 45mins and took us to the harbour area. Short walk to sights. Return was a confusing experience. Despite being told to come back on a specific bus number, we were ushered onto a different one with other confused members of our group after asking a driver. A rep here would be more reassuring.

A great trip out to see Kos town for the money. The only issue we had was there was no air con on either of the coaches and it was mega hot especially having to do several pick ups and drop offs. It would also be nice to have some idea where you are when they drop you off in Kos especially for those that have never been before. We managed to find our way though and did what we wanted in the time allowed. Would recommend the trip.
