Took advantage of the Kos full-day trip from Bodrum with Diana Travel. Was picked up from the designated spot on time. The ferry crossing both journeys was smooth. Went on the train around the town to see the sights, that missed the spot by not saying what the sights were followed by the shops

Unfortunately my transfer driver went to the wrong hotel, which led to a very irrate man on the jetty of the harbour yelling at me to run as I was then 45 minutes later. The island of Kos is amazing with the narrow streets of the old town, the many ruins and history and of course the beach.

Kos was lovely but the trip and how it was organised for us, was very disappointing. The day we originally booked it for, we were not picked up from the hotel. Second time round, we almost did not make it to the ferry again as the driver was late - we had to run to catch it. Apart from that, lovely

At pick up and drop off there was issues with the booking as our names had not been listed even though I had supplied all the passport information in advance. The bus to the ferry was good but one back was rickety and old. It was a very long time on the island and no guidance given as to coming back
