Among the star attractions are visits to a coffee plantation, Emancipation Park and the Bob Marley Museum. First, we'll head into the Blue Mountains. Stop for an authentic Jamaican lunch and then tour the Craighton Estate – certified by the Rainforest Alliance – and taste its coffee. Then, it's on to laid-back yet noisy Kingston. Tour historic sites in the capital's uptown like Emancipation Park – here you'll see the Redemption Song and the Bob Marley statues. At the Bob Marley Museum, you'll see mementoes such as his gold and platinum discs as well as his outfits and instruments.

Gids was niet komen opdagen maar na het bellen met TUI was het binnen een uur opgelost. Ik heb de privé tour geboekt voor ik en mijn dochter van 23jr omdat ik soms misselijk word in de auto en goed ook want de reis op en af de berg was heftig aan de maag. Ik zag een humming bird van heel dichtbij in Cafe Blue. Bob Marley museum was ook de moeite waard om te zien. De gids was heel attent op comfort en veiligheid. Een lang maar onvergetelijk excursie.

There's only a 17 seconds stop at a park in the city without any information as to what the place is about then back in car to the mountains thus completely bypassing the city. The coffee plantation is a sorry place with only 1 coffee plant as exhibition. Lunch is below every standard and visit to Bob Marley museum is utterly inhumane. 47 people were crowded in one little room. You could feel other persons breath on your face. Also very short museum stay and poorly prepared.

The tour was amazing, couldn't fault it. However they weren't able to cater for my gluten free diet on the tour. The hotel stepped in to help and prepared food to take, but didn't have take away boxes for it. I had to cart a lunch tray with plates of food on it half way across Jamaica from Lucea to Kingston. Luckily it was a private tour in a car. Had it been a bus it would have been impossible.

Booking the TUI experience was easy enough. Becky is very informative at the time of booking and she'll tell you all that you need for the trip. We arranged for our pick up to be at 6am but the driver was told to be at our hotel at 05.45am. We expected the same driver but No! We were being dropping us off to meet a driver in Mobay. We were greeted by another driver on the side of the road but we weren't expecting this or even told at time if booking that we would have two drivers !

Forked out £804. Got up at 4.30am for a 5.30am pick up and driver was a no show. TUI very difficult to get hold of and just left hanging. Not something I’d expect through a travel agent experience - will revert to Tripadvisor excursions in future.

The driver Uton made this trip for us. It was a long day, but he kept us entertained with his knowledge of all the areas we past through, history of Jamaica and his amazing music. He was so knowledgeable, respectful and professional. A true gentleman. Everything was perfect from start to finish. Upon had everything timed, even our lunch, he rang ahead so it would be ready for when we arrived. He really looked after us, to ensure we had the best and amazing experience

Disappointing start as our Tui rep had sent us to a pickup at the Hideaway lobby,but the driver was at the Royalton,wasting 20 mins. Our guide (Uton) was helpful and informative,telling us alot about life in Jamaica.Taking us safely to and from all locations.Felt that the 10 mins in Emancipation Park was wasted and perhaps a better location could have been found. We were unable to visit the National stadium (as promised) as there was an event on.Lunch was excellent with great views .

Our driver Udin was lovely and very knowledgeable, providing us with lots of general information, local facts etc. Despite the long distance we had to travel and the long time spent in traffic, he kept us entertained so it was all part of the experience. I would recommend this trip.

Wir wurden schon vor der Zeit in der Hotellobby vom Fahrer Oerl abgeholt. Fahrer und Guide Steffen, waren super nett und wir hatten gemeinsam eine tolle Tour und viel Spaß. Wir haben viel über Land und Leute erfahren. Das Mittagessen in den Bergen war super. Wünsche die wir unterwegs hatten, waren kein Problem. Es war für uns ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, können wir nur weiterempfehlen.

Enjoyed the whole experience, the only draw back (nothing that tui could avoid) are the terrible state of the roads. We left the blue mountains at 3pm and didn’t arrive back at the hotel until gone 9pm.

Kingston and blue mountain was amazingly definitely worth visiting It was a little expensive But our driver gemilia got lost On the blue mountain tour she was on her phone when the other guid was talking which is very rude She never stopped eating Compared to our last guid on black river she was awful I paid top dollar for this excursion not impressed But the experience of Kingston and the mountains was amazing

Loved the Bob Marley museum. The guide was very factual and funny. The blue mountains were amazing to see. Lunch was great. Whilst this was a very expensive tour, it was worth going private as we were ahead of the coach/bus tours by around 1-2 hours all day long. Our driver Jemelia was fantastic, she gave interesting information throughout the day and was a great driver, especially when driving around the tight roads up the blue mountains. Overall, my husband and I had a brilliant day.

The whole day was brilliant Gemelia our guide was brilliant she was very knowledgeable & ultra friendly she answered all our questions about the history & geography of the island & made sure we managed to fit everything in. Be prepared for a long day if travelling from Montego minimum travel time one way is 3 hrs with good traffic.

We weren't expecting that much beauty . Our driver Kevin was extremly friendly and very informative . So going to Kingston you will be showed few things wich are mostly related to Bob Marley that includes Bobs museum which is ok, a bit overcrowded. But the real adventure starts after when you go to Blue Mountains on the coffee plantation. It was mesmerizing . There are no photos or videos that give any justice to the views . Overall highly recomended ( go for the private one ). Worth every pound

It was a fantastic experience to see a variety of things in the day. The Blue Mountain Coffee trip was excellent. Our guide was knowledgeable and obviously very interested and happy to share his knowledge. Visiting the Bob Marley museum was great. Again the guide there was very informative. The visits to the Wall of Honour and Emancipation Park we’re rushed. We literally got out of the car and went to take photos unaccompanied. Lunch at Usain Bolts sports bar was disappointing. We were given the choice of chicken or fish, ordered fish, only to be told there was no fish. My husband didn’t want punch so had to pay for beer. This is very unusual in my experience. Lisa our guide and driver was very good. She has a very long day as we were picked up at the hotel at 07.00 and didn’t arrive back until 21.00. When I booked this trip on the website and downloaded the voucher it said it was an 8hr trip. Many people would think twice if they knew in fact it was 14 hours. The website needs updating to reflect this.

The tour was described as including the following:- Emancipation Park, Bob Marley Museum, lunch in the Blue Mountains, Coffee Plantation Tour, Devon House. We were picked up by our driver at the correct time and were driven to Kingston, we stopped at the National Heroes Circle, after looking at 3 of the 7 monuments our driver was beeping her horn for us to return. We went to the Bob Marley Museum which was fantastic but again our driver sent someone to look for us as we were browsing the store. Off we headed to the Blue Mountains and to the Craighton Estate where we had a private talk and coffee tasting. We then headed back down the Mountains to Kingston, we went to Usain Bolt's Tracks and Records for "lunch", the time was now 4.30pm, we were picked up from our hotel ay 7.30am and had nothing to eat all day up to this point. After "Lunch" we were taken back to Montego Bay. We weren't asked at any point if there was anywhere we wanted to see even though it said it could be personalised. The driver although very nice talked to herself for the whole journey, chose to have a "battle" with a lorry in queueing traffic and didn't seem to bother if we had a good time. Disappointing and overpriced/

There was a lot of driving for not a lot of content. The driver/guide was very good. The Bob Marley museum visit was awful and unsafe. The guided tour should be no more than 8 persons. There were about 25 on ours which was far too many. We questioned the guide regarding him not wearing his mask correctly because he had his mask down around his chin the whole time and his reply was that he was wearing his mask! At that point we decided to leave as we felt unsafe. We were not offered a refund so I would like my entrance fees back for my wife and I

Daleka wycieczka ale warto. Samo Kingston bez wiekszych atrakcji ogladane glównie z samochodu. Plantacja kawy pieknie polozona wysoko w górach z ciekawa prezentacja. Nastepnie powinien byc lunch gdzies w górach ale program przewiduje przejazd do muzeum. Wedlug nas duzy minus, lunch jest pod koniec programu w jakims hotelu w centrum Kingston. Zero klimatu, poza tym na niego nie zdazylismy i skonczylo sie na kanapce w barze. Muzeum Boba Marleya bardzo fajne. Na koniec na wlasny koszt super lody w Devon House, polecam.
