The actual horse riding was amazing. When we returned we was offered to purchase the photos. Unfortunately the asking price was very expensive. Also we was taken across to a souvenir shop. There was nothing we liked so we left but the guy was very persistent that we purchased even if it was $10. I explained that I wasn't going to buy something that I didn't want. I would still recommend the horse riding though.

A fantastic experience, very friendly transfer driver and very knowledgeable. The briefing was great and the guide was excellent, great company for the full 2 hrs of riding. Felt a little pressured at the end to buy photos and other gifts, but would recommend to his to anyone. We had never ridden before and it was excellent

We were told to confirm our trip 24hrs before, never had to do this with any other trip booked. Tried to but the number supplied didn’t work. Waited at collection point for 15 mins , no show. Very disappointed with the lack of an experience. ??

Prima excursie. Precies wat ik er van had verwacht. Leuke begeleiders tijdens de rit. Leuk langs het strand gereden en door de bossen. Op sommige stukken werd er gegaloppeerd. Houd er rekening mee de foto’s die er gemaakt worden kosten ongeveer 80 euro.

They only took you on the beach to take pictures which they then tried to sell to you for US $105 for a few photos. For the five minutes we rode on the beach was fun. The rest of the riding was on the road which was not fun. No one bought the pictures at $105. They could have sold them to everyone at a much lower price point

The one hour experience actually takes just under 5 hours. We were picked up at 8:15, arrived 9:40am, intro for health and safety, out on the hack, photos taken, back to ranch. They then show you the pictures, encouraging you to buy the package of digital print, one key ring, one quarter bottle of herb rum and it totals $110. The gift package is not value for money. The actual horse ride was good! Take sunscreen, water and ensure you have 5 hours in your day!

I was the only person on this trip from my hotel, I was picked up on time and in a nice air con van and with a friendly driver and we had a nice chat on the way. Knowing the ranch in advance would have been useful to see where I was goi g to understand what I would see on the trek, so it for me it was ‘Rancho Caribeño’ and you visit Río Maimón Natural Park. The horse was scooby-doo, well looked after and easy to manage. Guide was great and beautiful trek. Photos upsell at the end expensive!

Was een leuke excursie de gids Oscar was erg leuk. De paarden zien er redelijk, ze luisterden goed en waren erg braaf. Leuk voor zowel gevorderden als beginners (ik zelf heb 20 jaar ervaring en voor mijn vriend was het zijn eerste keer. Ze geven je de kans om het ook echt te leren waardoor wij ook hebben kunnen galoperen. Foto's aan het eind zijn duur, ik vind het wel waard. Jammer dat je erna ook nog een giftshop in moet je komt voor de paarden niet om te winkelen.

One of the highlights of my holiday was an unforgettable horse ride—90% along the beach, 10% through the forest. Riding beside the waves, with the sea breeze in my face and the sun dancing on the water, felt like pure freedom. The forest stretch added a peaceful contrast, with cool shade and earthy scents. The horse riding trip was a great way to enjoy a half day out. We opted for the two hour excursion - though you aren’t riding for 2 hours total, this includes a stop halfway for photos and also being shown photos from the trip at the end. The instructors were really friendly and fun, they had great control of the horses and made us feel really at ease. They go as fast as you are comfortable with, which meant we got a great gallop across the beach! We’d definitely do it again. Worth it.

I was concerned in advance about the welfare of the horses. The staff at the stables and the guide were really helpful, the horses looked really well cared for and he behaved himself. There was a lot of rubbish on the beach, the journey to & from the experience in an open sided truck was uncomfortable, especially when it rained. We were given plenty of water, the gift shop was ok, The worst part, by a long way, was the awful price demanded for photographs $100! I paid $20 for two digital shots.

2 hour horse riding comprises of 1hr 45 min bus ride to the ranch in a bus that has zero health & safety. 45 mins, actual horse riding, and 20 mins stood in baking sun whilst they take loads of photos, which they then try to sell for $120. Then go back to the ranch to sit for 45 mins, watching all photos, and then have another 1 hour 45 mins bus ride back to the hotel. Complete waste of money and time. What does 1hr horse riding get you??? probably 5 mins actual riding. I am very disappointed

We were disappointed that the guide staff let someone from our group of riders whip their horse pretty much all the trip. Poor horse, that ruined our experience as it was very uncomfortable for our young children to watch. Also saddened to see my horse go out again with another group straight after our two hour trip in the heat. I was told by our TUI rep that company was the best one to go for as they look after the horses. Something tells me otherwise. I would avoid them as horses skinny!

Excellent and well worth the money! Booked this twice during this holiday as my daughter rides horses. She loved it, galloping along the beach. My 6 year old niece who has never ridden before also enjoyed it. They take experienced riders and beginners. You won’t regret booking this!

Only walked no trot canter or gallop as described on TUI site spent 20 minutes stood on beach whilst photos taken off every group and everyone in the group then when we got back again further push on merchandise followed by long wait for the bus back to the hotel - didn’t get back till 730pm . Overall a disappointment not for a horse rider more of a donkey ride and we wouldn’t have gone on the trip as I feel it was miss represented and sold

The ride took us past the backs of hotels and unpleasant broken down/rubbish strewn paths. I was told the 1 hour ride does not include the beach by my rep when booking so changed to the 2hr ride, yet the first part of the ride took us immediately out of the ranch and onto the beach. So I feel I was unnecessarily upsold to increase my spend. The ride involved large chunks of time stopped for photos (by a photographer who would require additional payment for the pics).

Goed georganiseerd, mooie rit langs het strand en rustpunt aan een meer. De begeleiders hadden al heel snel door dat mijn dochter een ervaren ruiter was. Zij mocht vrij galloperen op het strand. Ook voor mij als niet ervaren ruiter was dit een hele leuke activiteit.

I didn't like how the horses were ridden together as a herd and not in single file. We were literally brushing up against each other and at one point my ankle was caught against another horses flank as we were walking and trotting along. This was clearly dangerous. Horses need their own space and distance as they can kick out. Luckily this didn't happen but the danger was there.

Topexcursie met kinderen vanaf 10 jaar. Je wordt opgehaald aan het hotel met een open truck. Het paardrijden verloopt afwisselend langs de kustlijn en in het bos in een kleine groep met gidsen, met draf en al voor meer gevorderden. Enige minpunt is dat achteraf de genomen foto's en videos aan een belachelijk dure prijs van 100dollar voor een usb-stick aangeboden worden, maar ze dringen niet aan. Een echte aanrader!

There is a lot of time spent taking photos on the beach which is great. There is a drone and a camera. At the end you are invited to watch the footage and the option to buy the USB stick, fridge magnet and also some alcohol with your picture on it. We got the USB stick and magnet which cost around 70 dollars. Come prepared with card or cash. There is also a little gift shop too.

It was a great experience, my wife lived it so much that we booked it again after 2 days. The staff are helpful and kind, and funny. The only not so great part I could say is the trip to the ranch, 40 minutes in the back of a truck. Overall, amazing experience!

Super leuk ervaring voor iemand dat nooit op een paard heeft gezeten zoals ik ??. Voor mijn echtgenoot was het wat saai. Helaas zag je onderweg veel afval wat geen fijn zicht was. De foto sessie duurde naar ons mening veel te lang. Na de toer kreeg je jammer genoeg geen enkele foto mits je betaalt $100. Helaas waren wij niet op de hoogte om geld mee te nemen. Waardoor wij ook geen foto’s konden kopen. Btw tis digitaal.

Probably the highlight of our holiday. Guides were experts in their field and we felt very safe and supported. Horses are beautiful, very well trained and well behaved. They are also well cared for. We did have to ride past a building site which spolt the scenery but that can't be helped. Thoroughly recommend and they cater for all abilities and ages etc. Photos looked great although, we are yet to receive ours a day later, however we haven't been charged as yet so no big deal.

The experience was great. It was our first time riding a horse -- it was very easy and enjoyable. The scenery was amazing. The only small downside was that a small lart of the journey was next to a construction site. I would definitely consider going again for a similar experience during my next holiday.

Jättebra för nybörjaren eller amatörryttaren som vill uppleva att gallopera på dm strand. Trygga välmående hästar. Som ryttare var besvikelsen att bli ihopknölad i en grupp med nybörjare så man själv blev lite guide i ridningen.

Als aktive Reiterin war dieser Ausritt sehr enttäuschend! Die Pferde waren zwar okay im Futter, hatten aber null Muskulatur und sind somit für das Reiten eigentlich überhaupt nicht geeignet! Es machte auch den Eindruck, als ob die Pferde den ganzen Tag gesattelt und getrenst (mit Blankokandare!) auf ihren nächsten Reiter warten! Ich werde so etwas nicht mehr unterstützen! Reine Reitzeit war nur 1 Std., obwohl 2 Std. gebucht. Es wurde nur Schritt geritten mit 2x kurz Galopp an der Hand.

Only negative was that our hotel wasn’t listed on the pick up points so we picked one that was the same name with one word missing assuming it was a typo on the app but it wasn’t so our driver was at the other hotel. It was all resolved but an FYI for future bookers.

Accompagnement très agréable balade supper ils ont meme fait galoper ma fille qui fait de l'équitation. Il en profite pour nous prendre en photo et video durant la ballade. Attention pour avoir ces photos le tarif est assez élevé. Ils en profitent aussi à la fin pour vous faire passer dans leur boutique souvenir. Business is Business.

Loved the experience on the course, they were all well card for and clean. However, we chose the hour session which in hindsight I should have paid for the two hour session which. On the way back the guide took us through the “plastic forest” as there was rubbish literally everywhere. Also the guide took us through a building site where workers and heavy machinery were passing, it wasn’t the paradise we were expecting but all in all we really enjoyed it on the beach with the horses.

75 US$ à la fin pour les photos, après les pourboires en outre déjà largement distribués aux accompagnants et au photographe, et la randonnée déjà bien payée, c'est vraiment abusé... S'ils nous avaient prévenus avant au départ de la randonnée qui était vraiment sympa, j'aurais davantage filmé moi-même... 30 US$ me semble un maximum raisonnable... mais pas plus... idéalement 25 US$... sinon pas de pourboires... Mais randonnée vraiment sympa, avec des gens vraiment dévoués et compétents, merci...

Some of the trail was a little sketchy, meaning the scenery was not pleasant. With that being said the staff was very accommodating giving g me a great riding experience. At the hotel I was told that I would enjoy chocolate and local coffee and a quick swim in the ocean but there was none of those things. I really was okay with that, but maybe the guest excursion person shouldn't tell things that are not included

A brilliant experience. Great value for money. The guides were fantastic. I’d never been on a horse in my life but spent the two hours having great fun and even got to gallop on the beach for a short while on the return to the ranch. Don’t hesitate, just book it!

The ride route was beautiful however there was a lot of rubbish around and there was steel rods sticking up out of the beach.

Am Strand zu reiten ist einfach himmlisch. Die Fotos sind auch klasse die gemacht werden. Allerdings wird leider nicht gallopiert wie in der Anzeige zu lesen ist und der Ritt ansich war nur 1 Std. Es fing an einem wunderschönen Strandabschnitt an und dann ritten wir durch einen verlassenen Strandabschnitt mit lauter gestrandetem Holz und Müll im Gebüsch - sehr schade

-photos were overpriced, no flexibility in what you could buy (photos AND videos), -litter on the beach -riding helmets weren’t a good fit +friendly staff +horses well cared for +shelter provided when raining

I've never been on a horse in my life and my wife as not ridden for over 20 years and the people made us feel safe and happy and most of all it was a fun few hours. Well done to the stables keep looking after the animals

First the journey to the venue was too long and transport was of poor quality truck with seats worn exposed to justly wins The activity was of short duration we booked for 2hrs ride and it was 1hr 40 health and safety measures not full explained on to sign a disclaimer that if any injuries as a result of this activity the company is not responsible thus appalling Staff keen to sell their sovereigns

Thank you so much for helping my 7-year-old daughter, who was nervous with her first horse riding experience, but was well-looked-after by the guides, and they helped her to really enjoy the experience. It would be great if more confident riders could exercise the horses a bit more (trot / canter) - some of the horses seemed pretty keen to be able to go a bit faster, but there wasn't that much opportunity. Thank you - a great experience in a combination of sun and heavy rain!

The horse riding was really good.But I was miss led by TUI rep as I was told mosquito repellent was provided it wasn’t good job I took my own. Plus when being told about the trip I was l believe that we would be swimming in the sea with the horses even bought a waterproof phone pouch from gift shop this didn’t happen. Went to see the rep she denied saying it , miss understanding she said on my side so I wasn’t happy .

Horses appeared to be well looked after. The guides were great and made the whole experience fun ( we had a first time rider in our group, and they were well looked after). Riding along the beach and forest was amazing. We were slightly disappointed we didn’t get to spend much time at the river as another group was already there. Overall, a lovely morning excursion.
