A wonderful trip! We had a very early start from north Khaolac, with a 90 minute bus ride to the harbour. The breakfast was lovely, then on to the speedboat for 75 minutes to the smaller Phi Phi island. We arrived by 8.30am and straight to Maya Bay which was amazing. Then on to a swimming stop, a snorkelling stop and then to lunch which was superb. We then went to Bamboo Island for swimming and snorkelling. A beautiful place and a fantastic excursion.

De Bamboo Island was zeer vies en vuil. Algemeen was Thailand (vooral langs de wegen) een vuil land. Dat eiland was zeker geen reclame.

Toller und absolut empfehlenswerter Ausflug, den ich auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen kann. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, an das ich mich immer gerne wieder erinnern werde. Unser Reiseleiter BOB war super und erklärte uns sehr viel.

Super mooie tour, maar best veel reizen voordat je er bent, nog steeds een onvergetelijke dag hoor, maar de tocht erna toe is best lang...verder is het allemaal super goed geregeld, drinken en eten in overvloed, zelfs een toilet aan boord en smeer je heel goed in ??

Amazing day staff when over and above Loved the day Only thing that was great was the food Bit like school dinner the presentation was not there like another trips. It was tasteless and just didn’t feel special. I would’ve preferred a voucher to go and get something else on the island, even if it had been a sandwich Overall, the trip was really good. Leuke gidsen. Weten veel en proberen het iedereen naar de zin te maken. Was een leuke trip. Iets minder was het hoofd eiland Phi Phi Don (erg toeristisch). Lunch was erg goed verzorgd. Op Bamboo Island was ook vrij druk (veel boten met toeristen) en helaas weinig te zien onder water., maar dat zal aan het weer hebben gelegen. Een zeer geslaagde dag gehad.

Die Schnorchelerlebnisse waren leider enttäuschend, da die angebotenen Destinationen überlaufen warn und es keinerlei intakte Korallen mehr gibt. Bei dem preis hätten wir etwas anderes erwartet. Auch die Fahrt auf dem Boot war durch den hohen Wellengang sehr anstrengend und sehr lang.

Leider wurden die längsten Aufenthaltszeiten eingeplant an Stellen wo verkauft wurde. Wir hätten uns eher gewünscht z.B. länger vom Boot aus zu Schnorcheln. Wir hatten zwar noch einen Inselaufenthalt mit Schnorcheln, dort durfte aber nur mit Schwimmweste ins Wasser gegangen werden und zu sehen gab es unter Wasser auch nichts. Ansonsten wieder Läden die Kasse machen wollten.

De bestuurder van de rit heen en terug reed als een gek vooral op de terugreis onverantwoord hard links en rechts inhalen en veroorzaakte bijna een ongeluk! Zowel ik als mijn vrouw en andere mensen in de bus hielden hun hart vast! Belachelijk dat zo iemand in dienst voor Tui rijd!!! De gids had ons moeten vertellen voordat we Maya bay op gingen dat het er stikt van de muggen want we hadden nietsvermoedend spray in de tas aan boord gelaten!! Rest van de tour was erg leuk maar let hier op aub!!

arriving at the Royal Marine Port - breakfast layed -on, a much more vast improvement than the previous year. Well organised with coloured bands to keep each party together. Had fantastic hot weather, and the crew kept us educated with their knowledge of the islands. Phi Phi island is a wonder to behold, narrow walkways, plenty of food - ( the lunch buffer) amazing flavours. And you can shop til' you drop. It was all very enjoyable. As we were in a distant resort, there was a lot of Travel for us just to get to the boat. The taxi driver and the guides on the trip were really good . JUNE and his team were fantastic and made it very memorable.

Die Guides waren super cool! Es wurde von der kompletten Crew alles gegeben. Leider kommt es einem so vor als sein der komplette Ausflug eine Massenabfertigung! Zunächst wird man mit einem ziemlich vollen Transferbus zum Hafen gefahren, und dort hat man dann wenn man sich durch die Menschenmenge kämpfen möchte die Möglichkeit noch Reste des Frühstücks abzubekommen. Das Speedboot war das schlimmste am kompletten Ausflug! Es war unbequem und zu wenig Platz in jeder Hinsicht!

Eine wunderbare Tour mit tollem Guide. Das frühe aufstehen hat sich gelohnt so dass wir die Maya Bucht mit sehr wenigen Touristen hatten. Den Stop Monkey Beach hätte man sich sparen können, dafür mehr Zeit in der Stadt auf Phi Phi Don.

This was a very long but lovely day. Be prepared to be out for 14+ hours but it was totally worth it. You get to snorkel a few times, see the most beautiful places and just enjoy beauty of Thailand. Highly recommend this trip, we had a fantastic time.

En fantastik upplevelse med bra planering och härlig, tydlig guide som gav mycket info kring dom olika platserna vi besökte. Ett stor minus är restiden från Khao Lak. Tog 14 timmar från att vi lämnade hotellet, tills vi kom tillbaka. Denna infon hade behövt vara tydligare vid bokning.

Deutschen Guide gebucht, englisch bekommen! Angeblich wegen Erkrankung des deutschsprachigen Reiseleiters . Ging anderen Hotelgästen auf anderen Ausflügen auch so. Offenbar hat TUI da ein Personalproblem! Ansonsten sehr guter Service, alles gut organisiert!

Enjoyed trip to maya bay and time there, swimming stop was good, snorkelling spot didn’t have a lot of fish (may be weather dependent) some other travellers struggled so may need to reinforce safety and life jacket use, we didn’t stop at Viking cave which was didsapointing, need to rotate customers to front of boat or at least offer otherwise same people sit outside, phi phi island lunch was good, hike was though but worth it, maybe longer needed there, bamboo island stop was cut short

Ich war rund um sehr zufrieden mit dem Ausflug. Der Reiseleiter war besonders toll, sympathisch und machte die Reise noch toller. Das Boot, das Team, das Mittagessen, die Schnorchel-möglichkeiten und der Hoteltransfer, alles professionell und excellent ausgefallen! Sogar die Strände waren unglaublich schön und sauber. Traumhafte Strände!!

Vielleicht sollte auf den einen oder anderen kurzen Stopp zu Gunsten des schnorcheln oder Bamboo Island verzichtet werden. Über eine alternative zum Leiterchen am Boot sollte man auch nachdenken (platsch).

Wir waren insgesamt mit der Tour recht zufrieden. Das Erlebnis war schön und wir haben viel gesehen. Das Schnorcheln allerdings war eher nicht so gut organisiert. Beim ersten Spot hatten wir nur 40 statt den angegebenen 60min Zeit. Beim zweiten Schnorchelgang mussten wir das Boot verlassen. Wertsachen mussten wir mitnehmen. Es gab allerdings keine Möglichkeit diese wegzuschließen. Somit konnten wir nicht mehr schnorcheln, da keiner auf die Wertsachen aufpassen konnte. Sehr schade!!

Wow what an adventure, the islands themselves are absolutely beautiful, the staff are so welcoming! Now I get terrible sea sick unfortunately and towards the end I was very poorly, however shoutout to Bob and Andy for looking after me so well! Giving me much needed advice on how to quickly recover and I did! I felt so safe with Bob and Andy! They are the main reason I enjoyed this trip, their knowledge is phenomenal. This is a must do trip!

Gids 'Sea' was fantastisch en heeft een mooi levensverhaal als je dit aan haar vraagt met betrekking tot de tsunami van 2004. We hadden wel wat last van een zeer wilde zee op de heenweg, maar niets wat een goede massage kon verhelpen. Qua beleving en omgeving is dit 1 van de meest gave ervaringen die je kan opdoen.

The trip itself was amazing. However, the boat was very full and cramped, and where we were sat, there was no under seat storage, so our bags got very wet and were constantly in the way. The 2 guides were lovely, but one was very quiet, so we missed a lot of what she was saying, so weren't sure of times, duration etc, and had to keep asking.

Om te beginnen, ons gids, Chelsea is een fantastische meid die het heel leuk doet en goed begeleid. Toet zelf was heel mooi alleen wij hadden de pech dat het regende en de zee ook best wel wild was waar door vooral de terugreis heel erg onstuimig was. En hier wringt dan ook de schoen, de betreffende longtailbootjes, niet echt geschikt voor zo”n ruwe zee! Wij hadden dan ook een bijna tip over momentjes door onachtzaamheid van de bestuurder En volgens derden, zijn deze niet eens verzekerd!

We werden vroeg opgehaald 4:45 moesten ander half uur reizen. Op tijd bij de Haven hadden vanuit het hotel een ontbijt/lunch pakket mee, maar kregen bij de haven ook wat te eten en drinken. Uitleg wat we konden verwachten . Leuke Gidsen en heerlijk geluncht. Gelegenheid om te snorkelen Maya Bay was dicht dat werd ook verteld maar we gingen er wel langs. Soms moest er iets aangepast worden door het weer maar dat werd ons goed verteld. Was een top dag

Ein absolut klasse Erlebnis. Traumhafte Inseln und Strände, welche man ohne diesen Ausflug mit Sicherheit nicht sehen würde, wenn man in Thailand ist. Die Crew war hervorragend. Die Verpflegung ebenfalls. Die Sicherheit auf dem Schnellboot ging immer vor. Bei hohem Wellengang könnte es auf dem Boot etwas angespannt werden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis soweit okay. Allerdings könnte TUI sich überlegen, ab der zweiten Person Rabatt zu gewähren. Wir waren vier Personen, da ist der Preis schon saftig.

Excellent team, our visit was exciting, fun and the islands just paradise. All of the team made our trip amazing, especially June who was kind, thoughtful and highly knowledgeable and we couldn't thank them all enough for the wonderful day we had. Whilst the start is early it's totally worth it and as a family with children the team made us feel safe and we all had a wonderful time. Would highly recommend!

An sich waren die Stationen sehr schön. Wir würden nur empfehlen das auf eigene Faust mit einem Taxiboot zu machen. So früh beim Mayabay zu sein war optimal. Auf Phi Phi Island hatte man nur 1:30h um eine ganze Insel, die wirklich groß und sehenswert ist zu erkunden und zu essen. Die Zeit für das runterkommen vom Boot und rauf, auf dem ca 40 Leute sitzen muss man auch dazurechnen. Alle anderen Inseln hatten 15min Stops. Viel zu wenig. Glich mehr einem Bus als einer Tour. Guide war schlecht.

Das ausgesuchte Strecke war sehr schön. Beim erklären könnten wir nicht alles gut mithören und müssten wir nochmal alles fragen. Mann kann vielleicht die Zeit auf der Phi Phi island verkürzen und bisschen länger Zeit für Schnorcheln auf der erste Station einplanen, dort war 30 min. Wirklich kurz.

Positiv war die Vielfältigkeit der angefahrenen Inseln, negativ, dass auch viele andere Veranstalter diese Idee, bzw. diese Stellen im Programm haben. :-)

Insgesamt ein schöner abwechslungsreicher Ausflug. Die Gruppengröße hat uns nicht so gut gefallen. Es war relativ unpersönlich im Vergleich zu anderen Touren, die von TUI angeboten werden. Landschaftlich ist der Ausflug aber sehr sehr schön.
