This offer adheres to our rigorous animal welfare standards related to cetaceans, which have been developed in collaboration with independent animal welfare scientists. These criteria are continually updated based on the latest scientific research and international standards. They focus on enhancing cetacean wellbeing by promoting natural and social behaviours, ensuring specialised veterinary care, encouraging the animals' autonomy within their environment, and supporting education and conservation efforts
The standards strictly prohibit breeding for commercial purposes, the use of behavioural drugs, the capture of wild cetaceans and food deprivation techniques, among other measures

Excellent and breathtaking experience. Only slight criticism is lack of guidance and information when entering the park regarding whereabouts, lockers and towels etc. aside to that highly recommended and would most definitely visit again. Dolphins and staff were 10/10. Very informative and magical life changing experience.

It is a bit on the expensive side but the dolphin interaction was amazing! The pictures of the dolphins are very expensive but kind of 'necessary' if you want to have a memory of it. The parc itself is nice and fun as well but without the dolphin interaction it would feel like you would be done very vast

Honestly couldn’t fault this experience! Best day ever from swimming with the dolphins to the park it’s self! Driver was lovely and very clear on what time he’d pick us up at! 10/10 recommend doing this!

The dolphin experience was incredible but the package of "Give me all" through TUI is misleading as its not all included as stated. We were told the package included all of the dolphin experience but when we arrived at the park we were told it was another $40 each to experience the dorsal swim with them. Photos were another $200.

Fantastic experience - 45 minutes with the dolphins, was amazing. Shame the photos are around £180, well worth it but rather extortionate. I think at least 1 photo per person should be included as you pay enough for the experience! Defo recommend!

Every thing was brilliant. What we didn’t like was the extras for the dolphins. Our rep told us with the package we baught dolphin push and pull was included. It wasn’t and had to pay the $100 excess.

We didn't like the price of the photo packages. When spending a large amount on a trip such as this one, maybe a single printed photo could be included in the experience. Also, when purchasing the "gimme all premium" dolphin experience, we still had to pay an extra $46 on arrival to take part in the Ride and Trek experience. An item shouldn't be advertised as giving all or premium when extra costs are involved to complete the experience.

We went with 3 children aged, 17,16 and 13. They did the dolphin experience then we all went into the park. Fantastic all food and drink included, snorkel equipment all included, great adventure rides with zip lines and jumping. Dolphin experience amazing, great staff, very clear instructions and although expensive for the day I would definitely recommend!! We all thoroughly enjoyed it! Just my advice I think it’s more suited to those who enjoy the water we spent all day in there.

Our experience as a family was simply perfect. Excellent communication with staff upon arrival, the place is beautiful and full of learning information regarding the planet. The dolphin swim was amazing and Freddie our trainer was wonderful. Very polite and a lovely man who gave us so much information about the dolphins swimming with us. All the activities were fantastic from the zip lines, cliff jumping, lazy river, animals, slides everything exceeded out expectation. Thank you x

So this was explained as we all get an experience with the dolphins , that adults get 15 mins kids get the more expensive 45mins . But adults didn’t get to go near the dolphins . Also they stand the kids in the water where we can’t take photos . And then to buy a photo package it’s £400 it’s very much money oriantated

Transfers were efficient and on time. No guide to show what to to when we went in but once we worked it out it was very straight forward. The experience was amazing. Other people were also doing the experience but each group consisted of just your own family. You get lots of time with the dolphins and the ticket included an underwater trail which we didn’t expect. Plenty of other things to do for the rest of the day once you’ve finished with the dolphins. A great day out.

Heel veel moeite moeten doen om binnen te komen persoon die ons moest opvangen voor het park was te laat na lang wachten was er dan eindelijk met het laten zien van tickets waren er gelijk problemen want we moesten ook van het park extra tickets kopen om naar binnen te komen om dat gelukkig de taal niet vreemd aan is na lang besluit tog park in mocht onder begeleiding naar binnen in het park goed geregeld dolfijnen trainer duidelijk goed Engels top geregeld mooi foto’s wel gelijk weg met toezich

Fantastic day!! Dolphins are not kept in pools..they are kept in natural water from the sea. You can see fish swimming in there too! I took my time when choosing to ensure we didn’t choose an experience where the dolphins were kept in unnatural conditions. However they could be bigger pens for them, only down side. We didn’t experience ja sing to pay for anything else to be honest. Overall fantastic park and experience. 10/10

Thoroughly enjoyed the experience, however, my wife and I were disappointed to have paid for a premium ticket with the dolphins and felt contact time was shortened due to being with a family with young children, though we appreciate how groups were made based on packages, we felt more consideration for couples like ourselves without children should have been thought of for the experience to be fulfilled especially for amount we paid. The photo’s were extortionate & again weren't of just us.

The dolphin experience at Xel-ha was brilliant, a bucket list item ticked off the list. I would 100% recommend this experience. 2 recommendations for improvement; - I think for the premium package I would have just liked a little bit more physical interaction, however the experience was an amazing one! - I think for the price you pay, at least one photo should be included. We bought the full package of photos as we wanted to cherish this experience, this came to around £250.

Pay a lot of money for this excursion And then have to pay nearly the same amount for the photos Once you do the dolphins your left in a park for hours that charge you for the other activities The driver we had was so dangerous and nearly crashed 4 times for not breaking until the last minute

Everything is spotless clean, so organised, food and drink choice is fabulous and you can get whatever whenever you want! It wasn’t over crowded or wait times wasn’t long for anything ! The dolphin pics are a little pricey but for me the memories of the pics are so worth it! Stunning place !

The visit to Xel-ha was amazing. One of the best day trips we have ever done. The quality of the park, the facilities available. The all inclusive package. Couple small negatives: the transfer time is 80 mins which of course is unavoidable but still a long time. The price of the photo package, which after spending a lot of money on a fantastic experience you will want a memory of it. Would be great if 1 picture was included in the price.

Really great experience- the only slight downside is that the dolphin experience took up so much time meaning we didn’t have as much time to enjoy the rest of the park. Lots to do and enjoy - we’ll go back again without doing the dolphins now we’ve enjoyed them once and have fabulous pictures to show for it.

Tui rep at hotel told us the time changed to 7am and not 740 that was wrong so we sat outside in 28 degree heat waiting for over a hour . Bus arrives as scheduled. Driver was great told us where and when collection was. Bus was a mini bus wasn't great in comparison to xcart , park was amazing only down side is they wanted 45USD for 1 yes 1 picture with dolphins! Lots to do in park and dolphin swim worth the extra got to snokle too seen lots marine life 3hr drive back not so good due to traffic

Pick up and travel both ways was perfect! Driver was lovely and polite. All well organised. We did Dolphin swim straight away and then left for the rest of the day to explore Xel-ha and do what we wanted. We were told exactly where to meet the driver at 5.30 and he was dead on time. Thankyou Tui. I will definitely use Tui for future excursions.

Fantastic experience with the dolphins, they are so graceful, but the photographs were extortionate in price, which put a dampener on the day. The water park was brilliant and would highly recommend, great that everything was included, food, drinks, towels etc. just not keen on the hard sell of photographs!

We had the Dolphin Ride experience package for Xel Ha, the experience with the Dolphins was incredible, however for the prices this park has alreafy, we have been charged an outrageous amount of money to be able to have some pictures as a memory, the pictures cost $261 USD, almost as much as the entry tickets + the interaction combined. The park offers a better picture package $64USD for 2 people whole day in the park, however that offer doesn’t include pictures from your dolphin experience very disappointing.
