Excellent service from Blessing, Doaa and Mohammed. The exfoliation, foam bath and massage were thoroughly enjoyable. We paid the extra £25 (sterling) for the longer massage, it was well worth it. No hard sales tactics before or after the experience.

Was a good experience however for being a relaxing time. Not so should be adults only and quieter was very noisy. The massage I paid for extra was to die for. The hustle and bustle of the men rushing about was not relaxing Felt like a conveyer belt. Other international visitors loud and rude. Could not fault the massage best I ever had but sadly the rest left a negative feeling. Suppose to be a relaxing few hrs sadly not apart from the massage.

I had an amazing experience. A special shout-out to Mona for a top-class massage. The staff were very friendly, the interior was beautiful, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. Highly recommended!

Very good Hamam and massage . Great value for money - especially compared to the similar offering in our hotel. Spent 2 hours actually at the spa. Only small negative is that the spa is a long way from our hotel, so nearly one hour each way spent travelling

Turkish Bath experience was nice, lovely building, staff were very friendly! However the mini bus taking us to the Spa was old and had duct tape all over arms rests, carrier bags over head rests and the driver thought he was on fast & the furious! With the seat belts not working on my seats and hardly any cushion underneath I can’t say we felt safe on the way down tbh. On the way back to the hotel the bus was slightly better than the one earlier however having to wait 45minutes was frustrating!

This did not include oil massage and all though staff were very lively the pressure to pay extra 30pp was there. It would have been better to give a two tiered excursion so that all paid fore with no hard sale and clearer transparency.

netjes, betrouwbaar, mooi interieur, hygiëne, goed georganiseerd, kwaliteit. Het ging allemaal wel snel over van de ene stap naar de andere. De extra massage vond ik wel duur.

Man ist angekommen und dann hieß es setzt euch dahin und wartet. Dann haben wir lange gewartet. Keiner hat uns gesagt auf was wir warten, oder wie lange wir warten müssen. Seine Wertgegenstände konnte man zwar sicher verwahren, was größere Gegenstände angeht jedoch nicht. Man kann sie zwar absperren, muss den Schlüssel aber draußen hängen lassen wo ihn jeder nehmen kann.

Overall experience was okish. Positives Staff are polite and helpful. Negatives There is no massage. Its £20 pp extra for 30 minutes. The place did not feel like a relaxation spa. Very much tired and outdated in need of some renovation. No oils used in any rooms hence rooms smelt a little foul. Visit seemed rushed and hectic. Most of the guests including myself seemed confused where to go and what to do. Not worth the £30 something pp we paid tbh. Thanks

De experions voor de spa was chaotisch, ook veel kinderen daar . Halve massage veel pijn naderhand, de masker die op je gezicht zat moest jezelf verwijderen. Beetje onvriendelijk zoals wij het hebben beleefd lijj het wel een fabriek.

Enjoyed the whole experience however the night entertainment could be improved especially the DJ after the shows. The music was very loud and repetitive and it was all the same kind of music.

Travel to and from the baths included in the price. Car picked me up. Was shown what my package included and also any additions I might want to make. Staff were very kind and friendly. And I think the best massage I've ever received.
