Gli orari di apertura sono: Dal lunedì al giovedì: 9.30-14.00, venerdì: 9.30-18.00, chiuso la domenica, i giorni di festa e i giorni festivi. È necessario visitare la data indicata sul biglietto.
È disponibile una selezione di rum e liquori per la degustazione.
Dovrete aspettare che una guida autorizzata vi accompagni nel tour della distilleria.

Great welcome, waited for 5 minutes before the guide arrived. Great tour! I recommend this to anyone visiting Gran Canaria. The degustation of the different Rhums were fabulous! A+++

A very interesting tour, where you learn the history of the company and how they make the products. The tour guide Sophie was excellent and really friendly. Tasting afterwards was very good. Where for 2 people you could sample many types if you shared a glass for each product. They could do with a small coffee bar, as you may have to wait for the tour to begin. Prices in the shop were cheaper than in the supermarket. Well worth a visit

Very friendly, informative guide. Lovely rums that can be purchased cheaper than at local shops. Not the easiest place to get to but took a bus to Las Palmas then a second one to Arucas. The distillery is a very short walk from the bus station

The distillery tour was lovely. The local guide was very knowledgeable and the samples were great. However, we travelled up from Puerto Rico, in the south of the island, and there was no transport included. The information provided on the booking was confusing as it said the tour was at 12am and would last 2 hours. We checked the distillery website and it stated that they closed at 2pm. We figured out the buses/taxis that we needed to get there on time only to see a TUI bus in the car park!

Informationbekräftelser om bokningar har fungerat mycket tillfredställande, info om transfer likaså. Info om det bokade resmålet var riktigt bra och att TUI personal fanns tillgänglig på hotellet varje morgon under en timme var verkligen service. Dock borde det finnas en TUI-Info-pärm liggandes i hotellfoajén med allmän info om tex karta över området, var sjukhus, apotek, busstation mm finns. TUI-appen är bra men mobilen/laptopen kan bli trasig, stulen eller på annat sätt bli oanvändbar.

Det er super godt med chatfunktion til guider. De guider der er på stedet ved ikke så meget, og kan kun hjælpe med det man selv kan søge online. De skal være meget mere imødekommende og serviceminded.

Die Führung war recht hektisch, man wurde schnell durchgeschleust,auf spezielle Fragen bzgl Anzahl der Flaschen des Captain Kidd konnte man keine Antwort geben. Die Dame welche die Führung gemacht hatte war bei dem Tasting recht schnell verschwunden. Haben den Captain Kidd und den 19 jährigen Single Cask für je 7 Euro probiert. Der Captain Kidd war für seine 30 Jahre OK. Der Single Cask mit seinen 19 Jahren war dafür das er in Sherry Fässern gelagert wurde recht scharf und mit 160 Euro zu teuer.

Ist eine super Führung und extrem spannend. Auch das Tasting war super. Leider wurde die Führung auf englisch mit einem sehr starkem Akzent gehalten, sodass wir manchmal Schwierigkeiten hatten bei der Lautstärke den Guide richtig zu verstehen, obwohl wir ansonsten nie Probleme mit der englischen Sprache hatten.

Es wird keine Uhrzeit angegeben, aber es finden immer wieder Führungen in verschiedenen Sprachen statt (EN, DE, …) Kostenloser Parkplatz direkt dabei!

Lovely guide. Spoke very good English and was knowledgeable about the factory. We got to see all we wanted. It was a shame the bottling wasn’t in process but it was their holidays. The tasters at the end were the best and we got to try some lovely rums. We bought some great gifts. Totally recommend

Wir fanden die Geschichte ganz nett und auch die Fabrikführung veranschaulicht wie Rum gewonnen und verfeinert wird. Die Firma hat auch extra eine Hochbeete mit Zuckerohr aufgestellt und einige mehrsprachige Tafeln aufgestellt.
