Please note that the archaeological site of Knossos, unfortunately, isn't wheelchair accessible

Know in advance:

This is a combination of a multi-site entry ticket for 2 archaeological attractions of Crete (the Palace of Knossos and the Heraklion Archaeological Museum), and 2 downloadable self-guided audio tours for your smartphone (accessible through an app), covering both the attractions

Kindly note that, between November 1st and March 31st, you'll receive separate tickets per archeological site, one for the Knossos Palace and one for the Heraklion Archeological Museum

Be aware that there may be long queues at the entrances, so you might need to wait before getting in

Please note that your Musement voucher is not your entry ticket. Entry tickets will be emailed to you one day before your selected travel date. Please check your spam folder as well

After booking, you'll also receive an email with further instructions on how to access and download the audio tour on your device. You must have an Android (version 5.0 and later) or iOS smartphone, and make sure you have 100-150 MB of storage space. The app isn't compatible with Windows phones, iPhone 5/5C or older, iPod Touch 5th generation or older, iPad 4th generation or older, iPad Mini 1st generation

Download the tickets and audio tour while on WIFI before your visit, as your mobile signal may be weak at the site. Also, make sure that your smartphone is fully charged

Knossos was prima geregeld, waren vroeg en konden gelijk alles bezichtigen. Alleen was de audiogids niet heel duidelijk. Aan het Archeologisch museum Heraklion hebben we, niettegenstaande de tickets, een 40-tal minuten moeten wachten voor we binnen konden…
