Get the chance to admire the beauty of Barbara Falls covered in ice!Follow the gorgeous South Fork Eagle River, pausing to observe the ice-dam formations created by frigid-cold and fast-moving water. Minutes later, you'll arrive at the base of the magical 60-foot waterfall where you'll see shimmering icicles, fascinating ice bridges, and falling water frozen in time. Then, embark on a short nature walk where you'll learn about the stunning vegetation living in these boreal forests. Learn about towering species such as white spruces, paper birches, and aspens and see wildlife, such as moose, snowshoe hare, rodents, and birds.
