Fantastic service, they were waiting for us with a name board as soon as we arrived, took our bags and passports and saved a lot of time and queuing. It would be better if you did a more affordable rate for families.

We were met at the arrival door ans escorted right through the airport to the exit doors and then on to our hotel transport, from landing to sitting in the hotel no more than 60 minutes great service and would recommend it to anyone.

We were met as we entered the arrivals terminal. The representative couldn’t have been more helpful, getting a trolley and promptly loading our bags on it and pushing it. We were taken straight to the front of the queue for passport control and processed. When we got to the luggage carousel he picked our cases and added them to the trolley. He then proceeded to push our trolley out of the terminal to our waiting taxi where he and the driver loaded our luggage into the boot. Excellent !!!

Being met from the plane. I also had special assistance. Took our bags passports and luggage On arrival and took us through even to the point of finding our private transfers. Our return to uk was as good as without doubt would use every time especially if you have medical/ mobility issues. The down issue was our suitcases were lost and took three days to return to our uk address.

I liked how efficiently we were taken through security amongst a sea of people. It helped my husband to remain calm and confident we were being taken to the correct places throughout the 3 security checks. I was disappointed that we were unable to check in online and that there was no baggage drop facility at the airport. It would've been helpful if Pearl Assist had a dedicated dropoff area outside the airport doors as we were accosted by a rogue bellboy who took our luggage to the airport door

It was very fast and they did everything collecting our passports, putting yr cases through 2 of the security checks, checking you in at the tui desk lifting our cases and then taking you through to where yr gate is Excellent would do it again it’s worth the money

This service was exceptional, absolutely no problems at Sharm el Sheikh airport. Straight through security/passport control and into baggage area. After struggling at this airport before I would thouerly recommend this service. I will definitely be using again on my next visit to Egypt.

The people were very friendly and helpful. The only issue is they only had 1 wheelchair for myself and not for my husband which was difficult for him so the whole party had to walk very slow and stop to let him catch his breath. But that wasn't Pearl fault that was I think lack of wheelchairs at the airport .

The service was excellent met at the entrance of the airport. Took our bags and guided us through all security checks. Filled out out departure cards as well. Would have been queuing for 2hours easily was through in just over 30 minutes. Would strongly recommend to anyone especially if you are nervous passengers or have mobility issues

Fantastic service. From arriving at the departure terminal to sitting down to a drink took ten minutes. Very friendly and efficient staff.The porter actually carried my hand luggage all the way to the bar in the international departure lounge.

Good that stage were waiting for us at airport, this is where it started to go wrong. They got our names mixed up. There was then a delay and confusion as our flight was 00.10 and as they couldn’t see our flight on ‘todays flight. Make staff member then lied to us and tried to falsify weight of our suitcases to make it appear he had talked the check in agent not to charge us $200 for being over the limit and we should offer him a reward. They didn’t know I increased my limit to 30kg not 25kg

The whole procedure was flawless. The representative and the young porter at the airport were excellent. Worth ever penny and highly recommend this company. I've been to Egypt many times and some of the Arrival and departure procedures can be a drawn out and tedious affair not travelling this way.

Definitely worth every penny I would not normally use this kind of service but I had a rather nasty accident whilst on holiday and needed the assistance. The only negative was it was not possible to confirm arrangements until a few hours prior to travel and there was no one to meet me outside the airport but it was relatively easy to find an agent. I would definitely use this service again.

When we reached the airport the fast track ticket I received after booking the service was not recognised by any of the staff and therefore we were asked to proceed as normal with the other customers. Even though you could clearly see that it said fast track service the airport staff would not let us use it as they believed it wasn’t correct… I would like information on how to receive a refund please

Fantastic service for anyone who gets a little anxious about the landing abroad and the hustle and bustle! There were two gentleman waiting for us straight of the plane we didn’t queue at all at customs, passport control or the final scans leaving airport. We didn’t have to lift a finger they handled it all for us! Would definitely do this again!!

However departure service was not so good, when we arrived at airport there was no one with our name on a board, so we had to join a long queue like everyone else. VIP staff incorrectly told us to join the queue as we were flying with BA, when asking another staff member we were then moved to correct VIP service. Departure service was more chaotic and not well organised

Staff were waiting for us as soon as be disembarked aircraft and they were exceptionally friendly and happy to chat to us and explain each part of them process which can be overwhelming in a new place. I’d suggest improving the VIP service by ensuring anyone who has booked the service are the first passengers to leave the aircraft

The service was great and made zipping through all security checks at Sharm El Sheikh airport so much easier. However, this was the first time using this service and it felt extremely rushed, which I get is the idea of a fast track service. Because it was the first time not really knowing quite what to expect and feeling so rushed it felt a little bit panicky. However, it’s something I highly recommend and something I would use again.

Immediately on entering the terminal we were greeted by a clear name sign drawing us to our guides. They were polite and eager to assist in all aspects. Language barrier was tricky at times but is to be expected to some degree. Fast track worked very well in all areas with exception of baggage reclaim where your baggage is not prioritised and comes off at random time as it would normally. All in all an excellent experience which gets you through the whole process much more quickly.

Felt like a king and whizzed through, took care of everything from moment we got off the plane until we left the airport. We being two Uk and one Indian passport holders with evisa’s already issued prior to arrival I wondered how much checking there maybe ?? f the Indian holder and unnecessary questions looking to get extra visa fees upon arrival. No drama at all and felt like it may have been due the VIP treatment.
