This is a good trip however for cost it is double what the hotels own cat boat offer for the same experience. Also there is no long coach ride for the hotel one.

From start to finish the whole evening was brilliant staff looked after us as if we were the only people on board we had a nice surprise with the saxophonist on board he was really good the snacks were nice as was the drink but the overall winner was the view of the sunset it was amazing

Enjoyed sunset cruise. Catamaran was clean and well staffed. Open bar was welcome and service good. Positioned perfectly to watch a stunning sunset before heading back to pickup point for transfer back to hotel. All ran smoothly

Relaxing sunset cruise. The staff were very attentive, always asking if you needed anything. The kept asking if we required any more drinks. The food was very good, well prepared.

Everything was amazing from the pick up to the cruise itself it was made even more special for us as during out return from the sunset we all witnessed a meteor shower which just made the evening even more perfect if that was possible

Great sunset cruise. Glad to see it wasn’t overly subscribed so not too many people on board which is usually the case on these activities. It made for a much nicer experience. Staff very helpful throughout.

We had a nice time, however we felt the trip wasn't good value for money. When we arrived, our initial greeting was cold and unfriendly. We had to show confirmation of our booking. We understood this was necessary, but the chap was verging on being rude. If it wasn't for tourists they wouldn't have a job, so they shouldn't look down on us. This is how I felt. The saxophonist was excellent and the staff on board were very friendly. The trip was really nice but too short for the money we paid.

We enjoyed the cruise the staff were really good, It was my wife's birthday on the day of the cruise and I asked the staff if the saxophone player would play happy birthday for my wife they said no problem but they never did play it I was disappointed by it

Loved the catamaran itself, the staff were all really friendly and provided an exceptional level of service. The transfer driver didn’t collect us until a TUI rep had to get in touch with him to turn around for us, we then sat for 90 minutes in traffic, held the boat up. Sailed out a small distance until a small boat could catch up with the rest of the guests. Didn’t get to see a sunset, just the sun go down over a mountain.

Unfortunately we got stuck in traffic, so the boat had to set off without us. We ended up being transported on a smaller boat to catch up. There was no safety briefing, however there were life jackets on the boat. Aside from the initial issues I enjoyed the trip itself, there was a sax player onboard, plenty of drinks and an offering of jerk chicken, rice and peas and patties. The staff were all lovely and there was also a photographer onboard.

Beautiful sunset cruise . The team onboard were fantastic. The buffet style food was delicious. Rum punch and Mimosa’s were great. Views amazing and the saxophone player was superb. It was a hugely enjoyable experience. Only thing that wasn’t for me was the slight pushy sell from the photographer on board to have your photos taken. We would do this again next time we come to Montego Bay.

The overall experience was lovely from staff to watching the sunset and the saxophonist was amazing. The photographers were fine except we felt a little pressured to have photos which took up the experience time which we wanted more as a family group.

Journey time from our hotel was 90 minutes. Boat trip was circa 2 hours. Set sail at 5pm and returned just after7 pm. Unfortunately sunset was blocked by large clouds, but still a nice overall trip in the evening sun. Drinks free flowing from moment you get on board. Buffet of Nacho’s, Jamaican Patties and Jerk Chicken wings served soon after sailing. Saxophonist playing in the background as we sailed. Crew and staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for everyone. Photographs expensive.

Looking out across the sea and watching the Sun go down was amazing. The staff were very helpful and you didn’t want for nothing on the cruise. Food was great and plenty of drinks. Value for money excellent.

The excursion in terms of our driver, the minibus to the collection point and cruise , staff, tour along with food and drink options were faultless. The trip was amazing and would recommend to anyone, sadly TUI provided us with a collection time 40 mins later than the actual and so we had to head out on the trip not ready and dressed for evening, the trip itself was great

The catamaran was good, but the journey was horrendous due to traffic which is well known and I think you need to arrange for collection earlier or arrange with Margaritsville for the trip to start from there.

We loved every minute of it. Absolutely fantastic. Great atmosphere and great service. Plenty to drink and plenty of patties, chicken wings and nachos. Staff on the cruise were amazing as was our driver. Beautiful sunset experience. It was not rushed at all and it was not overcrowded at all. Highly recommended!

A brilliant excursion. We stayed at the RIU Palace Montego Bay and the journey to the Catamaran only took 25 minutes. We were greeted by a saxophonist who played for nearly the whole two hours trip. Staff were friendly and attentive and served an endless supply of drinks. The snacks were nachos, chicken wings and patties. Watching the sunset was brilliant. Would do it again - highly recommended.

Amazing value for money. Staff so friendly and attentive. Recommend this cruise to everyone! Not a jump in and be loud and drink to get drunk cruise! Saxophonist was amazing! Good music good food great service and drinks. It was a bit cloudy so sunset wasn’t amazing but did see it through the clouds. Just loved it !! If you are in Montego Bay. Just book it. You won’t be disappointed x

The crew were always eager to keep you happy, giving you as many drinks as you wanted, all included in the price. We could have been picked up from the hotel half an hour later instead of watching the crew preparing for the cruise.

This was a great trip - transfer to Dreamer from Riu Montego Bay took a while due to traffic but once there, quick to get on board, offered a drink straight away. The great service with a great selection of drinks and food continued throughout the trip, the sunset was great and our party of 8 all had a great time - we would all recommend

Got picked up on time. Took a little time to get there as rush hour traffic but as soon as we arrived we were taken straight to the boat and helped aboard. Friendly staff complimentary drink on arrival not too crowded so everyone had a seat. Open bar and snacks available saxophonist was brilliant we booked for our anniversary so was a lovely touch. Didn’t see the sunset unfortunately but that was down to the weather but was on the boat for a good 2 hours well worth it would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff and drinks kept on coming. Food limited to patties, chicken wings and nachos. I was ok for me but my partner is a bit picky but there is only so much they can put on. That point is overtaken by the care and attention fron the staff who were constantly looking after us .

We enjoyed the cruise although we were unlucky did not see the sunset as it was cloudy. The tour organisers did delay the trip by one hour due to bad weather conditions. We arrived at the time stated on our ticket andwe were kept waiting for half an hour before we found out the trip had been delayed by an hour. The problem being there is no TUI rep at the resort to advise us of this.
