The trip was really pleasant & the skipper was lovely but we thought that 1 small can of beer each for the 7hr trip & a salad roll was a bit poor

When it was lunchtime, 2 passengers (myself included) had ordered a vegetarian lunch. These had been loaded onto a different boat, so there was only ham & cheese baguettes. I wasn't too bothered, as I just took the ham out. Anyone can make a mistake, but to make up for it, when we got back from the cruise, our driver had bought us both veggy baguettes, water, beer, and a jar of pine honey which i had mentioned earlier i wanted to purchase. Outstanding service.

This is a great boat trip but is not a sailing trip. We didn’t have a sail out once. The skipper said that the wind needs to be in the right direction, I have a good amount of experience with sailing and this is not the case as you can tack or jibe, disappointing as I have never motored for a whole sailing trip. If it was advertised as a boat trip then yes this is great. It just needs to be clear with someone with a passion for sailing this is not what you are getting.

Loved the fact it was a nice small group. Captain was informative. Being able to buy soft drinks on board would be a benefit. For my own personal preference I would have enjoyed more sailing and seeing the island rather the long swim stops. This is what I had expected. But I still had an amazing day and would recommend this trip.

For those who want a relaxing day on a sailing boat at sea, then this excursion/experience is very highly recommended. We had a fabulous day from pick up to drop off. Our Greek sailing boat captain made us all feel very comfortable throughout the whole sailing trip.

I would do this excursion every time, as its just brilliant! You're on a smaller boat so only a small number of people with you, which makes it very relaxing&intimate. Out on the ocean, sailing peacefully&stopping 3 times to swim in the bays, see fish&watch them snatching some bread you may scatter on the water for them. It's a peaceful, memorable&worthwhile trip to do! Your photo opportunities will be breathtaking&you're seeing Thassos from a totally different view!

The captain Panos was very friendly and everyone felt comfortable and Informed of the sights. There were 9 of us in total on the sailboat and we visited some spectacular spots that would of been crowded to visit by Road in late July. Me and my 2 kids (aged 13 and 10) loved the trip and although the kids are great swimmers, I could see that Panos and some of the other adult guests were keeping an eye on them in the Sea also which was great. I would do this again in a heartbeat, 11+ out of 10.

An enjoyable day but thought from the TUI reps description we would visit and land at the key choice beaches. In actuality we sailed past them bar Marble Beach where you had to swim to shore. Unless you are a strong swimmer this trip is not for you. Access to ‘beaches’ was all from boat often 30 to 50 meters off shore. Depths were 3 meters plus. Marble beach looks good in many photos but there is barely a foot to spare between the hoards. It is not what it is depicted as.

The yacht trip was booked with our rep Andrew in resort. We had booked one ourselves not through Tui before travelling but they let us down and cancelled last minute. Fortunately Tui saved the day and got us booked on another with yacht tour company, Thassos Sailing. The rep managed to arrange it for a day we could do and it was fabulous. A wonderful day and memory, for the price you get an experience that will stay with you. The captain was great, yacht lovely, highly recommended.

The Skipper was a lovely guy, very chilled, pleasant and knowledgable. The stops we made were lovely, beautiful clear waters. The sailing boat was worth the money as there were just 6 passengers and we got to relax, sail and be happy on the sea.

Wonderful day trip on a yacht. Very friendly and helpful skipper. Enjoyed the stops. Really good value for money. Only disappointment was that we booked for the Friday and we weren’t told by TUI that it has been changed to Saturday, so we got up early and down to the port and we’re waiting around. Thankfully the staff of Thassos sailing were really helpful and managed to find out what had happened for us. I wouldn’t book an excursion in advance again.
