We were surprised to have so many people aboard the catamaran. We didn't realize the catamaran held 75 people and regret not asking about it when booking. It impacted the viewing space, food and drink service, and bathroom facilities.

You guys were a torcher to work with before the trip, most of the trips got messed up during, and now after the trip it's been almost a month waiting for a refund for the trips you cancelled. Absolutely worst experience I've ever had and you ruined the trip with all the stress an unbearably and overwhelming unprofessional, incompetent, and thieving behavior.

It was a little over priced. It was good food and very good drink service. The snorkeling in the area is not great for seeing fish. They anchor the boat quite far from shore so you must be a decent swimmer. Transportation was very good to and from with caring staff.

The staff were very helpful and kind. They even let our granddaughters "drive" the boat. The bar was a plus and never a wait. the chicken lunch was good. we all thought the seasoning on the chicken was great. A few in our group had a hard time with the snorkel equipment, perhaps a demonstration would be helpful. It was a fun outing that the whole family can do.

The ride is pretty good. Sunset is beautiful. However, the snorkeling experience is not good at all. The spot is not suitable for snorkeling. Wave is too rough. I think staff should insist everyone to wear life jackets instead of just the noodles.

The lunch was wonderful. The guys were great and engaged with their guests and were hospitable. Very kind and respectful. The only thing I would’ve changed is if we left a little earlier because of the storm that came in. And nature didn’t provide us with a sunset.

The staff was great along with the captain! He made our 6 year old son feel safe and gave him a great experience. Also saw dolphins, turtles, stingrays, and various fish. Great experience overall and kids will remember it forever.

This cruise is wrongly marketed. It should be made clear its a party cruise. The music was loud and it was not relaxing. Younger people enjoyed it. It was difficult for older people to get in and out of the dinghy. The late lunch was good.

Service was amazing. The food and drinks were amazing. Not a lot of fish to see when snorkeling but the cove was pretty. Honestly the staff was so fast and attentive I never had to get up they cleaned up our trash and replaced our drinks yhe moment we finished. Great family experience.

The employees were great. They worked very hard. It was the clientele that was obnoxious. We thought this would be a quiet sunset cruise and instead it was a loud party boat with screaming music and people. The food was good but I had a headache at the end of the day. Too many loud drunk people making it miserable for everyone. We couldn’t wait until it was over.

We enjoyed seeing the dolphins on the trip back and the beautiful sunset. The snorkel experience was lousy. The water is murky and there’s nothing to see anyway. This shouldn’t be billed as a snorkeling cruise.

We were told we would go snorkeling and have the opportunity to paddle boar and lay out in a floating mat. All we got to do was jump in and swim around. As for the sunset cruise that was a joke as well. We came back as the sun was setting but never stopped to watch the sun actually set. Waste of time and money

We were under the impression from the description of the trip that we would stop a couple of times for the opportunity to snorkel. We only stopped once and everyone got in expecting to see fish but there was nothing there. Lunch was poor. There were no snacks as it described. The staff seemed miserable. The sunset was good but could have seen that from the beach. Total waste of time and money

It was a typical catamaran booze cruise, which I was expecting, the music was not as deafening as some I have been on. I don't drink so the alcohol available was not an issue for me. I would have like to go further out to sea, the snorkeling was 100% useless due to the density of the water. I was lucky I avoided the jelly fish but many others got stung. Nothing to see, but of course you are not told that. Saw more with a short boat trip with Geoffrey from the beach. It was OK, I had a nice

Liked the captain. In general, the staff were fine. The snorkeling was not managed well. They didn't put masks and snorkels out until requested, then there certainly weren't enough for everyone. One of our snorkels was broken and not working for venting water/air. There wasn't much of a reef or many fish to see, plus it's too shady at that hour anyway. You really shouldn't be advertising it as a snorkel tour. The food was fine. Basically, it's a party boat and not really our interest.

In Costa Rica, everyone seems very light on details so you never really know what you've got yourself into until you're in it! The catamaran sets sail from Tamarindo, but instead of boarding from a jetty, you get crammed into a tiny (v wet) speed boat which whizzes everyone over to the main boat, it's a bit frantic but fun! The cruise itself is nice, we saw humpback whales and a gorgeous sunset. The snorkeling is average at best, didn't see much. Food was nice and bar was well stocked!

Service, knowledge, safety, friendliness was great. The snorkeling and beach experiece was so so. There is nothing on the beach to experience. The lunch was good and was matched to eating on a boat. Drinks were available throughout the trip.

Was expecting a more intimate venue. Getting into the transfer boat in the surf was a challenge for my wife. Nice scenery, was exciting to see a whale. More of a "booze" cruise for younger adults.

We really enjoyed the trip, the boat and staff were lovely and it was great to have the chance to swim in the sea. Lunch was good and the sunset views were superb. The only downside was that the trip was for some just a chance to make the most of the free bar. The trip was still good but not something I would take children on.

Staff were very attentive, professional & accommodating. Enjoyed the sailing to the spot where we anchored. Staff were great checking in on us & offering drinks & picking up the empty drink cups. They changed the music upon our request to more lively music. Food offered for lunch was delicious. Everyone in our group of 14 enjoyed lunch. Lots of swimming toys options snorkeling, pool noodles, paddle board available. Would recommend better life jacket option with waist belt. Not a lot of fish.

Great afternoon sailing and snorkeling. Crew amazingly friendly and service was fantastic. Lunch was decent. If lucky enough to get snorkeling, I would recommend going at least 10m away from the boat and go in opposite direction of the bulk who are in the water. Water was very cloudy close to the boat and the fish always seem to avoid where the bulk of people are. Drinks were strong and atmosphere was top notch.

Watching the sunset go down was fantastic. The crew were attentive.The equipment provided for snorkeling was good, however the location and things to view under water was a bit disappointing. Food was okay. You do feel that you have paid for others to booze, some were drinking as much as possible, boozing and swimming is not ideal?

Cruise, food, bar very good. We're told there'd be 3 snorkelling stops on a reef so we prepared accordingly. Only one stop, there's no reef on the Pacific coast, so nothing to see! Bus transfers disorganized, several travelled from our hotel, but by several buses. Our 25 seater had 4 aboard.

The trip was alright but I wasn't prepared for it being a rowdy drunken party boat! So many drunken noisy people, and a fight almost broke out before we even set sail, which the staff did nothing to stop. I was expecting more wildlife watching, but me and my husband were the only ones interested, this trip needs to be advertised better, so it's either a party boat or a non alcohol pleasant trip

This was a lovely trip. We enjoyed it however it would be more enjoyable I feel if TUI chartered the boat for 1 day and just offered this one day a week for TUI guests. Other guests on the boat were very loud and overbearing.

It was not very well organised when we first got there but they sorted themselves out and from there on in it was great. I am disabled and walk with a stick, the guys could not have been more helpful, helping me to get safely to and from the boat and constantly bringing drinks round.

The boat trip itself was lovely and the staff on the boat were great. We were unlucky in that there was a ‘red tide’ which meant the snorkelling was not good, but that is just bad luck. I think it should be made clearer that there is a 30 minute bus transfer at either end of the trip, whereas other similar trips we could have booked went directly by boat from the hotel.

Beautiful boat and great trip. I loved both the pace of the trip and the places we sailed to. The beach we stopped at was amazing, and the staff was lovely too. And the lunch was tasty as well! Definitely recommended and have told some of the people at that resort I’m staying too
