It was a lovely evening. We didn’t need 3 hours there as we had visited the day before and it was only really good and drink venues open so just a couple of hours would have been long enough. Especially as it was so late back

Basically all we paid for was a trip on a ferry from the island and back. There was no one to give us information on what to see and do, there were no maps given out and points of interest highlighted. Overall a very poor experience and not value for money.

There was no guidance from crew .Just a ferry trip from ato b and bck again .information from a guide would of made things easier .. just left to find for yourself for £40 euro is a bit steep !

Service and staff were great. The ride to Dubrovnik was extremely choppy. It would have been nice to have some reassurance that everything was ok and it was normal.

I think the boat/staff need to have something identifying them as TUI as there is no guide on this trip. Either t-shirts or badges for staff and just a sticker on the boat or a board on the pier/path. A cold drink on the way back would be a nice gesture too(just bottled water) as the resort is all inclusive anyway.

This is just a TUI run ferry/taxi to Dubrovnik. There are no TUI staff on the boat, no drinks provided for the hour long transit to and from Dubrovnik. Yes, it’s convenient and you don’t have to worry about buses and taxis or missing the last ferry back, but £35 each for a boat ride is a bit steep.

The boat over to the city was like taking an hour long roller coaster ride due to the rolling sea. But once there Dubrovnik by night needs to be experienced. Slightly less people than the day visit we made. All the bars and restaurants were quite busy. Great to sit back and par take in people watching. Got some great photos. Thankfully the boat ride back was calmer.

No TUI staff on boat, no safety announcements on boat, weather on way back (can’t be controlled) but no announcements saying it would be choppy (lady fell over at one point due to boat lunging about - no staff to be seen. It felt rushed as we didn’t get into the old town until 8:15.

It was basically a boat taxi service to Dubrovnik old city although it was great to arrive and leave in the old city. The fumes from the boat were quite strong on the way back.

It was a good direct transfer from Kalamota Island but no health and safety guidance on boat - a rough crossing back so this was something of concern. The boat left on time for both crossings and 3 hours was plenty of time in Dubrovnik so overall a good experience.

We were told by other guests to pre-book a restaurant’ as they can be full when the boat arrives at 8pm ish - this was true. Prebooking meant we could eat and have time to walk the old town at night. The boat was small and full, outward journey OK in a swell at sea. Return journey was much faster and waves were constantly splash the passengers on the lower deck, most of whom were soaked and one lady fell of the bench onto the floor.. Most people thought the boat was travelling too fast.

Was basically a boat transfer and back, there was no guide or any information given other than being told to be back on board by 11pm. There was no safety instruction, where to find life vests, etc in case of incident. Was rather expensive for what we got, but it was lovely to see Dubrovnik by night.

The sea was quite rough on the night we travelled One lady appeared to be intoxicated and brought beer on the boat.She was sitting on the front of the boat on the way back with her feet hanging over the side I (and other passengers )felt she should not have been allowed to travel as she spoilt the trip for other passengers and even more worryingly was a danger to staff and crew There was no Tui rep on board .

This tour is a must from the island. Dubrovnik at night is so different to daytime and watching the sunset en route was amazing as were the night views over the city on our return journey

It was great. So beautiful. Sunset incredible. Boat a little bit rocky at times so not recommended if you suffer from sea sickness. We were fine. It was just a gentle rocking motion. Dubrovnik was stunning. Wish we had more than me to walk around. Must go back.

Too freelance, no guide at jetty or at the old town end. We didn’t expect to be shown around but a TUI rep as a figurehead at the boat and with a map/ ideas would be useful.

It was the only way to get to and from Dubrovnik at night, the boat was a bit uncomfortable and hour long the journey would have been much more pleasant with refreshments provided. Dubrovnik at night was spectacular and well worth visiting, vibrant bars and restaurants. We did the cable car, which was lovely but queues coming down were a bit chaotic.

Lovely location & friendly staff, excellent transfer , well organised to & from the airport. Ellie was a great help, she was a joy to speak to & made our holiday. She is a credit to TUI considering this is her first year, everyone we spoke to loved Ellie & her character. Tours/trips slightly overpriced, poor quality beer, need a better selection, more than one choice. Poor view from our room (a wall) for the price you charge.

Dubrovnik old town at night was beautiful. Sailing to the old harbour was great. It would have been nice to have refreshments on the ferry. The trip is expensive for simply a boat ride there and back.

This is great value as it’s an hours boat trip to Dubrovnik where you can do your own thing for 3 hours and then an hour back to Kalamota island .

Tui Croatie n’est pas fait pour les personnes d’un certain âge,********** de marches à monter(91)pour arriver à notre chambre,nous avons été mal informés par TUI Tours, car COLOCEP est très mal desservi en navette pour se rendre à DUBROVNIK,nous regrettons un peu notre voyage.

It was very cold on the way back. The boat was quite exposed and there wasn’t room for all passengers downstairs so blankets for those of us upstairs would have been good.

Excellent site with beautiful views Ferry service excellent Staff friendly and helpful Good range of food choices Rooms clean Areas for improvement: Food that should be served hot was often cold Room tired and some things needed repair: plug sockets,, shower door Activities such as keep fit were not always ran and when they were they took place in direct sun with no shade Range of activities were poor given the number of Tui who spent a lot of time chatting in reception Tui Blue brand missing.
