We paid more for the premium drinks but could’nt even get to the bar, we were squashed into a corner, we asked the sever for drinks, he took at least half an hour then we did’nt get what we asked for,, far too many people, It was a great show but better if you have a seat, very difficult to stand for 4 hours,

Some of the drinks we had tasted funny..They might use cheap mixers for the cocktails. But overall an amazing night out which I would highly recommend. Great music and shows and a really good atmosphere. Staff are all friendly and want you to have a good time. Well worth going.

The show itself was really good. However, the drinks were awful. We paid for a gold package and were told it would be premium drinks. Seriously really bad. The shot ladies gave us dirty looks when we said no to paying for a shot. The gap between the acts was so long we got bored. Did not think it was worth the money at all. Unfortunately would not be going again.

The staff were polite etc but it was more to do with the waiting. We were told to be out and meet at the pickup for 12am-12.30am… we were there at 12.05am. The other guests rocked up after the pickup time and then we were still pending another set of guests and waiting around till 1.45am! Which was ridiculous to wait around for that long. So we ended up getting back to our hotel well after 2.30am. I understand the staff can’t do anything about guests being late but there should be a cutoff.

It’s very chaotic, we paid for premium but we were with everyone who paid standard entry so there was not much difference. We paid for bottle service to get a table and people who didn’t pay and was over crowded so we left after 1 hour

I'm diabetic and need snacks on me incase of emergency and these were taken and binned on entrance. Had 90 minute wait for inside snacks to arrive, didn't feel very well, not great. Service staff didn't come often, you needed to leave your seat and go to bar, paying for the privilege not to do this wasn't worth it. Often staff took your order and didn't come back. Show was good but Mexico one is way better by far. Too many breaks in between acts playing Spanish music.

As a one off its a great experience However its pricey for a whilst very good selection of displays and The whistles from the shot sellers gets annoying, especially when there trying to charge 5usd per shot. Quite crowded in the pit. Seating is also quite cosy All things said its a fun night out however

Poor communication from bus transfer guide regarding the location of our bus for return journey. We were expecting an English speaking tui guide but instead we got a Coco Bongo guide which created a language barrier.

Wow, what a fantastic show/ disco from beginning to end. Took my husband for his 60th birthday and it did not disappoint us. I bought the gold selection which got us in early past the big queue and was shown to our seat.We was sat on tall stools and they did make you have backache as they where uncomfortable but only say on then while watching the show and rest of time got up dancing. That was only the negative. Cannot fault anything else just brilliant, recommend if you have never been

Guide was great, staff at Coco Bongo not so friendly and poor service with drinks. Paid extra for gold seats, which were really cramped and to include unlimited drinks but service was so slow we didnt get our moneys worth. Had to go the bar ourselves which they didnt like in order to get a drink. A good experience, entertainment was good but service not good. Transport there and back reliable.

Te venden una experiencia muy diferente “un show” a la realidad. Lo sobre venden, por lo tanto no hay control de seguridad, de movimiento, tienes las personas encima tuyo a pesar de que compramos las taquillas más caras “front row”. No te dan a escoger los snacks, te traen lo que les da la gana y las bebidas no son premium. Es un fraude total.

We were given snack vouchers with our tickets but when we went into the venue, the ink had rubbed off and we were refused food. I found this ridiculous. we had the standard ticket meaning there was no lower ticket that would come with no food. Why would anyone spend £68 to enter a venue to steal chips and a burger?! The venue was incredibly overcrowded and the first hour was claustrophobi but as the night went on the drinks because easier to get it was a good night. the music is incredibly dated

I got 2 gold tickets for my partners birthday (she wanted to go so bad, and I was apprehensive as what I'd seen online and not being one for crowds). We got there no problem and having the gold tickets helped us jump the queue. We were given a table on the outside and drinks straight away. Once inside we were directed by staff to the top balcony with a great view. The show was great! Light show, dancers and high wire acts, all to great music. Quick tip, tip the waiter and you'll never go dry!

We weren’t aware that there would be nowhere to sit and a free for all at the bar when we booked this excursion. We were only there a short while then got a taxi back to the hotel. A complete waste of an evening and a waste of money.

I paid for vip , but I don’t think that it was want I received because it was very cramped and the seat wasn’t very comfortable, I had to stand for most of my time so was very uncomfortable and dissatisfied and disappointed with the whole experience

We had a 75 plus minutes transfer. There was a toilet on the bus which was locked my partner needed to toilet and the drive refused assess to the toilet. My partners suffers with kidney disease due to not using the toilet my partner has suffered today with stomach pain. Other than no toilet on the transfer the experience was great. I feel it is on the expensive side, but we full enjoyed the evening.

The bus driver picked us up on time from our hotel staff waiting for us when we arrived took us to our seats got our drinks to us all night our food was served promptly all staff did a fabulous job the show was out of this world amazing experience would recommend this front row experience

Show was amazing. Seating was a little awkward. Shown to seats which were at the end so had to pass people with no room to pass. Would have been easier to move people down. Food was very simplistic and cold. We were not given a choice but with the amount of people in there, it is not surprising that you eat what your given so not a complaint. Overall great experience. Show is suitable for all ages but the vibe in there is definitely aimed at the younger generation and may put some off.

As usual Coco Bongo is an absolute must do whenever visiting the caribbean!!! The show and the staging and especially all the artists were just absolutley fantastic...Gold or Front Row is an absolute must also lol table service all night and fantastic view...This time round the Michael Jackson performance wow spectacular...can not fault 1 bit...thanks TUI for another cracking excursion... got back to hotel around 2am so long but cracking night and worth every penny (or dollar lol) 10 out of 10 x

The experience and staff was great at coco bongos , especially our waiter who I think was called Winston?? Disappointed with the organisation of the buses coming home , Our guide Sonny told us coach 4 which was the wrong one and was too busy helping another group and walked away and left our group, we had to figure it out first ourselves , thankfully other bus drivers helped our group to the correct bus

The pick up was late which in turn meant we didn’t get into coco bongos till 8.40pm missing the start of the show. We paid for gold seats however there was only one seating area remaining extremely high in a corner. No warning in the height if the seating. We asked to move lower and they moved us to sit in the bar service area. There were 6 of us and the best they could give us was 4 seats and a small round table. Two of the guests had to stand in the entrance to the toilets. More info available

Overall extremely poor experience from start to finish. Unorganised, poor communication and direction, ushered into an overbooked event with concerns regarding safety and general conditions. No direction for where to obtain tickets, sent to 3 different queues. Massive queue outside caused delays entering once event had already started. Compacted into a corridor people crushing to have a view when not in main arena area. Disgraceful service, nobody could answer any concerns. Waste of money!!!!!

We were picked up at our hotel and when we arrived we printed our tickets and got in the line, which was fast and entertaining (music, free drinks ecc). The show was the best thing I've ever experienced in my life, with great music, great dancers and performers. We got lucky and had a lot of space, but the place was really crowded. The only problem was that although we waited for our bus at the designated point, the driver saw us, waved and proceeded to leave us there. We had to take a taxi home

Extremely expensive and CocoBongo is now basically a video show of Spanish artists and girls partially dressed strutting their butts. Service for Front Row was terrible and instructions to get the coach back really poor in terms of of location. Very disappointing all round

The dancers themselves were amazing, staff really did put on a show. However, there is some cons to the place. We got the regular package which ment unlimited drinks. The place was that busy, we were glad that we had gone to bar before the acts began as we couldn’t get back to it once it had. I wish they had made it clear where you would stand at the event as we were very cramped and squished and even unable to see the acts going on. Wasn’t worth what we payed, but the dancers were good

We really enjoyed ourselves overall - an epic show with classic American/Latino acts, incredible dancers and effects. It could probably do with updating, be a bit more inclusive, have more female leads as it felt very hetero male-orientated (with a token nod to an LGBTQ audience member who got to wave a flag) but that’s a cultural observation - and as a ********** couple we’re probably not the target audience!

Lo ofrecido no coincidía con lo abonado. Debimos salir del hotel sin cenar porque la recogida del hotel era 18.30 y luego pasamos dos horas esperando en el ingreso de la disco. Al abonar nos dijeron que podriamos ocupar los escalones alrededor de la pista de baile y no fue asi. La cena y la bebida libre, no existió. Dejen de mentir a los turistas! Fue una estafa! Para nada recomendable!

El lugar es bastante pequeño, la gente estaba toda apretada porque no cabíamos, la música sin canciones viejas y en inglés la gran mayoría. Los Shows estuvieron bien. Te dice que te incluye bebidas lo cual es verdad pero el tiempo de espera en la barra es demasiado. Y por último el conductor nos indicó que nos recogería a cualquier **********. Quisimos irnos antes de la 1am y no nos contestó nunca

Good night out & good entertainment. Front row tickets are worth having but very slow service. Sadly us and everyone else from our hotel were told the wrong bus number when returning back to the hotel, this resulted in a shirty coach driver. Very unimpressed and ruined the night.

die Show war ein einmaliges mega Erlebnis. Wir hatten die teuersten Karten Front R. für 190 US $ die Karte. Ist schon viel Geld aber loht sich. Die zweite Kategorie wäre auch noch gut, aber nicht die billigen Plätze nehmen, wenn man sich so ein Erlebnis gönnt. Show fazinierend, Publik (ab der 2. Stunde auch im vollen Feiermodus), Snack wo es gab (muss man nicht haben, Burger schmeckte gar nicht, Pommes ok), aber wir waren ja nicht zum essen sondern feiern da. Getränke auch super, Mitarbeiter OK!

Other then the few decent staff and the good performances it was a mess no type of system in place for people standing they said open bar however during the 4 hour show I was able to get one drink because they had "vip" tables to cater for which I understand there package but it felt like all attention was for them and the couple hundred people at the bottom couldn't get past to the toilet let alone the bar absolute overpriced event!

We didnt see much of our assigned host at all but no problem the bar was close by so getting a drink was no issues. Warning for anyone attending is that there are alot of ppl charging excessively for photos etc

I was told I would get seating that I was after and the guide would make sure of it, the guide showed us where to queue to get in then left and the seats we got were poor at best because the coach wax late arriving

Very well organised event and one of the best nights out I've had in years. It's like a Vegas show mixed with cirque de soliel style performances. I would recommend opting for the gold package you get your own area, own waiter and the best views, it's worth every penny! If you're coming to punta cana Coco bongo is a must do!

Poor drop off just left to find our own in and tickets and collection was poor had to walk around trying to find transport as was not in location told and very poor organised for our group of eight also prior to trip could not get hold of tui rep was taken to another resort and tui rep did not show after a 1 hour wait

Une ambiance phénoménal. Une prise en charge parfaite depuis l’hôtel jusqu’à l’arrivée et vice versa. Une bienveillance du personnel à l’intérieur de l’établissement. Et un spectacle et des artistes talentueux.

The trip was targeted to non English, as all instructions were given in Spanish so we did not know what was happening. Luckily another person on the coach was able to translate for us. If a trip is being sold to English instructions should be provided in English for safety. The club was over subscribed which made it very dangerous inside.

The best part of the evening was the food we got given, we have been to Coco Bongo 3 times never again far to many people in the standing area that couldn’t enjoy, staff were so rude and kept telling us no we couldn’t stand where we had the smallest amount of space and the show it’s self wasn’t as good as previous years we have been. Not Tui’s fault will never book again simple as that due to being over priced for lots of Latina music and screens showing music videos!
