The offer is quite misleading saying you miss the queues and go straight to the VIP lounge. But yet you have to get in line for your baggage drop off. In turn this then stops you having the full time you paid for ie I booked 12.00 - 16.00hrs but checking didn’t open until around 13-40hrs. Then you have to find the desk only to be told to find another desk. Then your pointed out the way to go in the add it makes out you are escorted on arrival. All in all miss leading

I didn't think the food was very good. Not a lot to choose from as choice was limited. It appears that staff were preparing to not put too much out as we were last flight out of Montego bay. We left lounge for flight but staff were busy cleaning up to close for the night.

Firstly we was delayed taking off ( nearly 3hrs) The flight its self was okay. Staff on board were lovely. Once we arrived in Jamaica its was nearly 2hrs getting through immigration and baggage reclaim. Coming home to Manchester was a lot more smoother and was very impressed with the new E gates. From landing to clamming bags and to picks up its was 20mins, very pleasant experience.

The lounge looked lovely, however as the TUI check in queue was so long, by the time we bought a couple of items on duty free we only had 15 mins in the lounge. So was unable to enjoy the facilities.

There was nothing I didn’t enjoy and it was well worth the money. If I had to make a suggestion it would be that on entering all food options are pointed out. We arrived and were seated next to the small buffet, this buffet was great but when we went to the loo we noticed there were other larger buffet offerings. This is definitely not a complaint as the small buffet was lovely, the service was excellent and put the London Gatwick Premier Lounge to shame.

Premium economy on board is great. The lounge at Gatwick is a nice start to the holiday. We were only disappointed at the baggage reclaim at Gatwick when our premium luggage took 40 minutes to appear.

Poor interactions from staff. Were sent from place to place with no clear direction of where to go. The VIP security line was much slower than the regular line. Ended up in the smallest lounge with poor food selection and due to the delays we had less than half the time allotted before boarding. Absolute waste of money

The arrival Mobay lounge was good however you pass through the airport to the transfer so quickly that it felt a little unnecessary The departure lounge was fantastic value for money and would recommend We were delayed on our return flight for over 2 hours so the lounge was a life saver!

Staff were lovely friendly. Disappointingly there were no local sodas like Champagne, Grape, Pineapple as a final Jamaican send off for non alcoholic drinkers. Would be nice to have some local cakes/bun even ice cream like Grape Nut?

The lounges are well worth it , but baggage reclaim at Jamaica was terrible ! The worst I’ve ever experienced, a free for all with airport staff throwing off cases that were unreachable given the crowd of passengers on the flight its was a very bad experience

Booked thu TUI rep, on arrival had to wait 25mins as our booking was not on their list. Very disappointing!! The food provided was cold and not enough vegetarian food available. Only had 45mins in the lounge. Will not recommend this to anyone

Every time we fly with you your light 1 hour delay from Birmingham last time we came jamaica 2 days delay coming home extra legroom room a joke hardly any difference now you have included xxl leg room big con just getting more money women next to us on plane didn't even pay for extra legroom but got a seat for normal price .food terrible on plane .staff on plane very nice ?? but if we had choice of another airline from Birmingham to jamaica we would defo change airlines

Fast track was convenient. Good was a good standard. Drinks were very good. What we found best was the small children's play area which meant that we could relax before the flight whilst the children were able to play safely. Would definitely book again

The young lady was amazing, whisked me straight through to security, jumping all the long queues, introduced me to the TUI Rep and then took me to the lounge for a grateful Red Stripe. As a Neurodiverse person, airports are extremely anxiety provoking, and this service took all of that away. I can't thank you enough ????????

From start to finish, was fast. We were picked up on exiting the flight and walked through the airport through fast track and helped with our luggage - without this you will be among the confused at Mo’Bay not knowing where to start. Only thing they have no control over is the speed of when your luggage arrives so a lot of people that didn’t have this caught up. Still, I would highly recommend and would defo do again.

I think if the offer was to be longer in the lounge that would have helped. As although I was there 3.5 hours before departure it took so long to get through check-in, security and duty free I only had an hour. It didn't feel like enough time.

The only positive that I enjoyed was our pick up transport from the airport to our resort in Montego Bay at Catalonia. We booked an excursion for Sandy Bay and that was cut short therefore we did not get the full value of what we paid for. We booked a return trip to the airport and that too was paid for but we never used it because the airport in Montego Bay was destroyed due to hurricane Melissa. We tried reaching out to TUI, however we were unsuccessful. I would like to know about a refund

The transfer coach arrived late to pick us up from the hotel and when we arrived at the airport, we were queueing at the check in desks for over an hour and a quarter. By the time we were checked in, got through security and finally arrived at the lounge, we had 20 minutes - $70 for 20 minutes is not good value at all. We managed to grab 1 drink but didn’t have chance to finish it. Most of the food dishes were empty so overall a very bad experience. Tired, rushed, hungry and thirsty!!

Lounge wasn't clean, toilet doors didn't lock & food selection was extremely poor compared to a year ago. Staff were not attentive, my daughter even got approached by a member of staff saying how his wife was pregnant with their 5th child & she was bored & would love a colouring book like that!

I booked for my departure. The queue at check-in was enormous. I told staff at the queue I had booked the lounge. No one met me at security to 'sail through'. I had to ask at a shop where the lounge was and directed to the lounge nearest my departure gate. It was full and was instructed to go to the other lounge, I got there at 15:30 and they were calling to board 5 minutes later. I threw some food down and left feeling extremely stressed. Not the relaxing experience the description evokes

We are very let down. Booked in tui store, was told 2 hours in there, after a horrible flight that was delayed. We had a drink passed to us and didn’t even get the use we was promised at this lounge! I’m gutted we lost money we struggled to use in the first place

We were met at the air bridge by Monday staff escorted straight through immigration instead ofa nearly 2 hours wait unfortunately although we had paid to go fly premium our cases were one of the last off so that held us up for half an hour but then went straight through security and guided to a lounge for a rum punch while our guide went outside to make sure our taxi was there absolutely fantastic service shame about our cases taking so long

Only used the VIP for departure. Comfortable seating. No pushing and shoving to get a seat. Good supply of savoury food - lacking in deserts though. Drinks freely available from machines and can help yourself to as many as you want. Would highly recommend.

Ground staff at the departure gate were ineffective in managing a last minute change of aircraft calling customers back and forth to the gate to check their boarding passes to check if the seat they reserved was still available. This caused confusion on the ground and when passengers boarded the aircraft. Cabin crew (one in particular) lacked a friendly approach and by his facial expressions when I requested a refill of wine at my meal, made me feel I was asking for something unreasonable.
