Join marine biologists on board a catamaran and sail from Ponta Delgada into the waters off São Miguel. Het was een erg leuke ervaring, veel dolfijnen gezien en ook enkele walvissen. De enkele mensen die zeeziek waren werden door de bemanning goed in de gaten gehouden, dat kon ik wel waarderen.

Ze doen echt hun best om er voor te zorgen dat je walvissen of dolfijnen ziet. Alleen voor dat je op de boot bent is informatie zeer onduidelijk. De tijd van Tui klopt ook niet met de tijd van boarding. Wij kregen 12.40 door maar het was 13.00 wat uit eindelijk 13.20 werd, hier werd niet over gecommuniceerd maar toch een mooie boottocht

De excursie startte te laat, daar werd geen tekst en uitleg over gegeven. Maar op de boot kregen we heldere en duidelijke uitleg over veiligheid, ect. We hadden grluk, meerdere walvissen en veel dolfijnen gezien.

Fantastisch om te doen. We hadden het geluk om zowel walvissen als dolfijnen te mogen zien. Uitstekend personeel die je alles goed uitleggen.

Kundige bemanning die veel info met ons deelde over wat we zagen en waarom de walvissen en dolfijnen deden wat ze deden. We bleven op afstand van de dieren en dat was prima!
