Pepe and his team were well trained and versed in how to properly keep those in our group educated on keeping ourselves safe. We not only had the joy a fun and exciting experience, but we were surprised by the entertainment as an added bonus. The group was like a live show on Comedy Central. They made us laugh out loud with their silly jokes and individual introductions before we were started. I highly recommend this excursion while in the Puerto Vallarta area. Note, there are many steep steps.

Family of 4 did the Yelapa tour and snorkeling, it was an incredible day! Benji was a wonderful host: very knowledgeable about the region but super laid back and fun to be around. He took care of everything and we had a wonderful day.

The boat ride itself from Paradise Village was worth it itself. The Capt. Found whales on the way and stopped for all us to look at. The boat staff and the zipline staff were EXCELLENT. They made you feel comfortable and safe at all times. EXCELLENT TRIP. highly recommended.
