Who can resist smiling when they see a butterfly? On this trip to northern Rhodes, you'll have literally millions of reasons to beam on this family-friendly adventure. You'll be collected from your hotel and whisked to Butterfly Valley on a scenic bus ride, where your guide will give you the lowdown on the butterfly park, its history and its flighty residents. Arriving at the park, grab your butterfly bingo card to add an extra twist to your visit. Take your time to wander through the park's green trails, pause at the waterfall for a selfie and see how many squares you can tick off on your bingo card as you look for your fluttering friends. Throughout the summer months you're likely to see a kaleidoscope of Jersey Tiger butterflies. These distinctive butterflies have brown wings with yellow stripes, but when they open up, they show off bright red hind wings – making them easier to spot.Hop back on the bus and head to Kalavarda Sea House, a traditional Greek restaurant by the beach where you can relax. The butterfly theme continues here, with creative crafts. Try your hand at drawing a nature scene from your trip or let the children – and the young at heart – embrace their inner butterfly with face paints.

Das Schmetterlingstal war sehr schön, die Info, dass dort noch Eintritt gezahlt werden muss hat uns gefehlt und die Weiterfahrr in das Restaurant könnte man gut und gerne einsparen. Das Personal im Restaurant erschien nicht sehr gastfreundlich, es wirkte eher wie Massenabfertigung, das fanden wir sehr schade und das BINGO der Kinder wurde nicht ausgewertet oder besprochen. This us not suitable for under 5 years! Also was sold as super interactive and all food and drink included for the day and this was not the case. Definitely not worth the money paid! The only highlight was the food at the restaurant was lovely

There wasn’t much to enjoy Not enough time at the butterfly valleys Our guide just assumed everyone spoke German and didn’t bother speaking to any of us after ( where english) The activities after complete waste of money. And as for the food children have 1 option which is a meat cutlet my son doesn’t eat meat.. and 1 option for vegetarians for adults and it tasted like it had been cooked on the same grill as the meat! Overall worst experience ever and dont recommend!!

Unser Sohn ist 4 Jahre alt. Der Ausglugcwird als kinderfreundlich ab 2 Jahren beworben. Die steilen Treppen, schmalen, oft kaputten Wege, nicht kindersicheren Geländer & die allgemeine Strecke Berg auf (kein Tal), empfanden wir nicht kinderfreundlich. Das Preisleistungsverhältnis fue diesen Ausflug finden wir ebenfalls nicht gerechtfertigt. Den besten Job hat der Busfahrer gemacht!

The hotel was clean and had activities that caters for both parents and children. We loved the waterpark, jacuzzi and swimming pools. Different restaurants which offered variety of food. Safari restaurant with pop corns, ice creams and called drinks. Rooms were cleaned everyday. Tui representatives were very good and understanding. Tui services were very good. Information was really conveyed well. Well done Tui. We will not hesitate to book with Tui again. We enjoyed our holiday in Greece.

Busfahrer hatte sich auf dem 15Min Fahrtweg verfahren, dadurch war der ganze Tag verkürzt und chaotisch. Guides waren nicht im Bus, dadurch wusste niemand was los war, Busfahrer konnte kein Englisch. Informationen über das Schmetterlingstal gab insgesamt durch die Guides nicht. Das Bingo für die Kinder war etwas halbherzig umgesetzt, für die Kinder gab es keine Erklärung/ Zusammenhang. Das Essen am Strandhaus war ok, jedoch nicht der Preis/ Leistung angemessen. Die angekündigte TUI Kinderbegl

Alle waren sehr bemüht. Wir wussten dass wenig Schmetterlinge Anfang Juni sind. Das war für uns nicht das Problem, wir hatten trotzdem eine schöne Wanderung und sahen Krebse aus nächster Nähe. Der Nachmittag wirkte aber noch unkoordiniert. Wir sollten schwimmsachen mitnehmen es kam aber nicht zum schwimmen. Es wäre auch besser gewesen von der Organisation wenn wir gleich oben zum Essen geblieben wären und danach die Aktivitäten wie steine bemalen gestartet hätten.

Insgesamt war es ein schöner Ausflug, hauptsächlich für Kinder. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn aus der online Buchung hervorgegangen wäre, wie lange der Aufenthalt am Strand geplant ist.

Die Zeit im Schmetterlingstal war viel zu kurz! Wir wurden 25 Minuten später abgeholt. Ankunft Tal: 10:3/ Uhr/ Abfshrt: 12 Uhr...1h25min gab uns nicht die Chance,das Tal zu erkunden und die Eindrücke zu genießen. Der QR-CODE für das Spiel funktionierte nicht, danach fuhren wir an einen Strandabschnitt, an dem der Wellengang nicht zum Baden einlud und der wohl eher unter Kite- Surfern beliebt ist, aber Kinder und Baden....? NEIN!!! Zeit bis zur Abfahrt 15 Uhr wurde daher im Restaurant gewartet.

When we booked this trip we got told we would see lots of different butterflies and there would be butterfly bingo for the children to play. Also when we payed for the trip I asked what the extra we had to pay when we got there. They said when you got to the butterfly part you have to pay 4 euros to go up a few steps to see the butterfly’s per person. We got there and it’s 6 euros per adult and kids get in free. Please don’t go if you can’t walk far as there are to many steps to walk up.

It worked out a very expensive and time consuming trip. Nothing really was included in the price. For a family of 3, I have essentially paid €116 for coach hire. Entrance to butterfly valley not included, lunch not included. One free drink, a piece of cake and a lift to the place. The second half of the trip is unnecessary. Dropped at a taverna in the middle of nowhere, with no where else to go. Worst trip I've been on. Butterfly valley was great, but everything else was unneeded.

Butterfly Valley was a good experience, timings were just right and enjoyed it with my daughter. The food at beach restaurant was good but the games were poorly managed and not enough equipment for all the children. Too long at restaurant and children became a little restless.

Not enough time in butterfly valley - had hour and half which really wasnt long enough. No info given at all about what would happen at the sea house restaurant before we got there or what we'd be doing. And again not enough "free time" to order food and eat. We were late getting back to coach as didnt have time to eat and pay. Toilet facilities at restaurant were poor but food was good.

Die Mitarbeiter haben uns gar keine Infos gegeben, der Guide kam 15 min später zum Park an. In dem Restaurant wusste keiner was zu tun ist. Wir haben uns mehr von der Kinderanimation versprochen (Bilder ausmalen oder Origami falten nach einer Anleitung alleine). Die Guides saßen nur rum, haben auf ihr Handy geschaut und wollten nur dass die Zeit rum geht. Jeder Familie wurde etwas anderes versprochen. Das ist keine geführte Tour. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht.

Preis Leistung passen für mich überhaupt nicht. Über 40 € für eine Person und grob gesagt bis auf Busfahrt und ein Stück Kuchen waren drin. Der Rest musste zusätzlich gezahlt werden. Das Schmetterlingtal ist für 6 € OK. Jedoch hätte ich eine Information das es für Kinderwagen total ungeeignet ist für sehr sinnvoll gehalten. Fazit für mich: der schlechteste Ausflug über einen Reiseveranstalter den ich bis jetzt gemacht habe. Das Personal war aber nett.

Dieser Ausflug ist in keinem Preis-Leistungsverhätnis. Man zahlt den Eingriff im Schmetterlings-Tal zusätzlich und die Spiel- und Bastelzeit am Beachclub sind echt erbärmlich. Mandela ausmalen und Steine sammeln. Baden ist, obwohl man eigentlich Badesachen mitnehmen sollte, dort nicht möglich. Mittagessen auch zusätzlich zu zahlen, der Snack ist ein Honigkuchen. Man sollte meinen, dass TUI eine Abzocke nicht nötig hat, heute wurde wir eines besseren belehrt. Schade ums Geld !!!

Der Transport hat gut funktioniert. Das Schmetterlingsstil ist sehr schön gewesen, aber kostet noch extra Eintritt. Der ganze restliche Part am Kalavarda Sea House war viel zu lang und wir wollten einfach nur heim. An einem Strand ohne Schatten kann man bei riesigen Wellen und in der Mittagszeit nicht mit Kindern baden. Außerdem fahren dort Kiter.

Nou, het begon al met de bus die te laat was. Toen zijn we vervoerd naar de vlindervallei, waar we vervolgens 1 uur in de bus hebben zitten wachten op iemand van tui. Toen hadden we nog maar 1:30 om de vallei in te gaan, want we moesten om 12:00 uur weer terug zijn. Daarna naar de seahouse. Dat was helemaal een aanfluiting. De kinderen kregen een tekening, er waren niet genoeg stiften. De mannen van Tui waren alleen met elkaar bezig, geen info niks. Erg slecht allemaal! Nooit meer! Of aanpassen!

De vlindervallei was prachtig, maar hadden niet genoeg tijd om tot de top te gaan. Er was geen reisleiding op de bus bij vertrek.. de bus was netjes op tijd. Maar aangekomen bij de vlindervallei, werd het stil. Uiteindelijk kwam er een tweede bus met een reisleider. Dan kregen we de melding dat we 2 u vrije tijd hadden. Maar de bingo was bij de begeleider op de 3 de bus die dan pas een half uur later aankwam. Uiteindelijk, 1u15 vrije tijd. Hebben de vragen van de bingo,: qr-codes zonder internet

Vlindervallei is echt prachtig om te zien. Maar waarom moet je zoveel geld betalen voor alleen een busreis van 2x drie kwartier, een colaatje en een stukje cake? Je moet namelijk gewoon zelf de entree betalen. En die is maar €6,-. Dit had er wel bij in mogen zitten. Dus was beter geweest om een auto te huren.

Die Tour zu den Schmetterlingen war schön auch der Park ist super. Nur die fast drei Stunden Pause danach ist einfach zu lang. Es war sehr warm und stickig und man konnte an dem Ort nicht viel machen außer essen zu gehen und dann dumm zum zu sitzen und zu warten das die Zeit um ist ..

Wir wurden mit dem Taxi abgeholt, dort war kein Kindersitz für unser Kind vorhanden. Dort angekommen war niemand von TUI anwesend bzw. wurde uns nicht mitgeteilt dass wir dort auf den TUI Bus mit den anderen Teilnehmern warten sollen. Nach einer halben Stunde warten tauchten dann doch TUI Mitarbeiter auf, die uns dann weitergeholfen haben bzw. unseren Rücktransport organisiert haben. Der Ausflug an sich war sehe schön und gut organisiert.

Lovely day out. Ali and Evelyn were very good with interacting with the kids. Bingo around the valley was a nice touch. Only improvement would be maybe half an hour longer at the restaurant. There isn’t really time to eat and play on the beach. It falls over lunchtime so if we had t eaten I would have had a cranky 4 year old
