Very efficient pick up and drop off. Lovely experience and we got to see several groups of dolphins after only a short time on the water. Friendly Crew who were able to give my Son sick bags when he needed them, as part of the journey was quite up and down.

Amazing experience the guide was really helpful, nothing to much trouble, the experience was amazing at one point over 100 dolphins swimming around the boat babies included, swim stop, refreshments, allowed to smoke and a toilet included, directions to the transport back to the hotel. The driver on the way there came to find us as we were waiting the wrong side of the road, so we didn't miss the experience, a lovely morning out, well worth the €39 for what was included.

Expérience incroyable. Les personnes à bord sont très gentilles et ont même essayé de parler français pour nous! Ils cherchent réellement les dauphins afin de nous offrir la plus belle expérience possible. L'arrêt en mer est très bien et la possibilité d'avoir des boissons gratuites rajoute à la sympathie de l'accueil. Peut-être prévenir que les snacks sont payants et qu'il y a la possibilité d'acheter une photo souvenir.

Väldigt lång båttur för att se delfiner. Trodde det skulle vara bättre information om hur det skulle gå till. Vi åkte ut 1,5 timme, vände och åkte 30 min till sen kom delfinerna. Badstopp och sen åka in till hamnen. Dom tog kort på alla som klev på. Villa ha betalt för dom korten. Höj priset och låt dom ingå vore bättre förslag. Kändes so en onödigt lång båttur för att se delfiner.

Bei der Buchung im Hotel wurde ein falscher Abholort genannt, sodass wir nicht teilnehmen konnten. Nachträgliche Rücksprache mit dem Vertreter im Hotel für diese Aktivität, ergab leider, dass auch keine Gutschrift erfolgen wird, da es ja "unsere" Schuld war... Schade

Fick se 2 sorters delfiner vilket var häftigt! Personalen var trevliga. Man behöver packa matsäck för det finns inget att köpa att äta förutom chips vilket är kännbart om man åker med barn, vi kom tillbaka 6.5 timme efter avfärd från hotellet.

De boot was ruim en stabiel, en de bemanning was hartelijk en vriendelijk. We zagen veel schattige dolfijnen spelen en springen in het water. We hebben ook veel prachtige foto's gemaakt van de blauwe lucht en de witte wolken die in de zee weerspiegelden. Het was een zeer aangename reis. Een echte aanrader..

Poor communication about what to expect. When booking we said we wanted to swim and booked Saturday morning. Confirmation voucher said bring swimming gear. Email from TUI said there wouldn't be swimming as we were going in the morning. Checked with TUI rep and she said if we wanted to swim we needed to change to the afternoon as there's no swimming in the morning. We stuck with the morning, didn't take swimming gear and had 30 minutes wait on boat while others went swimming.

Wir haben eine riesige Delphin Familie mit über 100 Tieren 30 Minuten lang direkt um das Schiff herum beobachten können. Ein traumhaftes Erlebnis. Unvergesslich!

Skulle inte rekomendera denna båtresa till någon. Man mådde illa och folk kräktes, dem körde för snabbt, båten var inte stabil och dem var väl medvetna om detta då påsar för att kräkas i delades ut. Man såg knappt några delfiner. HEMSKT

Bra upplevelse då vi fick se delfiner, dock tveksamt om personalen bryr sig om djuren då de följer efter rätt länge. Vi gjorde ett stop på en timma i en vik för att bada och dricka läsk. Väldigt långt stop, halva båten var sjösjuk och 2 badade. Stank diesel och hög illamåendefaktor 4 timmar senare

Disappointed that there were no dolphins to be seen. The offer of a second trip is useless when you are on holiday. Good trip on the boat but we did expect to see dolphins like we have done around the UK coast. I do wonder how frequently people are let down on this trip.

Also gefallen hat uns der Transfer. Das hat sehr gut geklappt, war sehr pünktlich und freundlich. Die Mitarbeiter der Tour waren auch freundlich und haben sich große Mühe gegeben die Delfine zu finden. Es war ein großartiges Erlebnis die Delfine und auch die fliegenden Fische in Ihrem Element erleben zu dürfen. Jederzeit gerne wieder. Was ich schade fand, das es keine Übersetzung auf Deutsch gab. Durch die lange Delfinsuche war leider nicht so viel Zeit fürs beobachten der Tiere.

All staff were very pleasant , helpful & welcoming . Female guide escorting us was announcing clearly and concisely , in multiple languages . Had a comfortable seat , lovely weather luckily , good amenities onboard , kept well informed & pleasantly entertained , and most importantly had some good views of the dolphins before returning to shore .

Absolutely brilliant day, unforgettable experience! Crew on board were fantastic and we had around fifteen dolphins swimming around the boat! We were given plenty of time to take photos and the crew were very knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend booking this trip.

Diese Tour hat uns gut gefallen da wir die Delfine gesehen haben. Es wurde leider nichts in deutscher Sprache erklärt ! Das war natürlich für uns sehr negativ. Die Musik auf dem Boot war viel zu laut und hat genervt! Dazu kam dann noch die Seekrankheit .....

The amount of dolphins and knowledge the staff had was second to none. My little one LOVED his experience which is what it’s all about! ?? The stop off for swim was a little long, but that might just be because we weren’t swimming! Overall was really good experience. Minus the long transfer time to/from hotel to port which would stop us doing it again.

The bus journey there was about an hour with the number of pick ups of other passengers but didn’t matter so much as it was nice to see the scenery and other places. We were lucky enough to see the dolphins and some took the opportunity to have a little swim for 40 minutes break off the boat. Plenty of soft drinks/ water as needed and could purchase crisps if hungry. The boat trip was thoroughly enjoyable. One criticism was we missed lunch due to lengthy return journey. Pack up needed.

We sat on a row of 6 seats on top deck and as the trip progressed the whole row came detached from its deck fixings. We made the crew aware but they already knew about it and had not advised anyone or marked the seats to say they were not safe to sit in.

Wir haben viele Delphine gesehen, leider keine Wale. Die Lautsprecherdurchsagen waren kaum verständlich.Das Schwimmen war aus unserer Sicht sehr schlecht organisiert.Die ersten spurteten ins Wasser,dann standen viele Eltern am Eingang und haben Fotos gemacht und so die Treppen blockiert. Dann kamen die ersten schon wieder raus und blockierten dann die Treppe. Das alles so, dass unsere nicht schüchternen Kinder praktisch erst nach 20 Minuten Warten ins Wasser konnten was kaum mehr lohte. Schade.

Superbe expérience personnel très sympathique. Mais lors de la baignade, il faudrait éteindre les moteurs car les fumées d’échappement nous arrivent en pleine tête et c’est fort désagréable. Surtout pour les petits enfants qui respirent des gaz toxiques..

Leuk om de dolfijnen en vliegende vissen te zien! Zwemstop ook leuk, jammer dat snorkelen niet lukte met de snorkels. Ook jammer dat niet alle het frisdrank inclusief was, terwijl dit ons wel verteld was.
