Fascinating, intriguing. Busy, had to queue throughout. Disappointed zero gravity was fully book despite having to book an entry time to museum and workmen were up ladders, banging with hammers in full view. Overall an enjoyable 90 mins with good photos taken, felt we’d been somewhere different.

The museum was good. But, for £111 for a family of 4, I expected to be in there a lot longer. The whole experience took about 50 minutes. Either reduce the price, or add another couple of rooms. The kids enjoyed it, which was the main thing.

We have booked it for son’s 4th birthday. The experience was average. For the amount of money we’ve paid, the museum was small, it felt like it did not have enough staff on the floor to look after taking turns for the paradox attraction and in general it wasn’t as it was presented online.

Each exhibit was really interesting in a range of ways. Unfortunately it was much too crowded to fully enjoy and understand some. Too much queuing and felt rushed at some. Also, couldn't enjoy the zero gravity there was no option to book online nor when we were onsight

Too many people that makes me feel pressured to move faster and we don’t have time to see the things properly, and also the staff should be there to help people with the pictures and let us know the correct way to pouse , and to control the time that people stay in the rooms…

Very busy with quite a bit of queuing between exhibits (it was school holidays). However, the staff were friendly and some of the stuff was great to see. I'd recommend visiting on a weekday outside of school holidays.

The only thing I would change is that the lockers keys as none of them did. It was hot in the museum so somewhere to leave coats safely is essential

Although the museum itself was great - our visit was marred by school children totally out of control, screaming at the top of their voices constantly and pushing in front of everyone. There certainly didnt seem to be enough adult supervision for them, which wasnt good.

Did not take as long to go Round as we thought. Was very clever with some Of the photo opportunities and the exhibits. Would have enjoyed better if I could have worked out how to put a timer on my Camera to take pictures and Then I would have spent much more time going round.

There were several things that we couldn’t get to do because of the sheer numbers allowed in at once. Some of the areas were very small indeed and so a family of four couldn’t join in if there were already four people in there.

Thank you for a good time. Pleasant helpful staff throughout. However you are definitely deceiving people by shwing photos of rooms which are not included in entrance price & there is no invitation todd buy this extra online. Once there these rooms are sold out!!

It’s a fun museum and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We just didn’t find it that entertaining. Have seen similar things elsewhere and found it very overpriced for what you get and length of time spent there. Glad we have experienced it but definitely wouldn’t visit again.

Far too expensive for what it is. And way too short. No where near the 1-1.5 hours advertised. And also far too busy - what’s the point in timed entries then let so many people in so you can hardly move! What we saw was mildly interesting and we did get a few good photos but never worth the money.

It was a smaller than I expected. Annoying that all the information and explanation was only accessible by QR code and you had to read it all on your phone. I hate that. Consequently I didn't read anything and I suspect most people don't either. What happened to good old fashioned signs on the wall

The zero gravity wasn't explained as extra so queued to find we needed tickets. Also injured myself, staff not intereste

It was very good to see the various illusions, equipment generally in good condition but very disappointed to find the gravity room was closed. I think you could do with more tables and chairs for families to eat picnics and a Costa coffee machine. It's not a cheap mus and bringing own food helps.
