The program runs for around 60-minutes
Women under five months pregnant can take part in the dolphin encounter only, must be accompanied by another paying adult and are required to sign a waiver
Kids between 1.20 metres and 1.39 metres must be with an adult for dolphin interactions
Kids 1.40 metres and taller can join the dolphin program on their own
Infants aged one to five years can participate free of charge with a paying adult
Children are classed as six to 12 years old and adults are classed as 13 years and up
Please skip suncream, tanning lotions and any jewellery or accessories that might come off during the dolphin experience
Electronic devices aren't allowed during the dolphin program
Everyone must pay a state tax (ISEPAAA) of MX$50 per person, except children under five. This applies to all dolphin activities
Everyone must pay a pier usage fee of MX$300/US$15, except children under five
Bring cash for purchasing photos and souvenirs
If you have a history of heart conditions, asthma, diabetes, epilepsy, use of heart medication, or any other major medical condition then you should not participate
You are advised to consider your physical condition and medical history when determining if this activity is suitable for you. If you're unsure, check with your doctor before joining
