You'll start with fun, active warm-ups that'll get your blood flowing before learning about beach safety and how to catch waves on your stomach. Then it's time to get into the water. You'll learn from the best with experienced and passionate surf instructors ready to break it down, demonstrate the moves and support you as you get to know the fundamentals of catching and riding a Cornish wave. By the end of your lesson, you're sure to have started to master the coolest sport on earth and have had a memorable day in Newquay.
