Die Kollegen von der Ticketausgabe waren äußerst kompetent, freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Hinterlegung der Karten für zwei Veranstaltungen und Abholung am ersten Abend klappte problemlos. Den Reminder empfanden wir aus guten Zusatzservice. Vielen Dank! Das war sicherlich unser letzter Besuch in der Arena und wir buchen gern wieder über Sie!

Der Besuch der Arena war wieder ein Erlebnis. Super Aufführung. Sehr gute Platzierung. Bühne konnte super eingesehen werden.

I was travelling from Sirmione and as a bus failed to show and the one I eventually got was late in getting me to Verona. I phone ahead to let them know but they were happy to wait. I ended up being not quite as late as I’d anticipated thankfully. I picked up my ticket just after 7pm and then went for dinner nearby as access to the opera wasn’t til 8.30pm. Didn’t have too long to queue and the staff were sending people to nearby shorter queues to quicken things up. Was in and seated by 8.45pm

Es war insgesamt ein großartiges Erlebnis ! Tolles Bühnenbild, grandiose Darsteller, Sänger und Sängerinnen ! Für mich war es schon immer ein Wunsch, in dieser Arena eine Opern Aufführung zu sehen und habe mir zu meinem besonderen Geburtstag diesen Wunsch erfüllt. Danke es hat alles bestens geklappt.

Loved it. My first opera, beautiful setting, warm weather.
However when I booked it stated 8pm , it didn’t start until 9:15 I couldn’t stay till the end.

Die Buchung des Tickets war sehr einfach. Darüber hinaus hat man viele Informationen über das Event erhalten. Gerne hätte ich bereits zu Beginn eine richtige Eintrittskarte gehabt und keinen Voucher, der vor Ort umgetauscht werden muss.

The only thing I would change would be to sell tickets plus travel transfer as a package as it is awkward ordering both separately and also creates confusion that both bookings are tied in to the opera timings

Belo spetacolo. Ma credo che cuando I solisti cantando I’ll suo suolo dovaria di avere um volume di audio piu alto, per sentire meglio loro canto.
