Esplorate non solo il Colosseo, ma tutti i principali siti dell'Antica Roma in questo tour per piccoli gruppi che fornirà contesto, storia e aneddoti affascinanti per far rivivere le rovine. Il tour inizierà dal Colosseo e si tufferà direttamente nella sua sanguinosa storia. Durante la visita al primo e al secondo livello, la guida esperta vi aiuterà a separare i fatti dalla finzione che spesso viene data in pasto ai turisti.Poi, vi dirigerete verso il Foro Romano per conoscere il cuore commerciale e politico dell'impero. Lungo il percorso, passerete davanti al titanico arco di Costantino, all'ultima dimora di Giulio Cesare e al Tempio delle Vestali. Infine, salirete sul colle Palatino e conoscerete la leggenda di Romolo e Remo, i due mitologici fondatori di Roma, allevati da una lupa. Esplorate gli antichi palazzi e scoprite come la parola "palazzo" sia nata proprio qui, nella casa dell'erede di Cesare - il primo imperatore dell'Antica Roma, l'imperatore Augusto. Ascoltando i racconti dei personaggi che hanno avuto un ruolo così cruciale nel plasmare la storia, capirete l'importanza di questo grande impero come mai prima d'ora. In un piccolo gruppo di non più di 16 persone, avrete un incredibile accesso a una guida esperta (solo alle 8.15 e alle 11.15 potrete partecipare a un tour intimo con un massimo di 8 ospiti). Non c'è modo migliore per immergersi nelle leggende e nei fatti dell'Antica Roma.

Il Colosseo richiede a tutti gli ospiti (compresi i bambini) di presentare un documento d'identità al momento dell'ingresso. Pertanto, a chiunque non presenti il proprio nome prima del tour o non porti il proprio documento d'identità al punto d'incontro, verrà rifiutata la partecipazione senza alcun rimborso. Le correzioni del nome sono possibili fino a 7 giorni prima della visita. Dopo tale termine, le modifiche non saranno più possibili.
Al Colosseo, al Foro Romano e al Palatino sono ammessi solo zaini piccoli e borse di dimensioni normali. Agli ospiti con borse più grandi non sarà consentito l'ingresso.
Il Colosseo è soggetto a chiusure occasionali. Se il tempo lo permette, l'operatore locale vi contatterà prima del vostro tour. In caso di chiusure dell'ultimo minuto, le modifiche possono essere comunicate all'orario di inizio del tour.

Meeting point:
Incontro con la guida all'ingresso del Parco di Colle Oppio, all'angolo tra Via di Terme di Tito e Via Nicola Salvi. L'ingresso del parco si trova di fronte all'Oppio Caffe. Se arrivate in metropolitana, tenete presente che ci sono due entrate/uscite per la metropolitana e che il Parco dove ci incontreremo si trova nella strada sopra la stazione della metropolitana. È necessario salire le scale dall'interno della stazione della metropolitana per raggiungere la strada superiore. Uscendo dalla metropolitana al piano superiore, giratevi verso il Colosseo e poi camminate alla vostra sinistra per 150 metri e troverete l'Oppio Caffe all'angolo e l'ingresso del Parco del Colle Oppio proprio di fronte. Il coordinatore vi aspetterà lì.

Really enjoyed the tour. Eddy, our guide was very knowledgeable and was careful and curtious regarding the heat ensuring we were all given time to fill our water bottles and delivering information in shady areas. Would absolutely recommend

Tiden för vårt besök bokades om, vilket i sig inte var något problem. När vouchern kom, fanns en annan tid, kl 10 isf 15.30. Vi såg till att vara på plats till kl 10, men fick då veta att vi var välkomna tillbaka kl 15.30. Otydlig information alltså. Bemötandet på plats var däremot mycket bra, och samordnaren beklagade djupt att vi skulle få vänta så länge. Vår guide, Paolo, var fantastisk och väl värd att vänta fem timmar på, så vi är mer än nöjda med upplevelsen.

Eu achei um tour muito interessante, mas acho que poderia ter menos informações, ou seja, passamos horas escutando uma aula de historia, mas no final ficou um pouco cansativo. A guia sabia muito sobre tudo, mas no final não estávamos mais conseguindo acompanhar direito.

The booking process was faultless.
We met out guide who explained the tour details for the day and the use of the ear pice which was a real bonus in that we could hear everything that was said throughout the tour.
Angela our guide was very friendly and knowledgable about the Roman Empire and Rome
