Aqua land itself was amazing. But the transportation was definitely not . Wrong pick up point had to get a taxi and on way back was a joke driver didn’t know where he was going having to as direction it seemed to me that two coaches were there but only one was boarded and consequently driver didn’t have a clue were the drop offs were having to ask for directions, stopping to shop for drinks and coach assistant having cigarette brakes and passengers having comfort breaks all in all a shambles, in

A great day out picked up at 10am, left the park at 5pm plenty of time there, no queues, lockers avaliable small charge food outlets approx 9 euros for chicken burger and chips, hot dog large 3 euros so not over priced. Would highly recommend for a day out

We had a great day out at Aqualand. So much to do, our children aged 4, 5 and 10 loved it, as did we! My only criticism was the transfer. The collection point from Grecotel, Daphilia Bay was next to a café, which required us to cross a fast-moving road with no crossing. Cars were whizzing past, the road was wide, and it felt unsafe to run across with 3 children. On top of that, waiting 15mins with children next to such a busy road wasn't ideal - perhaps pull into the hotel’s road for collection.

Aqualand is brilliant. Transfer with Tui was poor. Late pick up, slow driver and delays when we arrived amount to just over 5 hours in the park. Fortunately queues weren’t too bad but highly recommend booking direct with aqualand or hiring a car to maximize your time in the park.

The transfer bus didn't pick us up where it was supposed to. We had to run over a busy road with young children. It was almost a hour late to! The bus driver got off half way and stood outside the bus speaking to someone. So we was over 2 hours late for the waterpark. The waterpark was really good and the transfer back was well organised!

Pick up from Acharavi the transfer was about an hour. We arrived at 11am and had 6 hours in the park which absolutely whizzed by. Our kids are age 7 and 4; there was plenty of slides for them both we only sat down for dinner! Wasps around food was a nightmare, food basic but did the trick

Transfer changed to 9.50am- needs to be an 8 30 pick up! Coach was very poor, air con didnt work, very load and creeky. Took 1.50 to get there, so nearly 12pm. All the good sun beds had gone. Lockers were a huge queue to wait for, not a great system to use and only 1 assistant, so a nightmare when he needed to help people who couldn't work them. Had to be on the bus again at 5.20pm when the park closed at 6. So we really got a 4 hour experience when you take lunch and the faff out of it. €220??

Good transfer and organisation. The actual waterpark is big enough to do in the hours that you are there for. The queue to get in was a bit long with only two booths open for e-tickets. The waterpark was well staffed and clean with plenty to do for all ages. The food in the waterpark from their providers wasn't great. We asked if we could take our own food in and was told no by our rep but lots of people were doing this.

Great transfer from Barbati just in time for park opening at 10.30. Pick up at 5.20 ( leaving at 5.30) so plenty of time in park. Good value. Very comparable to local tour operators and nice air conditioned bus. Burger and chips €8 in park so not too bad considering and very tasty.

We had an absolutely great day out. The only thing I would suggest changing is the ticket ages. I booked for two 4-12s and two adults. However, I didn't realise that this meant my 12 year old would not be able to go on some of the rides (we were only informed of the age limits the day before). As a handful of rides are for 12+, I would suggest the tickets be changed to 4-11, and then 12 or over. It didn't ruin the day, but she was disappointed when not allowed on some of them.

A great day out for all. Transfer very smooth. Aqualand has plenty to do and the queues (despite it being Aug) were not too long for any slides. Wave pool also good fun. Plenty of sun loungers and seats across the park so always somewhere to sit. Food and drink reasonable too. We loved it! The only thing to note is there is a reduced entry price for over 65’s which was not available via Tui trip and should be.

Was not collected from hotel but a bus stop. Very long hot wait with an impatient child. Pick up was supposed to be 10.20 but was closed to 10.45. Understand traffic and late customers can hold up pick ups but very uncomfortable wait in hot sun with no shade.

Good fun day out, only down side was that you had to be at the coach before 5:20pm to leave but park is opened to 6pm and the fact there is not clocks anyway so kept having to get going back to locker to keep an eye on the time on phone.

The food was great and lots of it The coach driver was on his phone all the way back and missed our drop off and when I approached him he became rude telling me I should of told him which I did twice but wasn't listening due to being on his phone.

Für Familien mit Kindern super. Preislich zu teuer. 54 €/Erw. & 35 €/Kind ist sehr happig. Die Hälfte wäre angemessen. Im Endeffekt gibt es fast nur Rutschen. Und nach 2…3 Stunden hat man dann auch alles erlebt. Spaß hat es gemacht. Der Bus war nicht vertrauenswürdig. Wenn im Innern der Zerfall deutlich zu sehen ist (u.a. sich lösende Verkleidungsteile), wie ist es dann um (sicherheitsrelevante) Teile bestellt? Das geht besser.

A well organised excursion. The drivers were professional and drove carefully. It didn't take us long to get to the park, but it would depend how far away your resort is. It was early in the season so no queues. We found there was more than enough time to get round everything in the park. Plenty of trees providing shade, which was essential in 38 degrees heat. Food was basic and average price. Staff were professional and helpful, especially the guy at the lockers. Great time had by all.

Although the experience is advertised as a full day we didn't get there until midday. Too much slide time was taken up by waiting to be served for food. Families need to be aware that they will be charged adult price for age 13 and above and there are height restrictions on the rides. The best rides are for age 12 and over or over 140cm in height. We were not the only family that queued for some time and were then turned away. That said, we had a great time and the rides we did get on were great

We were a little unsure about the exact location of the bus stop and the coach was a bit hot but hey - we are in corfu so no complaints. We had to sit in seats with no seat belts which worried my wife as our son was not protected fully but the traffic was slow so we had a smooth journey xx

Pünktlich und schneller Transfer. Aqualand hat Spaß gemacht, nur die Wartezeit an den Rutschen und vorallem bei dem Essen waren anstrengend. Würden wir wieder machen.

Transfer there was on time and took about 50 minutes. Arrived about 12pm. As to be expected the park was busy and there were queues for the bigger rides but so many slides we didn't get round to even doing half of them! Long queues for food but was well priced and a good selection. Transfer was supposed to pick us up at 5, lots of waiting around as found out the bus had broken down and they had to arrange a replacement which took 1.5 hrs....waiting in the heat with tired children was not fun

Bus was op tijd, chauffeur was aardig en behulpzaam. Een volle dag van half 11 tot 16.30 uur in het zwembad. Optimaal gebruik kunnen maken van alle faciliteiten. Eten en drinken is niet gek duur in vergelijking met pretparkprijzen. Neem waterschoenen mee ipv slippers, je verbrand je voeten aan de hete stenen en de slippers mogen de attracties niet in!

The transfer was awful, in temperatures in excess of 35 degrees you expect air conditioned transport, however we got a very old coach that didn’t have any air conditioning and it made us all feel very unwell. It ruined the day for us. Aqualand itself was amazing but TUI let the experience down with the terrible transfer.

The trip to Aqualand and transfer was good value for money but the bus turned up 20 mins late and wasn’t at the specified location so we nearly missed it when it did turn up. If anyone is expecting a transfer from the Tropicana cafe they should expect it to be vigilant for the bus as we did 2 trips and the coach pulled up outside the olive oil soap Shop.

Great day out, quite a distance so grateful for efficient pick up and drop off. Pricey day out for a family. Fun rides, great space, suitable for many people, probably could do with another half an hour - suit an earlier time to make the most of the day, and be able to shower or buy food. Either way, avoid peak entrance times to avoid the locker queue.

Transfer is very long from Sidari. Fewer pick ups would be better, speed it up. An earlier start would be better as we didn't get there until 11.45 then we had to queue up to get our wrist band as all the coaches arrive at the same time. We had lots of waiting around in the sun/heat at the end for our coach too. Once inside the park it was great. Plenty of slides/things for different ages/tastes. Plenty of sun loungers. Could do with more toilets and better signage.

De chauffeur van de transfer reed erg op z’n Grieks. Voor mensen met wagenziekte dus niet heel prettig. Het was een grote touring bus, iets wat ik anders had verwacht. Er zat geen airco in de bus, dus het werd op een gegeven moment zo heet dat ik bijna flauw viel. Eenmaal aangekomen was het park mega druk. We konden alleen deze datum boeken, maar hadden ons niet gerealiseerd dat het zo druk zou zijn. Door de verschrikkelijke bus reis en de drukte was ik snel overprikkeld. De transfer is een 0

TUI staff was happy and cheerful, she only spoke as we arrived at the park, we didn't realise she was on the coach at first.The coach was awful, seat was sliding left and right and seat belt didn't work, unable to move as the coach was full.

The park opens at 10 and closes at 6, yet the transfers got us there at 11:30 and we left just before 5. I think the time could have been maximised with an earlier start and later finish. The park was very busy and we ran out of time to do all the things we wanted.

Ce que l'on n'a pas apprécié: le ********** du bus > 30 minutes à l'allée et ne pas être informé du ********** + absence des vagues à la piscine à vague (pas de remise sur le tarif d'entrée pour autant). Ce que l'on a apprécié: les toboggans à sensation et le temps d'attente relativement court à chaque attraction malgré le monde présent.

Enjoyed: The communication with our TUI rep running up the experience and on the day. The ease of the transfers and getting our tickets on the day. The day at the park itself, was lots of fun! Didn’t enjoy: That the people at the hotel before us were not ready so we had to wait around for 45minutes while the staff found them. I don’t think it’s right that someone else’s selfishness should affect everyone else.

Didn’t like the driver that drove the transfer bus. He spent a lot of time rolling cigarettes, smoking, eating and scrolling on his phone. I was terrified and so was my daughter. At one stage he clipped the hedge as his hands were not on wheel. He shouldn’t be driving a bus load of people

Aqualand the Waterpark it’s self is amazing & plenty to do, it was the transfers that let the day down, waiting 20/30mins to get picked up, then on way home someone took our seats & they changed the bus’s around, end up on a big coach with no where to sit with a 1 year old, was a sore start & end to the day, we wished we’d got taxi instead, thanks

Aqualand was a brilliant water park not too big but not to small. It was just right which really helped with my anxiety

Coach transfer was terrible. Driver got lost and went the wrong way. Took 2 hrs to get there when it was only supposed to be a 45 minute drive. This left us with less time in the actual park. On the return journey it took another hour and 30 minutes and driver did not drop off at hotel reception as expected (he dropped us off on a street at the back of the hotel). Slides were good.

Was picked up at 10am arrived just before 11am and left at 5pm was a fantastic day out real value for money, no queues and slide sizes for everyone, drink and food prices really cheap whole family absolutely loved it and are already planning to go back next year

It’s a good day out but expensive for what it is, we paid £94 in total for both of us and to be honest that is a lot, yes it’s a big park but all the best slides last about 10 seconds and people constantly stealing our sunbeds when there’s loads already available, even had someone sit on top of my bag on my chair and then act clueless when I told them to get off it… other than that the actual experience was good but will not be paying that much again unless it’s around £60 otherwise not worth it

Well organised, coach arrived on time. Nice waterpark, lots of slides.. only negative, because it wasn't a very busy day the park only had one place to buy lunch opened. The queue was very long and took about 30 - 40 minutes to order food. Lots of sunbeds and lockers and showers. Depending on where you're staying it take over an hour and a half to get there and the same back, leaving just 5 hours in the park not a full day.

Transfer nicely on time for both pickup and the return. Aqualand is very fun for both adults and kids. Park wasnt busy at all in end of may, on a weekday. Sometimes even no waiting for a ride. Clean park and nice areas to laydown on a sunbed.

The transfer there was around 15 minutes late, and was in an old coach so the journey felt quite unsafe. The driver also seemed to not know where he was picking people up from and took very inefficient routes so a trip where you want to get there as soon as possible to enjoy the whole day. The way back was better, but still took a long time. There was also no google map link to the pick up spot which your website states will be available in the confirmation email/on ticket

We kregen de info waar en wanneer we zouden vertrekken. Maar wanneer we terug naar het hotel gingen krijgen, kregen we niet te weten. De buschauffeur sprak geen Engels. Hij reed zeer goed, zeker ook langs de smalle straten. Aan Aqualand kwam iemand ons meedelen wanneer de bus terug vertrekt. We hebben weinig info gekregen via de app van tui (waar we geboekt hebben), zochten dan de nodige info via de site van aqualand. Veel verschillende glijbanen, veel snacks en drinken. Water is zeer goedkoop.

Great
Leuke glijbanen en veel lifeguards die je echt in de gaten houden. Het golfslagbad gaf flinke golven en was ook zeer vermakelijk. De dingen voor kids zagen er ook leuk uit, maar die hebben we zelf niet. De bus was wel een half uur te laat en de chauffeur zei helemaal niks dus dat was een beetje jammer.

Aqualand itself is fantastic! We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of slides and water slides. There’s something for everyone. The park is nicely spaced out with plenty loungers. The food was good quality, not overly expensive. Only thing I’d say is we expected free towels - the I info only said bring swim costumes so you need to tell people to bring towels as well.

Great fun for the everyone. Exhausted at the end of the day. Bit pricey but you'll need a whole day for this trip. Food was surprisingly good as well. We had the tuna salad and some chicken nuggets with chip for the little one.

Efficient transfer both ways, well co-ordinated. Aqua-Land was great fun for all - so much to do! Only negative aspect was the locker capacity as all the smaller, cheaper lockers had been taken (or were reserved) by the time our transfer got us there.

Great water park! Very clean and very few queues, the staff manage it really well. Lots for all ages. Value wise, we did notice it cheaper outside of the hotel but to TUIs credit they had initially said they could price match but we didn’t notice it in time to be able to ask the question. Great day out though including the transfer and coach. Plenty of time at the park.

Incredible. Transfer was on time, park was easy to get to and very organised. A staff member who works for aqualand came onto the bus and told us about 20 times which number we were and what time to be picked up. The park is smallish but compact. Staff members were great. All friendly. Made sure they gave instructions and followed the rules EVERYTIME. Queues were short and quick. Couple of food places and lots of seating/loungers. Brilliant day!!!
