Turen var fin helt til det var på tide å ta bussen tilbake. Da vi kom tilbake til avstigningsstedet, var bussen borte. Vi ventet i rundt 10–15 minutter på at den skulle komme. Da den endelig dukket opp, fikk vi beskjed om at vi måtte vente ytterligere 15–20 minutter på en polsk kvinne – uten noen nærmere forklaring. Det virket på oss andre som om vedkommende ikke var en del av reisefølget, heller en bekjent sv sjaførenDette er helt uakseptabelt.P.S. Det endte med at vi ventet i over 30 minutter

Alles was netjes geregeld. De gids en ook de chauffeur spraken prima Engels. Helaas werd onze boeking omgezet naar een andere tijd. Dit was voor onze dag wel heel erg ongunstig waardoor wij andere dingen hebben moeten missen.

Everything went very smoothly, from the pick up at the agreed point, right through the tour of Auschwitz-Birkenau to our arrival back in Krakow. Our driver explained what to expect on arrival at Auschwitz and took care of everything on arrival at Auscwitz, before introducing us to our guide. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable.

Time was changed from am visit to pm visit, kept changing pick up time. Felt rushed at times, second part was very rushed due to heavy thunderstorms and wasn’t allowed to do part of it due to safety reasons.

We really thought it was educational but felt like we only seen a fraction of the trip because it felt a little rushed.We felt a little message from the organisers would be beneficial as we were worried in case the transport didn’t show up but thankfully it did at the correct time and place .

The guide at both sites was excellent and really informative.
The bus driver was really bad tempered. Shouting at one of the guests because they were eating food on the bus.
He had instructed people.not to eat when we got on.....however the way he shouted at a young couple was unecessary.

Easy to book. Relatively easy to find the pick-up point. There was no real "landmark" to denote the place. Luckily there were a few people waiting, otherwise I may have been unsure that I was in the right place. Driver was friendly & gave us a briefing on how the excursion would run. Guide at the Auschwitz/Birkenau sites was also friendly & informative. An interesting tour (albeit a very sobering one) seeing the vast sites & hearing the history of how appallingly these people were treated.

wij kregen 24 uur van te voren te horen dat onze excursie was verzet naar 6 uur in de ochtend ipv half een in de middag. Wij hadden ook geen keus meer dit of geen bezoek aan Auswitz. Echt heel slecht en ook dwingend dat ik moest reageren ik zat in de taxi naar ons hotel vanuit het vliegveld.

The trip was well organised from start to finish. There was a change to times which we were informed of the day before but this didn’t shorten the trip. Transport was on time and a clean and tidy vehicle. The driver was pleasant and kept us updated on order of events. Great tour and efficient transport provided! I wish I remembered the name of our guide as she was so knowledgeable and just overall fantastic. We received our entry tickets as soon as we got to the bus stop to get picked up so entry was very quick as we skipped the line, our time did change from 7am to 6am just for people to be aware but this did not bother us. The only thing I wished was that we could have taken the tour a bit of a slower pace to be able to to read everything and take it in.

The whole tour was very well organised and the tour was excellent. This wasn’t the case for other people who experienced scam tickets and long waits to get in. I would highly recommend that anyone visiting Auschwitz-Birkenau book through Tui rather than try to organise it themselves in Krakow.

Besonders hervorzuheben ist der Guide, der mit uns im Bus von Krakau nach Auschwitz gefahren ist. Wir haben ihm am Anfang gesagt, dass wir nach der Tour eigenständig von Auschwitz weiterreisen, und er hat sich rührend um uns gekümmert, uns erklärt, wo wir weitermüssen, und am Schluss hat er den Busfahrer sogar gebeten, am Bahnhof Auschwitz vorbeizufahren, extra sodass wir dort einen Zug nehme n können.

This was the reason me and the wife wanted to visit poland and it was so interesting and an unreal experience to actually be there. The tour was great value for money , both the camp guide and coach guide were very good with lots of information and spoke great English. Would recommend this to anyone !

Der Ausflug, dessen Organisation von Abholung bis Rückfahrt war sehr gut. Was enttäuschend war, ist, dass wir trotz Buchung einer deutschen Führung uns kurzfristig abgesagt wurde und uns nur eine englische Führung angeboten wurde. Uns blieb keine Wahl, als an der englischen Führung teilzunehmen. Die Reise nach Krakau mit Besuch Auschwitz war seit Monaten gebucht. Eine Absage kam nicht in Frage. Die Führung vor Ort war eher ein Wettrennen zu den Punkten mit sehr sehr vielen anderen Touristen.

Der Guide im Museum war sehr gut. Er hat alles anschaulich und verständlich erklärt und auch Zeit für Fragen eingeräumt. Negativ war, dass keine Zeit eingeräumt wurde, sich im Museumsshop umzusehen und etwas zu kaufen. Wir persönlich hatten Interesse an den Büchern, aber es gab einfach keine Zeit, weil man schnell zum Van zurück musste. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht in Ordnung, da es dasselbe Angebot an anderer Stelle viel kostengünstiger gibt. Haben wir leider zu spät festgestellt. :(

The bus picked exactly where and when said, driver polite courteous and informative. Wir hatten die Tour extra auf Deutsch gebucht da wir nicht so gut englisch verstehen. Nun kamm es aber das wir die Tour plötzlich in englisch machen müssten da wir sonst nur das geld erstattet bekommen hätten. Da wir aber extra nach Polen geflogen sind um uns das kz anzuschauen mussten wir leider die Tour in englisch mit machen. Wirklich schade.. Sonst war alles echt super :)

This was somewhere I have always wanted to visit and experience. It was well organised with a knowledgeable and experienced guide. It as expected is a very sobering place, and reminds us how lucky we are to be living in the period of time we do now, considering how recently the atrocities happened.
