This adventure sees you revving and zooming through the frostbitten landscapes of Lapland. You'll hop on a snowmobile and bump past snow-capped forests to enjoy the beauty of the region – with an injection of adrenaline – during this two-hour guided daytime exploration.Whether you're with friends or family, this daytime snowmobile adventure is bound to get your heart racing. You'll either drive or sit on the back and nudge your way through snow-blanketed forests with total ease and speed.Zooming through the snow, follow your guide along routes and tracks, and feel the exhilaration of zipping through this magical scenery with the cold air biting your cheeks. There's no better, or more fun way to explore Lapland.

Each snowmobile is shared by two guests taking turns in driving
Snowmobile safaris are not suitable for children under two years old
Drivers must be over 18 years and hold a full UK driving licence which needs to be brought on the excursion
Taking alcohol or drugs is not permitted before or during the tour
Your maximum personal liability is €980 with the insurance, your self liability can be reduced to €150 by paying a waiver supplement of €20 per safari driver in resort
It's possible to ride solo for a €55 supplement per person, sold in resort
This trip lasts for around two hours in total
A child is allowed to sit on the snowmobile behind an adult, if they are over 140cm tall, physically strong enough, the adult helmet fits and they pay the adult price
Children under 12 years old and under 140cm tall will pay a child price and must travel in a seat in the sleigh, pulled by the snowmobile, driven by the guide. If they are under 4 years old they need to be accompanied by an adult in the sleigh.

We were lucky to go when there was quite a bit of snow. It felt like the experience took 2 hours including getting ready, etc. The guides were brilliant, gave a good demonstration on how to use the snowmobile & bring some hot berry juice along for the ride. The only bad thing is that I booked the day tour as I had a child with me, to book the night ride you had to be 18+ when I booked but I could of done the night tour with a child if I would of liked. Overall though, amazing experience

It wasn't clear and we wasn't told from anyone what time we was meeting for the safari, it took me to keep contacting on app to be told where to meet & time. Other than that this was the best part of the trip.

The tour provide by Lapland safari’s was excellent. Our guides Lena and Elias (super elf) were excellent. They made sure everyone had a fun time and were kept safe throughout. The tour through the snow forest was beautiful, before stopping mid way for games and hot Berry juice to warm up. Top tip hand warmers for the kids in the sleigh. The guides really made the experience fun. My little boy loved Elias especially and spent loads of time chatting.

the lapland safari guide - peppermint was brilliant and worked really hard and engaged the kids. the scenery was stunning. the kids got very cold in the sledge so maybe more blankets

Great fun on the snowmobiles however we didn’t realise when we booked it that the children could not go on them so my daughter and son were both upset when they realised they would have to ride seperately in the sleigh. This was way too long for them to be sitting still in a sleigh and if I had known this I wouldn’t have booked it. We had to be picked up half way through as they were so cold.

All trips are quite expensive, especially as most people are doing them with children, but snow mobiling was best value for money and good fun, guides were excellent and constantly made sure everyone was safe.

It’s a fantastic experience, but very cold. I would recommend putting warmer in your boots we could get these at our hotel reception for about €3.
