There should be more information on what to expect for the time of the year. A lot of places were closed which could be cos it’s the end of the season. Or maybe cos it’s October. Either way there wasn’t much to do.

Het was een lange auto lozen straat daar ben je zo doorheen, voor mij was 4 uur te lang had voor mij tot half 10 gemogen en niet tot 11 uur ophalen en terug naar het hotel.

Alles goed geregeld, 11 uur ophalen was misschien wat laat vooral omdat je in de toch relatief donkere haven moest wachten op de bus, wij waren met ons drieen dus verder geen probleem maar verder was het goed geregeld.

we deden er een uur over om in de stad te zijn een Taxi `15 minuten de stad is mooi om te bezichtigen daar we 19.00 aankwamen hebben we weinig gezien je kan beter om 16:30 in de stad aankomen kan je nog wat bezichtigen winkel open iom 18:00 tot 21,oo is voldoende tijd . TUI kan je niet bereiken als je met een taxi terug ga naar je Hotel om je aftemelden voor de Bus

Fijne buschauffeur heeft ons op de terug weg bij het hotel afgezet i.p.v bij gezamenlijke punt, hierdoor hoefde wij niet op straat te lopen naar hotel, dit gaf een veilig gevoel. Enigste nadeel is dat er mensen dronken waren waardoor er veel kabaal was en een persoon raakt net niet mijn gezicht aan. Er zaten ook mensen met hun oren dicht in de bus omdat hun zoveel kabaal aan het maken waren. Verder hebben wij een leuke avond gehad in de stad.

Vi syntes i høj grad der mangler en guide med i bussen, der kunne fortælle lidt om byen. Generalt ser man alt for lidt til guider efterhånden, når man rejser med jer. Talte med en dansk guide i tlf i andet ærende, som oplyste, at der altid er guide med på jeres ture. Vi så ingen. Vi ser jer ved modtagelse i lufthavnen og ellers ser vi ingen. Sådan har det ikke altid været. Det er virkelig ringe. For øvrigt, kunne jeres app godt gøres nemmere at finde rundt i, blandt andet, kan det være svært, at

Dit was een deceptie. Op de heenweg opgehaald en netjes in de buurt van het centrum afgezet. De buschauffeur vertelde bij het uitstappen waar en hoe laat we moesten verzamelen voor de terugreis. Hier stonden wij en sommige mensen zelfs al veel eerder dan de afgesproken tijd. Helaas is er geen bus gekomen en was de chauffeur ook niet te bereiken. na meerdere belletjes; los het zelf maar op en pak een taxi. Die na veel moeite gekregen maar compensatie vanuit tui maar 50%. Erg slechte service..

Bus terug naar huis niet gekomen, service van telefonische hulplijn nihil. Reisleidster komt na 3 dagen met vaag verhaal, bus kon niet parkeren en is daarom weggereden......voor vertrektijd dus , waardoor ongeveer 50 mensen stonden te wachten, Nederlands en Engels. Zelf taxi moeten nemen en dat krijgen we maar voor de helft vergoed. Hoe dan??????

Really not much to do in town apart from eat, not great with kids. Roads are so dangerous and crossing is difficult. Driver late to collect. On the way back the driver drove so fast, a massive coach on tiny roads. This was such a waste of money.

The fact that we got stranded in town because coach did not turn up to pick up the group . I could not get on to my internet to contact TUI rep so another person rang and spoke to someone and they said they were trying to locate the driver . After around 45mins the woman who rang and a few more of the group all said we had to get a taxi back to hotel . Well I am disabled and if it wasn’t for a couple who were staying at the same hotel as us who said to get a taxi with them I don’t know where I e

Rep said there is a market -no market . Rep said cheaper than a taxi-€42 for 3 adults 1 child . Taxi would have been €30 return . Four hours in town off an evening was too long. Coach driver said be at drop off for return trip at 11pm. Coach never turned up ,after trying to contact someone from tui we got a taxi at 12 midnight.,

Return bus abandoned us in Zakynthos meant to be picked up at 11pm waited until midnight with a bus full of fellow travellers. No communication from TUI despite several phone calls. Fellow passenger finally told by TUI to make our own way home. Had to queue at taxi rank with other bus travellers and finally got taxi home. TUI service was disgraceful no thought for our safety and security. We had 2 teenage girls and elderly parents in the party and this was absolutely unacceptable.

Asked tui rep for something to do with a 13 year old boy .she advised this ,saying it was lovely and lots of things for us today .also said it was till 10pm . When the coach dropped us of ,said 11pm pick up .not 10pm as rep had informed us ! Got of the coach ,no direction advised ,walked around looking at restaurants and clothes shops ,no activities found for 13 year old .paid for a cab back to hotel as 13 year old bored should of stayed at the hotel for the evening Greek dancing show on

We really enjoyed the evening trip, the visit to the vineyard and wine sampling was good and getting to see the view from Bochali was great. Chris our guide was very informative. We then had a great couple of hours on Zakynthos town. Wish at time of booking you received return times on trips as only seem to receive approx times.

Oklart när man ska åka hem. Man måste själv fråga vilken tid man blir upphämtad och vart. När vi skulle hem så hämtade han oss inte på samma ställe som han lämnade av oss. Förvirrande. De borde stå med en skylt med hotellets namn så man vet vilken bil man ska hoppa in i. Alla bilar ser likadana ut.. vi fick fråga oss omkring och hittade till slut rätt men på andra sidan vägen.

Väldigt otydligt i appen då det stod att upplevelsen va 2-4 timmar och det inte fanns någon information om när bussen gick hem! Vi hade tänkt oss att bussen hem då gick antingen mellan 20-22 men vi hade ingen aning! Vi fick fråga andra resenärer och de sa att bussen hem gick vid 23 vilket vi inte fått någon info om! Det slutade med att vi tog en taxi tillbaka till hotellet. Förövrigt väldigt fin och mysig stad, hade rekommenderat att man prata med en guide på hotellet innan, vi hade ej möjlighet

When we arrived we couldn't find our bus. It was a little chaotic and the coach was the other side of the car park facing away from us so we couldn't see the number. However, I went back in to the airport and asked a rep and they then accompanied me to find it.

Loved the town . The transport was great apart from going 2miles the opposite way from the town to pick up 2 people. It would have been cheaper for them to get a taxi. I personally think when you have seen the attractions eaten had a couple of drinks eleven o’clock return is a bit late.

Coach took over 50 minutes to get to town. It’s a 15 minute drive. Coach stopped at a silly number of places. When I booked it said 3-4 hours, then after I paid it said 23:00 pick up, way too late. We ended up having to get a taxi. Pick up time was not clear before booking. Taxi would have been cheaper than the price also. Rip off and very unhappy with this experience. Would like a full refund.

Excursie was niet zoals we geboekt hadden. Was normaal een ganse dag Zante stad. Nu was er ineens een wijnproeverij bij die we de dag voordien ook al hadden gehad met een andere excursie. Wat niet de bedoeling was om die 2 keer te doen. Wij waren blijkbaar niet de enige die de wijnproeverij nog eens wilden doen. We waren ookiet verwittigd van die wijziging.

Het is onnodig om een bus dat al 10 min later aan komt aan een hotel nog aan een ander hotel extra15 a 20 minuten te laten wachten omdat er personen niet stonden. We gaan ervanuit dat ze meer dan tijd genoeg hebben gehad. Bravo voor de chauffeur dat hij zo geduldig was omdat de mensen in de bus boos en vervelend begonnen te worden.

Good value for a trip into town. Picked up at hotel. Bus on time and driver was clear about pick up time, where it was and what bus to look for. Minus points - bus was cramped hardly any room between seats so legs cramped. Also it's too long pick up at 11pm I'd prefer earlier pick up.

No English speaking making communication difficult for pick up and drop off left early so if you wasn’t there earlier than the time given you would have been left behind pick up point was not where they said it was and also not the same bus number not ideal for families with little ones as the pick up time in not until 11 and takes about an hour from alykes

Although we enjoyed the time spent in Zakynthos, we were disappointed with the delay in being collected for the trip into town and the very long delay in being collected for the return journey to the hotel. It seemed that the bus that should have been there didn't turn up and after some lengthy phone calls by the driver of a different bus, one eventually arrived about 40 minutes after the stated 23.00 hours.

Zante town comes to life at night and we enjoyed wandering the streets and trying the cafes bars and restaurants. The bus driver was polite and efficient but the coach seats were extremely cramped. That said the trip was only 20 mins from Tsilivi so you’re not on it for long. For €12 each I would recommend as this is cheaper than a taxi for a nice Friday night out!

The Driver arrived late for both of the pickups, hotel and return trip. Then drove past my hotel!! I mentioned he missed my stop, but continued driving with no cares given. Dropped every single other person off before dropping my wife and I off. All he said was, "oh, I'm sorry " Absolutely terrible service!!!!!

Booked this trip with in rep in bitzaro palace Hotel. She hadn't a clue where we were supposed to be picked up until we told her where normally your trips were picked up ,told us it was a 510 pick up and back by 1000 ,so we booked and paid 24 euros Inc cash .Got the confirmation through pick up where we said at 610 and to leave on the return at 1100 . Went to tell her was too late so wanted to cancel to be told no chance of getting our money back and was quite aggressive about this too not good

It cost 48 euro for our family for bus transfer which took 50 mins, we got a taxi back for 17 euro which only took 10mins. We were informed the bus transfer was the cheapest option this information was 100% incorrect!

Een gezellige avond ! Vanuit het hotel naar het stadje waar je even leuk kunt wandelen/ shoppen en heerlijk eten. We werden om 17.50 gehaald en gingen om 23.00 weer terug. Dit was voor veel mensen wel iets aan de late kant omdat de meeste al wat ouder zijn en zo groot is het nu ook weer niet. Al met al een leuke avond en verder prima geregeld

Hi , picked up from outside hotel at the designated time. Return journey though a little earlier than advertised was on time too. Very good value for money, instead of trying to rely on buses and taxis..We went the end of September, walked up the hill to the village Bochali overlooking Zante to watch the sky at sunset. Views are amazing from the cafe/restaurant of harbour and town, there are a few restaurants as well, not as busy as Zante town. If you are not fit walking uphill get a taxi.

Good trip. Zakynthos Town well worth a visit. Collection was perfectly on time. Negative was we had a stop in Argasi for 40 minutes to supposedly collect 2 passengers but they did not show up. Also we were directed to the wrong bus fir the return journey and ended up in Laguna. The bus driver however was very polite and helpful and got us a taxi home. It did not spoil the evening but was a little disconcerting.

Negative issues - Waiting on non arrivals at 23.00hrs for the departure leg we were delayed getting back to the hotel. In turn we missed the bar as it was shut. Positive points - Drop off and pick up at the square was perfect location and should continue. Recommend- pick up be earlier to give customers the full allotted time in the Town

1 hour transfer from Alykanas and 45 minutes return. Just over 4 hours in Zante town so plenty of time for shopping, meal and a drink. Would recommend for a change of scenery from the resort.

Air conditioned coach. Knew exactly where pick up would be. Lovely boutique shops and great food in restaurants.

It was the cheapest way to travel to Zante town but with all the pick ups it took an hour. The town wasn’t really my thing although glad I saw it - so didn’t wait until 11pm for return journey - I got a taxi which took less than 20 minutes albeit it cost more.

The aircon on the mini bus was working but was not cool. The trip was just a 'drop off in Zante town so there was no Tui staff and the driver was unable to confirm the pick up time.
