The kids really enjoyed the two dolphin experience. We had just entry tickets, but weren't able to view the kids in the far area while they were interacting with the dolphins that was very disappointing

The only issue was a mix about swimming 2 dolphins even though I paid for this I only got to swim with 1 dolphin .even though i raised this with the staff . I was told too take up with the TUI guide ..

We are a family of four, two of which are in the disabled category. So on occasion we are limited to our activities, not here though. This facility and its staff are absolutely first class and are equipped to handle absolutely everyone, regardless of their needs. The staff took their time with us and had more patience than most people would ever expect them too, without any issue. We give the facilities and staff a 10/10 and the Dolphins

Amazing experience. Smooth pick up by the Dolphin team from the hotel. Well organised at the Dolphin park. All equipment provided. Clear instructions in English. Good photos, although pricey, must have for memories. Definitely go. The Excellence package is definitely worth it to get more individual time with the two dolphins.

Allt var väldigt stressat och det hela gick ut på att vi skulle betala mera pengar. Började redan med när vi kom dit med att vi skulle uppgradera (något som han vi köpte det av så att vi skulle få gratis) sen kunde man inte njuta av delfinerna då de skulle ta massor utav kort så man blev hela tiden tillsagd att man skulle kolla åt paparazzin och när man sen inte ville köpa bilderna blev de otrevliga så det slutade med att vi gick där ifrån tidigare.

Het was allemaal veel te duur voor wat het was. De tui contact persoon heeft niet goed gecommuniceerd over de taxi prijs waardoor ik 50euro meer moet betalen dan afgesproken. De activiteit was redelijk maar wel kort en de foto daar extreem duur

The excursion is overpriced, the interaction with dolphins is about 15 minutes altogether. All the trainer was worried about was looking at the camera rather than looking at the dolphin. If you don’t speak Spanish you’re very limited in communication. Paid for photos and they sent wrong ones. Contacted all possible emails to correct the issue but they won’t engage.

Vi fick vänta väldigt länge innan vi fick simma med delfinerna.. Vi åkte från hotellet kl. 12.10. Det tog ca 30 minuter till delfinerna men vi satt i bussen och väntade i 45 minuter på några som inte kom. Sen när vi var framme så fick vi inte möte delfinerna i vattnet förrän ca kl. 14. Sen kändes det dessutom som om allt handlade om att de på delfinstället skulle sälja dyra fotografier och videofilm till oss. Guiderna påminde oss också flera gånger om att vi skulle ge dem dricks. Inte ok!

It was amazing getting to swim and interact with the dolphins, however when we got there they made us wait for about 45mins - 1hr just to get in the park. We also noticed some people only paid for interaction package however they got the full 2 dolphin experience like ourselves so we paid nearly double if not more for them to have the same experience! You’re not allowed to take your own photos and the rate they charge was quite high. But being with the dolphins I highly recommend for all ages

My father (he’s in his 70s) and I had an amazing time. We booked the Excellence Swim, and it really was excellent — it definitely didn’t disappoint. The dolphins all looked very well cared for and well fed, with plenty of space to swim. They were such gentle and intelligent animals. The instructor was great and made the whole experience even better. My favorite part was doing the “Supergirl” pose while the dolphins swam underneath me. It’s an experience I’ll never forget. Thank you so much!

There was too much focus on pictures being taken by staff, not permitted to take your own photos then charged over the top for digital photos. The trip was not cheap and there was a lot of waiting around. All we got was 2 x 5 sec swims with a dolphin and two one on one 10 sec interaction. Overpriced and underwhelming. Very disappointed

Firstly we missed our 1st trip on Friday 28/11, as we stood outside our hotel and not at the outside gate by security. When the coach didn’t arrive , I went and saw the Tui rep ( Emanuel ) who did try to turn the bus around for us , sadly the driver couldn’t come back. But they texted us that day and we rebooked for Monday 01/12. Thank you ! We loved this experience, the photo guys wernt pushing us to buy. But we did get the video. Even the lady at the end informed us what time our bus was !

I really enjoyed the transport and the experience with no wasting of time. We saw the parrots, the sea lion and the dolphins. We also fed the wee parrots. Unfortunately, you do not have the possibility to take pictures as you have to leave your belongings in the lockers and the price of the photos are crazy! 150 dollars for all the pictures and if you want to print one it’s 38 dollars. Crazy if you think how much we paid the ticket already. Monkeyland’s price for a printed photo is 10 dollars

Het stond vooral in het teken van fotos maken van kunstjes dan om echt te zwemmen met ze. De bassins waren erg klein, een van de dieren kneep met zijn oog, een zeeleeuw was een oog kwijt en ik had niet het idee dat ze het erg naar hun zin hadden.. de jonge dieren zaten in een bassin waar ze amper hun kont konden keren. Zelf mocht je geen fotos maken, alleen bij hen kopen voor bijna hetzelfde bedrag als de hele excursie. Weinig tot geen informatie over de dieren en het welzijn leek geen prio.

I wish I could leave a 5 ?? plus review, but unfortunately I can't give more than 2 stars for the experience, especially since this vacation and experience was to mark 20 years of marriage.We bought the most expensive ticket option to fully enjoy the experience with 2 dolphins, but the instructor assigned to our group of 8 people was having a bad day and was more concerned with having various disagreements with one of his supervisors throughout the swim session, thus skipping more stages ??

The guides were very knowledgeable and able to answer every question we had, the experience wasn’t just for money they genuinely cared for the animals. You don’t need to be a good swimmer for this trip but I’d definitely recommend the excellence package! It was amazing!

Did not get the shark or sting ray experience Waited far too long for other people to arrive. The experience with the dolphins was fun, but never got a single picture with the dolphin in it for the actual swim experience (Always below water) Overall, not a good experience for how much it cost. Would not recommend.

A dream come true for all family members, it was just perfect, only down side was the photos, way too expensive, other than that, the experience itself and being disabled myself, they couldnt help us enough, from rep we booked it with, the bus driver, the staff at the dolphin centre, all was perfect.

As to interact with the dolphin it was amazing. But the water was really murky due to the seaweed situation, ir was really brown and smelly. We couldn't sea the dolphins other then they came to the surface, but the other side of the pool was much more clearer so we didn't understand why they not carried out the experience over there. The pictures are really expensive, the dolphin pictures pack is $150 and if you want the parrots and sealion pictures those cost $15 each.

I was put on the pool with Portuguese speaking instructor who had 3 families with children so we had no chance to interact with the dolphin for more than 12 seconds. The particularly nasty instructor had a foul mouth and swore a lot.

I really enjoyed the dolphin experience, it was such a beautiful privelige to swim with these amazing creatures, however the photos are very over priced and I'd like to think the money is going back into the welfare and maintenance of the dolphins and other animals there, are TUI helping with the welfare and maintenance of the dolphins? Id like to think you guys are as you do alot for conservation, I really enjoyed the experience I just hope they are not being exploited ?

We paid for the explorer experience & what was advertised we were not given. We did not have the opportunity to swim out & have the dolphin jump over us we tried to ask, but got no response back. We do not speak Spanish, so it was very difficult to communicate with him.I think the checkin process should be quicker & they should educate you more on what they have to offer. I also felt the trainer we had was very rude. Also, you are not allowed to take your phone, but the pictures are overpriced.

Zwemmen met de dolfijnen een beleving, alleen zeer kort en alles is gebaseerd op het maken van fotos die daarna gekocht moeten worden voor aanzienlijke bedragen, met ze 4e 2 volw 2 kinderen 600 euro incl aantal fotos van de kinderen zeer matige kwaliteit, alles is gebaseerd op zo snel mogelijk geld verdienen, 5 uur weg maar in totaal 40min bij de dolfijnen, de rest is het wachten en wachten, al met al voor ons geen tweede keer

The staff initially were friendly however when we got put into an English group, the staff continue to speak Spanish to us and give us instructions in Spanish. On top of that we had photos taken. We got charged US$220 for photos when they were advertised at 195. Which that alone is a stupid price. When we query the conversion rate, they just brush it off.

The actual experience was amazing and the knowledge of the trainers was first class , what I didn’t like was we didn’t get to the dolphins to jump over us as he just flat out said no they are tired .. and the cost of the photos/video although were fab , was more than the whole experience, so overall we had to pay close to £500 for two of us to do it and photos to cherish - THESE ARE DIGITAL NOT PRINTED SO WHY SO EXPENSIVE ?

Our hotel rep was amazing, sorted a great deal for us. However, we got picked up by the dolphin experience staff who was texting on his phone throughout the drive and calling various people throughout the drive. The dolphins themselves were amazing as where the staff. You aren’t allowed your phone so they charged $195 US for the photos which is hugely over priced for what you get!

I think that you need to give people the prices of the photos at the time of booking the trip. I took 100USD with me which I thought would be enough but it turned out that I could only get the dolphin photos and not the sea lion phots which was a shame as this trip was for my sone 18th birthday.

Leider sind die Guides nur auf Englisch oder Spanisch daher sind sprachkenntnisse vorausgesetzt für dieses Erlebnis. Der Preis für das Delfinschwimmen ist okay jedoch kommen Preise für Fotos und Videos noch mal dazu weshalb es recht teuer für eine Familie ist.

Allow us more time with dolphin activity, rather than listening to instructor. Disappointment was not allowed to take any photos for memory. Photos which they provided are too expensive, digital cards these days doesn’t even cost that much theses days either. $5 per photo is it real worth? This is nothing but an extortion.

The trip was overall a great experience. The staff were really nice and helpful and we really enjoyed the whole thing. The only downside was the price of the photos.... they were around £200. You're not allowed to take your own cameras or phones in so the only way to have a record of the trip is to pay the extortionate prices.

The arrival was disorganised and they kept us waiting in a holding area an hour in the boiling heat. Our group that should have been only 12 people but they added more people, so our individual time with the dolphins was cut short and not everyone could do all of the individual experiences. On the way back, the driver decided he was going to another hotel past our hotel for personal business, dropping something to someone else. Our journey back was more than double the time it should have been.

We booked the Explorer package which was the 'middle tier'. They lead you through some general guidelines with others in your time block and then lead you to take a picture with the parrots. From there you go to the lockers where you have to put everything away (they will tell you what you can and cannot have with you). They explain what you will do. It is obvious how much they care about the Dolphins which was great to see. We absolutely had a blast getting to ride and play with the dolphins.

Geweldige ervaring om in het echt mee te maken. Ik en mijn dochter hebben nog extra bij betaald om een sprong te maken. Let wel op telefoon inleveren en achteraf 260 euro betalen voor de foto's en als je wilt ook nog filmpjes. Als je dit hebt gedaan wil je gewoon ook de foto's hebben gelukkig waren we hier vooraf duidelijk over geïnstrueerd dus kwam niet rauw op ons dak.

Und hat nicht gefallen, dass es sehr überfüllt war wobei uns vorher gesagt wurde es wären nur 10 Personen insgesamt waren es um die 100 Personen vor Ort. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr sehr unfreundlich. Und zu letzt war es eine Abzocke. Fotos machen wurde verboten und am Ende musste man die Bilder vor Ort für einen unverschämten Preis kaufen um überhaupt etwas zu haben.
