Whether you fancy yourself as a dab hand in the kitchen or you're just starting your culinary journey, this half-day Thai cooking class is the business. After arriving at the restaurant where you'll be cooking, you'll head into the garden with one of the chefs to learn more about some of the produce and herbs that are grown here. Spices and sauces are an important component of Thai cuisine, so this part is especially insightful before you get to cooking.The menu features khung sarong, a fried prawn and noodle dish, chicken with cashew nuts and stir-fried vegetables, and a lip-tingling panang curry. And then comes the icing on the cake– once you're done, you'll sit down and enjoy your very own culinary creations.

Bo Bo the guide and instructor was excellent she guided us around the fresh food market, pointing out all the different spices/vegetables. When at the restaurant where we were to cook she demonstrated how to prepare and cook all the ingredients for the three dishes. Overall a very enjoyable experience

Der Kochkurs war sehr gut organisiert und rübeegbrach die Leute konnten es gut umsetzen er war nur zu kurz aber sehr gut und würde ich wieder machen

Bitte mehr schriftliches über das vermittelte Wissen und auch die Rezepte sofort am Platz in schriftlicher Form. Das versprochene Zertifikat habe leider auch nicht erhalten. Die Präsentation war super gut und die helfenden Mitarbeiter sehr zuvorkommend

Lipussa luki, että nouto on klo 10. Kyyti soitteli hotellihuoneeseemme jo kuitenkin klo 9.10 ja oli närkästynyt, kun olimme myöhässä. Retken kuvauksessa myös mainostettiin oikein kahdesti, että keräämme raaka-aineet itse luomupuutarhasta. Emme käyneet puutarhassa lainkaan. Muutoin toteutus oli oikein onnistunut, opas ilahduttava ja ruoka erinomaisen hyvää.

bibi was an excellent host and so knowledgeable as the chef. Unfortunately when cooking out food my husband had a grey haired lady who kept doing everything for him and took over his cooking experience. It wasn’t needed at all. My husband was upset by this as she took over and spoilt him learning and cooking for himself!

Overall, we enjoyed the experience; being in the kitchen was great fun. Our teacher, Kwame told us a lot of interesting information about family traditions, flavours and plants grown naturally. However, this took up too much time and meant that the cooking experience was quite frantic. As a result, we felt that not enough attention was paid to encouraging the washing of hands particularly after handling raw meat/fish. In addition, we felt the taxi was dangerous- little more than a cattle truck.

Dat was een leuke Thais kook cursus. We hebben de mustuin met kruidplanten bezocht. De gids heeft ons verteld over Thais etesgewonten, over kruiden, over Thaise keuken. Wij hebben onder haar begeleiding drie gerechten gemaakt. Zo lekker als deze gerechten waren, hebben wij niet gegeten tijdens onze vakantie in Thailand. Wel heb ik een minpunt te melden - het was beloofd door de gids om onze menu, foto's en een filmpje door te mailen, maar dat gebeurde helemaal niet.
