Great
Overall, we enjoyed the experience; being in the kitchen was great fun. Our teacher, Kwame told us a lot of interesting information about family traditions, flavours and plants grown naturally. However, this took up too much time and meant that the cooking experience was quite frantic. As a result, we felt that not enough attention was paid to encouraging the washing of hands particularly after handling raw meat/fish. In addition, we felt the taxi was dangerous- little more than a cattle truck.
