An animal lover's paradise awaits at this amazing Benidorm zoo. Its themed areas extend across gardens and countryside as it splits into four specialist areas with a Noah's Ark worth of animals.There's Pangea, where you'll find a whole host of poisonous creatures. And America, which is home to panthers, flamingos, macaws and a tropical forest of plants where you'll find the Maya ruins. Over in Asia, the jewels of the zoo live including a herd of elephants, tigers, rhinos and more. Plus it's all designed around a ‘zoo-immersion' concept, which means you can get inches from the creatures with just glass safety barriers between you. Don't miss the bird shows, either – where free-flying parrots, falcons and hawks swoop through the skies. What's more, this option includes transport to the park.

They'll be an English-speaking escort on the bus to the parks, however the return is without an escort or guide
At Aqua Natura Benidorm, there are weight and height restrictions for some of its attractions, as part of the standard safety measures at water parks. You'll find these restrictions clearly posted at the ticket booths and on the park's official website. It's a good idea to check them out before you go, just to avoid any surprises on the day

Booked with you for the water park and only to be told we would only have 5 hours in the park where we had to rush everything in order to see and use all the parks had to offer Then the bus picked up at 10am then guide told us be back on bus for 16.00 but be early not to miss trip back. Only to have to wait over an hour for the return transport due to the tui and message to be ready by 16.00 and not only that it was only a few thing halloween at the park. Kids very upset and dissapointed...

We have made a complaint to our TUI rep as we got told the coach would pick us up to come back at 4pm Spain time but it didn’t turn up until 5pm so we missed nearly a hour of the park experience and also there was nothing there for the kids with regards to Halloween even though we got told there would be

we and many other families had an absolutely terrible experience, we were told wrong pick up times , also that there would be a halloween extravaganza and there was no halloween events or anything of a sort to do with halloween, our kids were very upset and the whole day ruined! and having to wait an extra hour for the coach, our youngest wasn't allowed into the waterpark becuase theynwere too little apparently so we obviously couldn't go in either! we paid almost 200 for the worst day ever

the only problem we came across was pickup they told us to be there for 5 we arrived at 5 and they had already gone so was stuck with 1 child and a baby had to get a taxi back they should have told people to be there for 4.50 if that was the case

Vanuit Albir heeft een uur geduurd voordat je er ben doordat er eerst in benidorm mensen opgehaald moet worden... veel engelse toeristen in de bus met onbeschoft taalgebruik ( terwijl ik met mij zoon van 6 er bij zit)... Dierentuin zelf wel heel mooi, alleen niet te doen als de temperatuur boven de 30 graden is... je kan beter voor een combi ticket gaan met het aqapark er bij

To start off with we didn't know what bus stop to go to. So our lovely tui rep at rio park Denise kindly walked us to it so we didn't miss it. Then while on the bus the other tui lady was amazing as well . I want to say her name was Tracy. Overall great experience and would definitely go again.

The trip to both the zoo and water park was a great day out we thourghly enjoyed getting close to the animals and the bird show was brilliant and educational. I think the zoo could have better sign posted within the grounds.

Enjoyed the experience but my wife and I have trouble walking a distance we did see mobile electric but thought it was not so big but going on it was and so many hills and we were both exhausted couldn’t get all the way round and at 245pm we got a taxi back I would suggest that for future comments thank you ?? plus it’s easy to loose your self complicated maps

Sharon was lovely and the driver also Zoo was nice and Water park was nice 5Star review from me no complaints about this Suggestion: Only thing I would say is that bus isn’t Accessible for Wheelchair users in electric chairs hard to arrange this through TUI when there buses aren’t accessible

On the whole it was a brilliant excursion, could have done with being a longer day, extended by an hour or 2 with the included transport as we wouldn't have liked to spend more on a separate taxi, or deal with the anxiety of not getting back to the hotel. The zoo element was great, able to get up close and see lots of animals, enclosures generally seemed well looked after.

Very good day out. Can get very close to some of the animals. Lots of walking. Food was good value for the type of venue, gave us a discount for being a TUI customer. Lot of queues for the food vendors, we got there just in time. 10/10 would recommend

Mooi park niks op aan te merken. Alleen hadden wij ik en mijn zoon er iets meer van verwacht. Het is heel veel lopen en niet altijd even duidelijk en de dieren opzich vielen wel wat tegen.

Brillamt day loved all the animals and feeding the deers ,very quiet when we went so very good to get around. Was a bit of a long day when only doing the zoo but plenty of places to eat to pass the time.

Very expensive for what it was. Quite old and abandoned looking in places. Play park & adventure course was good for the kids. Transport dropped us off at 11am and wasn't collecting again till 5pm, so we got taxi back as didn't take long to go around park.

Pros: animals, enclosures looked well kept and maintained for the animals Cons: the different areas you pass through did not always have a shop or cafe open meaning there was no place to buy water, unless you walked back to the main entrance - considering the heat I would have thought they’d have these open for customers. No maps to take along the way so we missed a part and didn’t know until we had gotten home. No information about animals shows before beginning so we missed them too.

The zoo itself was great definitely worth it. Very disappointed that our transfer didn’t collect us and we had to pay for a taxi. Spoilt the experience for me. Even more disappointing that tui chat was useless when trying to resolve at the time and I haven’t heard anything back from them about my complaint.
