À quoi s'attendre
Le 19 septembre 2021, un nouveau cratère volcanique s'est formé près de La Palma. Le volcan précédemment connu sous le nom de Cumbre Vieja est entré en éruption, changeant complètement le paysage à l'ouest de la ville. En parcourant 5 km sur la montagne nouvellement baptisée Tajogaite ou "montagne fissurée", vous atteindrez presque le cratère. De là, de superbes vues sur les coulées de lave et la vallée d'Aridane s'offrent à vous.

We wasn’t told to take warm clothing as the morning at the start point was cold, damp and very windy. You should probably advise future customers to take warm clothing. We were on a tour ran by Isla bonita tours and the only tu customers on the trip, everyone else was dressed for the conditions.

Excellent trip and hike. Advised to wear walking boots or shoes due to the terrain and something warm to wear as the temperature drops when reaching the to of the hike Missed some information on the bus back as the guide didn't have a microphone.

An excellent hike to near the volcano crater. The route is a new one which comes in from the South of the crater and the guide Sophie who was brilliant said it was better. It is not too demanding as it is mainly downhill, in places the sand you walk on is deep but any climbs are short and very manageable. There was also a cool breeze which helped. The pickup and trip to the hike starting point was well organised.

A really interesting and informative tour. The guide was really good and they have processes in place to keep everyone safe. Not too challenging a walk as long as you have an average level of fitness.

Excursion was very interesting. Simon our guide was amazing. He was so very informative and knowledgeable, as well as so much fun. Our only small criticism was we were all standing in wrong place at meeting point. Maybe a little more specific with exact meeting place. Would stop any confusion. Also a bit clearer if transport is included or not. I thought it was, so had to arrange a bus to visitor center. Amazing trip. Amazing guide.

We enjoyed this tour very much, the guide was so informative in 3 languages. We also got closer to the volcano than we thought we would, overall an extremely good tour!
