The Aerial Tram Tour transports guests up and away from the heat and bustle of the lowlands to an ecological park located in the heights of St Lucia's forest reserve. Sixteen open-air gondolas ascend noiselessly through the rainforest, offering guests a magical view of nature - towering gommiers, impressive chatanniers and the remarkable phenomenon of the strangler ficus, alighted upon by playful hummingbirds and banana quits.An experienced Nature Interpreter will point out giant ferns and magnificent heliconia and identify the calls and the plumage of the birdlife that makes the Caribbean Oceanic forest its home. The descent affords a bird's eye view of the forest and a spectacular panoramic vista of the north of the island. With so much to see and listen for, the tram ride is a celebration of colour and life and a restorative retreat guaranteed to refresh the senses.

A nice half day trip with spectacular views of the rainforest canopy and surrounding landscape. We were lucky enough to see a parrot as they are quite rare and elusive. The guide (Lyndon) was extremely knowledgeable, funny and very friendly. Once the tram ride was over, he took us on a 30 minute trek into the rainforest pointing out all the different types of trees, plants, wildlife etc. A great experience overall and enjoyable.

Juliette was our guide and was extremely knowledgeable during our experience on the Aerial Tram. The trip was awesome going up and experiencing the micro climate, We were lucky and saw a parrot and hummingbirds while we were up high. Coming down the views where amazing. When we came back down Juliette took us on a mini trek and showed us star fruits growing on the trees, the different flowers, and we also saw termite mounds. The whole experience was fantastic.

We booked online with you. You took our money even though the attraction was closed. We waited an hour and a half for the pick up. Then spent 30 minutes on the phone to you. You promised to email within 30 minutes. 4 days later still haven’t heard anything. We want a refund or we will take you to court

The aerial tram ride is a very peaceful 45 minutes travelling up and then back down the hillside through the forest. The guide will be as quiet or talkative as you'd like. Then there is a 15 minute walk and talk through a small garden by the tram entrance. TUI advertise this as a fern walk and to wear walking shoes but that is not necessary. It is literally a stone path through a garden. That part was disappointing. In total, the experience lasts 1 hour. Not sure it is value for money.

This tour is an absolute must for holidaymakers visiting St Lucia. Such a special experience enjoying the peace and tranquil atmosphere of the rain forest, in an aerial tram. Providing you don't experience the rain, LOL.

We found the experience to be overpriced - essentially just over an hour on the tram ride and no fern walk offered. Also made to complete a disclaimer for any injuries loss etc via a QR code which caused a delay on arrival. It would be helpful for TUI to send the link in advance of the experience so you can actually read what you are signing.

We had the most amazing morning. Marcus our guide was phenomenal, the knowledge and sense of humour he had was fantastic. I went with my elderly mother and he and the group were so helpful and patient with us. He could describe everything and its history. He pointed out loads of hummingbirds and the views were just stunning ??

Didn't like that I had to arrange our own transport there as Tui told us they couldn't pick us up. I gave 80 dollar bill to rep at airport and hope we get refunded ASAP. We think Tui should have arranged alternative not us we were on holiday after all. Think trip was expensive for what it was

A very pleasant ride over the rain forest with great views on the return journey. The guide was very knowledgeable and could tell us about the plants, trees and birds. We then had a guided walk through the park which was an added bonus. Would recommend to anyone.

The trip was very short for the price paid - just straight up and back down. Trip included a very small glass of juice only for after. Tour guide was knowledgable. Other passengers on our tram fell asleep. TUI arranged transfer was unbearable due to lack of aircon and the vehicle actually emitting hot air.

Only the shrieking from the zip wire which slightly affected the experience. It didn’t seem to impact significantly on the wildlife, just the sensory experience of enjoying the quiet and listening to the birds calling.

Loved the excursion, very relaxing with amazing views of the north of the island. The guide was very informative and we enjoyed the walking trail after the aerial tram. The only problem we faced was the very long wait for our gondola, as we arrived at the same time as multiple ziplining groups, so we had at least a 20 minute wait and there were no benches available for us to sit until 2-3 groups had gone ahead of us, and even then had to wait for another 3(?) groups and a faulty gondola to pass.

Travel to and from the experience was in vehicles that lacked basic safety features such as seatbelts and had a privacy stickers over the glass which distorted your view out of the window - given the bumpy and twisty journey to the location this was far from ideal.

No clear system in place to manage large number of visitors seemed a free for all favouring cruise ship customers. If we had known how long we would need to wait we wouldn't have booked. Advertised as a half day which it should have been . 30 minutes each way plus say two hours on site, 3 hours total. We took nearer 5 hours and missed lunch at our hotel.

Really helpful staff, well organised. Did seem expensive for a tram ride. Can be booked through your hotel though rather than Tui. I really enjoyed the view at the top & coming down was stunning viewing the island from the tree canopies. Could have done without the snake story that the guide shared once we were trapped in the tram! Not funny when you are scared of snakes. I had to do a lot of deep breathing to calm myself down. Maybe leave the story out guys!

The guide was really knowledgeable, chatty and funny and the peace and tranquillity within the rain forest is indescribable. On a down side we were sat in the middle of the cable car where there was a hole in the canopy for the cable to meet the car. I ended up getting oil dripped on me when it rained.

A beautiful, calm glide through the rain forest, peaceful and informative - loved it. We also did the little walk through the forest afterwards which again we loved. So wonderful to see the rainforest up close like that. Our guide Samantha was great, really friendly and so informative, she didn’t seem scripted at all and went with what we saw and what questions were asked. The drink waiting for us at the end was most welcome.

no where to say how many beds you wanted. A long way from the airport going through the winding roads. there was not a lot we did not like. Food very good. Entertainment was good, some ok some very good. One night this woman came and was screaming after singer had finished song. Then she did in the middle of the songs. Put us off we so left.

Enjoyed - the aerial tram tour itself was very good. Not enjoyed - due to inclement weather our tour date was changed in resort, that was no problem but new transport arrangements not conveyed to transport provider. TUI rep done her best to re arrange transport but we were over 1 hour being collected at hotel. Exactly the same happened on our Romantic Sunset Cruise, only made the boat 5 mins before sailing, again a complete shambles in transport arrangements.

I have a fear of heights so going up in an open gondola was a bit of a worry for me but I'm so glad I booked it, it was a lovely experience and I can now say I've been to a rain forest. Our guide was amazing she talked us through everything on the way up and let us enjoy the sights and tranquility on the way down. I highly recommend you give it a visit.

What an amazing experience, it was just beautiful viewing the forest from above and experiencing the sounds and atmosphere. The trams are perfectly quiet which enhanced the atmosphere. Our guide on the day was trying too hard to be funny (no humour required), which was quite annoying. We’ll worth taking time out of your holiday to do this. Zip wire adventures were also available at the same venue which we didn’t do.

Fantastic tree-top tour of the rainforest, seeing the various trees, plants and birds in the forest. The cage travels at a nice slow pace allowing good views of everything. The guide was terrific, very knowledgeable and informative. The one disappointment was having to sign a disclaimer beforehand in which the wording effectively saying that any injuries or harm sustained to the visitor is not the fault of the tour operator.

We were stopping at the Royalton so it was only a 35-45min drive away, the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our guide julietta she very knowledgeable and answered every question put to her. If just want a peaceful half day excursion I would highly recommend it.
