The fast track service was good however unnecessary as the airport was quiet for the late flights. The food and drink offered in the lounge was very basic and definitely not good value for money. It may be something that you book if you are travelling at peak times.

The guide getting us through check in, security and passport control was amazing. Arriving at the lounge she did all the check in process and gave us all necessary information. The lounge was fine , the food was a little hit and miss. I would totally recommend this experience to anyone.

The Fast Track and VIP service are both excellent. Dalaman Airport is so busy and it's great to be able to check in and pass security smoothly and quickly also the staff are friendly and efficient. The VIP lounge is a relaxing environment with a good selection of food and drinks. It is a bit pricey but as they say, you get what you pay for.

The calmness of the VIP lounge, the food and drinks. Politeness of the staff, when entering the airport sun express refused to acknowledge we had paid for VIP lounge, would not except documentation proof, the left is stranded and confused. A Tui rep came to our rescue, demanding sun express recheck our booking, ten minutes later sun express came back confirming booking, they were rude at all times

The fast track through the airport was amazing! I couldn’t fault it at all. Our guide was great. She was friendly and got us to the lounge as fast as possible. The lounge was lovely and spacious drinks were great. The only thing that could improve was the food. It was very basic. I would have liked to see more options for the kids. Maybe some chips. Staff were great.

It’s disgusting the place is falling apart. There’s no food salad or soup. One drink per consumer. The place needs a deep clean and the staff are rude. You don’t any lines like they they tell you this in the hotel.

Escorted through check in and security,help given with luggage.Had leisurely lunch before boarding.Airport experience was made a lot more pleasant.We are a couple in our 70’s and this experience made life a lot easier for us.

Was a total disgrace, will be asking for money back. Nothing was correct in info supplied by TUI, only saving grace was staff allowed us through the Assisted lane. We had no way to scan into Fast track. We got to lounge thru wouldn’t let us in, kept us waiting for 1 hour, eventually TUI called them back and we got through to look at board, turn around and walk back out, our gate and been allocated and we needed to board. We felt totally ripped off by TUI, nothing about this experience was VIP.

The lounge is lively comfortable and cool , a lovely place to chill while waiting. The food was ok , would prefer more choice as only cold salad on offer - with cakes etc Drinks good - we enjoyed out complementary wine and bear - staff were ok

Wir wurden weder in Empfang genommen, sind wie jeder andere durch die Kontrollen...ewig in der Schlange gestanden.....so das eine Stunde über war. Sind dann in die Lounge...der Mitarbeiter musste dann erstmal Telefonieren damit wir rein können...kein Kinderbereich wie in der Beschreibung, kein WLAN, keine Zeitschriften....Brötchen gab es auch keine mehr und das Buffet echt traurig ?? das war der Größte reinfall und das Geld für vier Personen erstmal weg.

fantastic service in a hot chaotic airport at night with children who are tired.
really great! we will be booking again.
The only problem we had was knowing where to go when we arrived at departures.
we nearly missed the desk with our name on. be great if we could have given you our arrival time.

Having read past reviews, it lived up to expectations. I didn't really know what to expect when we arrived at the airport, but was met off our coach transfer by someone holding up our names. We then collected our luggage from the coach and was whisked through 2 x security and check in. We were then taken up to the lounge, where it was light and comfortable, an array of buffet food and drinks as well as WIFI. I would highly recommend and would definitely book again

All very easy and the lady that met us at the entrance was great. Sent through the registration and rough ETA when left hotel and then stayed in touch by WhatsApp. Brilliant service and although the airport was not very busy at our time in the past when it’s been rammed it really would have been fab

The fast track service and lounge were great, it was lovely not to have to stand in any queues and to have a comfortable seat in a peaceful lounge with access to food and drinks. The only issue we had was where to go on arrival at the airport. There was no information given to us and the rep we asked at the airport was of no assistance at all. When we finally found where we needed to be purely by chance, we were told that our transfer details should have been passed on but they weren't.

What a service from start to finish, Musement staff helped out when our flight was delayed, sorting out a new Meet and Greet time for us with no hassle.
Met at the departure entrance by two lovely CIP YDA staff members who escorted us through every stage of security, check in and to the Lounge
