Des moments de découverte vous attendent lors de cette demi-journée d'aventure aquatique. Après avoir été pris en charge, vous enfilerez votre tuba directement dans l'eau au lagon de Yal-Ku. Observez de nombreuses espèces de poissons, et même une ou deux tortues de mer, avant de vous rendre au parc Aktun-Chen. Après une visite de sa caverne souterraine, vous ferez une pause pour le repas du midi. Le plaisir continue au cénote de Pakal Nah, où vous pourrez vous baigner ou utiliser la tyrolienne aquatique.

Bij de lagune wordt snorkelen aangeboden, terwijl er in de bus al van tevoren wordt gezegd dat het zicht minimaal is, vanwege sargassum. Heb in de hele lagune alleen naar bruin water gezien, geen vis gezien. Als men het v.t.v. weet, moet het niet verkocht worden met het bericht dat er fel gekleurde vissen zijn.

Cenote mit Funaktivitäten und Schnorcheln war ok. Die Höhle war sehr klein und wenig beeindruckend. Da gibt es viel besseres in der Umgebung. Das Schnorcheln in der Lagune war enttäuschend. Wenig Fische und keine Korallen. Alles sah eher tot aus.

Suuri pettymys. Matkalla ei ollut opasta, vaikka näin luvattiin. Kukaan ei kertonut, mitä seuraavaksi tai koko matkalla tapahtuu. Matkalla ei tarjottu lounasta, vaikka näin luvattiin. Matkalla ei käyty ollenkaan zipline/vaijeriliussa, vaikka tämä oli meille retken odotetuin asia. Eikä myöskään viidakkolammella uimassa, vaikka näin oli luvattu. Reklamoidessamme saimme 20%ia retken hinnasta takaisin, mikä tuntui lähinnä vitsiltä. Paljoa huonommin tällaista retkeiä ei voi hoitaa, vaikka yrittäisi.

Harim, our guide, was knowledgeable, fun and a joy to be around. He was really informative telling us a lot about the history. The cenotes were really good and being able to zipline and jump in to them was a lot of fun. Going to the lagoon where the fresh water and sea water met was really interesting & you could see so many fish. A really great day overall & would highly recommend.

The Cenotes and lagoon were beautiful. Unfortunately our tour guide spent no time with us - he went to chat with his friends or on the phone. He had the group constantly waiting for him. We were two ours late back to the resort and he drove fast choosing to buypass the neatest hotels and drop the furthest customers off first. We chose the trip for its proximity our hotel. Poor service all round which spoilt the day for us.

Fun tour. José was great. We got to swim in 3 different areas and see tons of tropical fish. There was a very good lunch provided. It just wasn’t so convenient to try to take our own pictures. We had to leave our stuff in a locker for each area. A couple of people did have waterproof bags for their phones which worked for them.

Hotel sales agent informed us that this was a GREAT adventure - nobody has ever complained. I am. First stop - NO fish. Second (cavern) stop - totally unimpressive if you've ever been in a cavern before). Last stop - listed as "Ocean" snorkel (we never did get a snorkel tube - so every 10-20 seconds - head out of water to breathe). "Ocean" was a very small loop within a cove. Water murky - with very few fish, and those were tiny. Nothing as advertised by the hotel agent. A waste of $298.00 USD.

The trip was mediocre. Photos on the website somewhat misleading, we certainly didn’t see any coral. The salt water lagoon was the best part of the trip with lots of fish to look at. Lots of hanging around during the day. The cenote area was very commercial and extremely busy. Overall not very good value for money, too busy and not a trip I could recommend.

We most especially enjoyed the closed cenote and the overall experience of the day was relaxing and not rushed. Our fabulous guide was incredibly knowledgeable and shared this with us. The only regret for us was not knowing ahead of time to bring extra money or a card to purchase photos- we just weren’t thinking so that’s on us. It was overall a perfect day!

They only offered full face masks or you could get a scuba mask but no snorkel. The full face masks do not work with men who have beards and they should have mask and snorkel. That is the only fault I saw. Other than that it was great.

Hugo our tour rep is very entertaining and very detailed for our tour on the next day. Louis our tour guide is funny and entertaining as well. Louis made sure we enjoy our time. We had so much fun. Worth every penny!

Jose A. was our guide and he was the best ever! He was so attentive to everyone's needs in the group. We had a group of around 14/15 people and he knew all our names. He helped a man that was having difficulty swimming, and helped the older couple. He gave everyone in the group attention and made it the best experience for everyone.

- die Cenoten/die Lagune waren wunderschön - der Veranstalter hat 2 Ausrüstungen ausgegeben - wir (6 Pers.) haben die Ausrüstung ohne Schnorchel bekommen - bei einem Schnochelausflug! (der Guide meinte, wir sollten doch einfach die Luft anhalten) - der größte Witz war: der Guide hatte einen Schnorchel - der Guide ist grundsätzlich immer weit vor der Gruppe geschwommen, hat nicht nach der Gruppe geschaut (ist nicht vorteilhaft, wenn man in einer dunklen Höhle schnorchelt u nur er eine Lampe hat)

Passionierte Schnorchler, die viele Fischarten, bunte Korallen und klare Sicht erwarten, werden massiv enttäuscht. Ausser unzähligen Makrelenschwärmen begegnet einem dort nichts. Das Ganze dann noch bei mäßiger Sicht aufgrund des dort einfließenden unterirdischen Flusses und der daraus resultierenden Sprungschicht.

Leuke snorkel excursie. Jammer dat je alleen een masker krijgt zonder tube. Zo kun je niet optimaal van het snorkelen genieten! Ze hadden ook andere maskers maar mochten wij niet gebruiken helaas! Wel prijzige excursie voor wat je doet/krijgt

It was nice being part of a smaller group on the tour. The tour guide was really friendly, helpful and informative and made the tour really good fun. The included lunch was really good. The inlet and the two cenotes we visited were beautiful!

War in Ordnung, ziemlich gehetzt meines Erachtens. Das Essen war nich so der Hit. Die Preise für die Fotos absolute Frechheit und dann wird man noch vom Personal des Stores versucht abgezogen zu werden… Und obendrein gabs 3 Tage Durchfall nach dem Ausflug… Jetzt zum positiven: Die Lagune war ein Mega Erlebnis klares Wasser schöne Tierwelt zu beobachten. Das schnorcheln in der ersten Cenote war auch klasse. Die Fotos die gemacht worden sind waren ok aber unauthentisch und zu teuer.

Beim Schnorcheln in der Lagune haben wir viele Fische sehen können, die wir noch nie zuvor gesehen haben. Jedoch waren mehrere Gruppen in der Lagune, wodurch diese nach kurzer Zeit etwas trüb wurde. Die Cenoté war traumhaft. Kristallklares, blaues, Wasser. Auch hier ein negativer Punkt: 55$ für Bilder von sich selbst zu verlangen ist ein wenig unverschämt. Ansonsten war der gesamte Ausflug den Preis wert.

Uns hat gefallen, dass man viel erleben und sehen konnte für die kurze Zeit und das investierte Geld. Nicht so schön war, dass zum Teil sehr viele Menschen gleichzeitig mit anderen Reiseleitern an den Orten waren. Unser Reiseleiter war verlässlich und angenehm.

A great day swimming in an open cenote, closed cave and then in the lagoon. The lagoon was great, loads of fish to see. Knowledgeable and friendly driver and only a small group of 13 of us.

Det var flotte forskjellige opplevelser på alle tre stopp. Personalet var kunnskapsrike og guidet oss gjennom alle stedene. Det negative er for lang tid til første destinasjon fra hotellet og unødvendig lang stopp på kontoret til arrangøren !

Det var en perfekt upplevelse för en familj med två vuxna och två barn, 1 & 3 år! Vi hade med oss egna armpuffar och egen flytväst. Inte för långa stopp så ingen hann tröttna! Perfekt tidsmässigt med små barn!

Unser Guide war pünktlich am Treffpunkt. Wir waren eine kleine Gruppe (9 Leute). Die Fahrt war lang.. ca. 2 Stunden. Es war sehr viel Verkehr. Unser erster Stopp war die Cenote Abierto mitten im Dschungel. Man durfte eine Seilrutsche nutzen oder in die Cenote springen. Danach durften wir schnorcheln. Leider war hierfür die Zeit etwas zu kurz. Es ging zu Fuß weiter zu einer Höhle zum schnorcheln. Dann Mittagessen und dann fuhren wir mit dem Auto zur Yalku Lagune. Ein Traum! Super Erlebnis.

Locations were lovely. An interesting insight to the natural resources of Mexico. Longer time at the cenote which feels a little rushed. Photographs were great but expensive. The lunch could be improved.

The tour guide Rafull (Rafi) was fantastic. Really made the day. Be good to be transparent about sunscreen. The notes said no sunscreen at the Cenote but nothing about anything else. When we got to the car park Rafi said we had to cream up and we had two mins. Might be worth telling guests to cream up before they get on the first bus. Can't fault the tour. Brilliant

Great
The places we visited were really good especially the underground caves. We were picked up in good time and the guide was very knowledge but did treat us as if we were children on a school trip. We were picked up at 8 and dropped back off at 2pm, I felt that £90 each was expensive. Around £65 is a fair price.

Dikke pluim voor Marvin, de gids. Hij nam zijn “familia “ onder zijn hoede en zorgde ervoor dat iedereen zijn deel van de fun en bezienswaardigheden kreeg. De locaties en activiteiten maakten er een heel leuke dag van. Wat we minder vonden was de kostprijs voor de foto's uit de cenote. Voor drie personen op de foto was dit 55$, onze 4 de persoon op de foto betekende een 30$ extra. Dit is toeristen afzetten. Jammer.
