Second time I ised this service and this time I was left on my own after security and not taken to the gate and got lost, I eventually ended up at the back of a lomg queue which defeats the purpose of the service costing £52. I expect a part refund from Tui.

We were the only two people in the lounge and we were treated very well waited on hand hand foot nothing was too much trouble. We had choice of sandwiches chicken or tuna, we both picked tuna it was a little weird that it was warmed in the microwave, it was edible however not everyone's cup of tea would be better cold. Choice of drinks. TV was not working but this didn't matter we chilled out on the massive comfortable sofas. Our flight delayed an hour stayed in the lounge until departure.

The VIP Lounge was just a room with a few sofas and chairs. The staff were helpful but kept disappearing. The smoking room was a small, untidy room that was obviously the staff cloak room. We had to use a saucer for an ashtray. TUI need to evaluate this so called Lounge for themselves and compare it to others. It was certainly not worth the money.

Worked out at £50 each. Wanted us to leave lounge before plane was boarding. Food selection poor, no fruit, no crisps, nothing chilled, no newspaper and service very slow and stand off,as if we weren't entitled to be there.

After being told by our TUI rep Alladin, who is very good by the way, that the Experience of the premium lounge would finish off our Holiday on a high, we decided to do it. £50 each and what a disappoint ment. The food which at best was a toasted panini with cold ham and cheese. We struggled to get served wine which came in very small glasses. Refills took an age to get. If our plane handt been delayed so we could actually spend some time in the lounge then it would have been even worst. Never a

I found the whole experience in this lounge and Airport dire. The toilets were dirty, very poor drinks and food on offer, not the stabdard I expected from a Vip Lounge. No support or help to visage money, I along with another couple didn't remember being told to keep receipts and I had over £60 confiscated by 2 very rude customs officers who interrogated me, a 71 yr old pensioner like I was a criminal. I was very upset and intimidated by their treatment of me. I will never go back to Tunisia

The holiday was cancelled completely and believed the VIP lounge tickets had also been cancelled. But this wasn’t the case. They emailed 24 hs ahead of when it was booked for saying I couldn’t cancel it any longer and couldn’t get a refund.

Excellent experience from start to finish. Looked after from the moment we checked in at desk 31. Escorted into the lounge and offered refreshments etc. Kept up to date with regards to our flight and then escorted to security. Plenty of time to shop in duty free then escorted to queue jump at the boarding gate. Excellent experience and a fantastic relaxing end to a beautiful holiday.

Great service staff really friendly. I believe that this experience is well over priced for the limit food available and only being allowed 2 hours. We have previously used the lounge and was able to stay even if flight delayed. When we used the lounge before we were able to stop up until departure and they had their own security to the rear of the lounge, which then lead to the departure gates and we where taken from the lounge directly to the gate.

As soon as we arrived 3hrs pre flight we were checked in and escorted to the lounge. Used the food and drink available whilst relaxing in comfort. We were then escorted through passport control and security to the gate ready to board

This was a complete waste of money. I paid £100 for myself, my wife and son for 3 drinks, a packets of crisps and 2 panini’s. We arrived at 8pm and were moved to the departure lounge via an empty security area due to the time of day at 9pm for a 10pm flight. This has been a really disappointing ending to what’s been a wonderful holiday. We were led to believe that it would be a great experience yet it was far from be so. It would be great to hear from someone about this!

We booked the lounge due to previous issues when leaving Enfidha in the past but definitely not worth the money. We were told that they were no longer serving fruit salad or cookies. By the time they took us through security all the shops were closed so unable to buy water for the flight. Left at the gate despite repeatedly being told we would have priority boarding. Wouldn't use it again.

The whole experience was smooth and really good. The only down side was the lack of toilets .. only one in the ladies which I feel isn’t enough to service all customers adequately. Very limited drinks/snacks due to country restrictions. It is table service so if the lounge is busy you have to wait. You cannot self serve. They don't use the separate security check in you are herded to the main passport control and have to queue for border control and security station. They did fast track you through the secondary security check point at the gate but doesn't warrant extra charge of lounge as only limited time in there.

Mohammed my guide was very informative of procress to security and passport control. Unfortunately when I handed my passport to staff on entry to lounge they returned it to another party who were departing to London. Luckily for me this party were honest and approached me asking if this was my passport and boarding pass as if they hadn’t i could have potentially be having real problems coming home.

We arrived at the airport and where taken to the lounge area first we had to wait around and send them our tickets via an email as we had booked on the TUI app , the toilets weren’t working because of an electrical fault so we had to use the main airport ones , we sat down with a drink then told we needed to check in , then back to lounge and then back up to be escorted through where my daughters skirt got ripped as people queuing wouldn’t move out the way as they thought we were pushing in .

This VIP Lounge is really good value, we went straight to check in missing all the queues for check in, you were then given food and drink in the lounge, our plane was delayed for an hour and we were able to stay in the lounge, we were escorted, through fast track security and to our boarding gate. Could not fault the staff they were all lovely and helpful.

Really good experience. Separate check in desk with a red carpet was a lovely touch. Staff were super friendly and being escorted through passport controls and security made the whole experience very stress free. My only gripe is the cost. Booked through Tui and paid £46 per person for 4 of us. Over heard another family booking direct with the lounge and they paid £24 each. Tui really overcharged so I would recommend booking directly instead

I am glad we made the decision to do this. Would have been helpful if it was explained that we would be escorted through passport/security given time for shopping and escorted to the gate but overall very good experience. Food was not the best but was a very relaxed environment of not stressing of joining queues etc. Loved seperate check in desk

The staff were very helpful and friendly and the lounge was a really lovely large area to relax in. The food and drinks were good, however we would have preferred a self serve for the drinks as these took a while to be served. Overall we enjoyed the experience and the personal assistance to get us quickly through to the gate really was a fantastic part of the experience. Will definitely book again.

Very quick and easy bag drop, greeted by a staff member who then looked after us all the way through, definitely made the airport experience pleasurable. The only criticism I have is the lack of refreshments available that you could help yourself to, you had to order almost everything and while the food and drink were good, the fact that you had to be served slowed the process down.
