Selon le jour, vous entrerez soit dans la tour de la Passion, soit dans la tour de la Nativité. Le site décide spontanément quelle tour sera ouverte, ce qui n'est pas à la discrétion de l'opérateur local.
L'accès à la tour est basé sur la disponibilité : lorsque le temps est mauvais (vent, pluie) ou qu'il y a de grands événements dans la ville, les tours sont fermées pour des raisons de sécurité. L'opérateur local ne le sait que quelques jours avant.
Cette visite est bilingue (anglais/espagnol).
Les enfants de moins de 16 ans doivent être accompagnés d'un adulte à tout moment.

Vi havde bestilt guidet tur i la sagrada familia med tur i tårnet. Da vi ankommer og spørger guiden hvordan vi kommer op i tårnet, siger han at det kan vi ikke og at I har aflyst det og at vi skulle købe nye billetter. Vi har givet 2000 for disse billetter og ville ikke købe nye. Han sagde vi ville få pengene tilbage fra jer. Vil I kontakte mig angående dette? Reference nummer MUS16235252

De Sagrada Familia is prachtig! We hadden een rondleiding door een Spaans/Engels sprekende vrouw. Zij vertelde ontzettend veel en leuk over hoe het gebouwd is. Het uitzicht op de toren viel iets tegen, had zelf gedacht hoger te komen. Maar als nog prachtig uitzicht! Goed om te weten je gaat met een lift omhoog en je moet zelf alle trappen weer naar beneden lopen.

Enthousiaste gids, prachtige locatie, goede rondleiding, erg interessant en informatief veel details besproken. Ontmoetingsplek in Souvenisshop bleek in naastgelegen pand en duurde erg lang. Bezoek Torens konden niet doorgaan ivm weersomstandigheden: te harde wind. Geluid headset niet altijd verstaanbaar, krakerig/wind.

Fue complicado encontrar el punto de encuentro. Falto alguna clara identificación ya que hay muchos grupos en la zona, y este se reunía dentro de un negocio.

We had a wonderful guide who spoke English. It was a bit confusing because she would go from English to Italian and then back again. Maybe it was the type of tour we signed up for . Be sure and sign up for just the language that you speak. She was really informative and answered any questions we had

Molto bella la Sagrada familia .La guida un po di meno perche ad un certo punto ci ha abbandonato ( avendo anche i biglietti per le torre ) .Non aveva calcolato bene il tempo e ci ha lasciato in fila ma senza che finisse il tour completo fuori dall’altra parte , dove li altri lo hanno fatto.

The Sagrada Família was overall a wonderful experience. The problem: I could not understand the guide’s accent. With her headset picking up external noise and her heavy accent, I could not understand her. I simply nodded when she pointed to something. I feel I missed out on so much.

The tour of Sagrada Familia was excellent. The tour started promptly. Our guide was attentive, knowledgeable and dedicated to giving us a quality experience. This was the only way to visit and properly see Sagrada Familia.

Really only purchased this as it it was the only available tower access tickets I could find last minute for an early session.
The views from the tower though weren't all that. It'd probably be different once construction is completed and the barriers are removed.
The guided tour though was great and our guide was quite knowledgable.
