Lovely day out from hotel pickup. Very prompt service was kept informed of pick up time. Lovely driver and taken to our boat. The staff were very nice helpful and hospitable. Lovely choice of snacks fruits sandwiches and drinks at the marine park as part of the tour. Amazing snorkelling saw plenty of fish and nurse sharks. Very relaxing day. Would highly recommend this tour.

Kate at The Grand Sirenis was a delight to book our 3 excursions with. Swimming with stingrays and nurse sharks was something we will never forget; it was just amazing! If you're thinking of booking - just do it; you will not regret it at all.

We had an amazing afternoon and were treated to a private guide of the reef where we saw many things we wouldn’t have spotted on our own. Service was very good and all staff very polite. Maybe slightly to expensive for half day trip.

My booking was never confirmed. Tried to find the TUI rep in the morning with no luck. Turned up to get picked up at 12:45, tour guide tried his best to get us onto the excursion but without a confirmation number he couldn't do anything. Won't be using the app again.

Ich schäme mich, an so einem Ausflug teilgenommen zu haben. Mit Tieren in einem derart kleinen, eingezäunten Bereich zu schwimmen ist wirklich Tierquälerei. Es gab leider weder Steine noch Pflanzen damit sich die Tiere zurückziehen können. Ich habe das Schwimmen über den Haien vorzeitig abgebrochen, da mir die Tiere sehr leid taten. Derartige Ausflüge werde ich nicht weiterempfehlen. TUI sollte sich schämen, solche Ausflüge anzubieten - sowas sollte man öffentlich anprangern.

The experience was nice enough but way over priced. The animals were stuck in small cages, especially the crocodiles with no where to turn. It not a nature reserve at all.

This was a wonderful experience, the pictures & gift shop was appropriately priced unlike the other excursusions which where absolutely ridiculous. This has been the only shop we have bought from so far. Guides where all luvly towards everyone & the massage an absolute bonus. I would highly recommend Sara & Alan x

I think the day was great, I think there should be an option to pay for longer massages for those who would like and maybe as it is a half day activity u could also do an option to go to one of the other activities near by like the dolphin explorer to make it a full day exercusion.

Hätten eine länger währende Tour mit einem Katamaran erwartet und keinen 5‘ Shuttle. Auch das Schnorcheln im offenen Bereich war wenig spektakulär. Das Beobachten der Rochen und Haie war interessant, aber nicht überragend. Insgesamt stimmt Preis/Leistung hier nicht.

Preis / Leistung stimmt hier überhaupt nicht . Wir fühlten uns abgezockt . Für die gebotene Leistung viiiel zu teuer . Halber Tag auf einer Plattform , mit Tauchen zu einem abgestorbenen Riff , paar bunte Fische , 3 Rochen , 1 Hai , alle Fische im Becken mit Netzen eingesperrt . 1 Rochen wurde hochgehoben und die Touristen konnten ihn " streicheln“ . Das wars , bisschen knabbersach , Sandwiches und Getränke .

The only major problem for me and my wife was that snorkling masks didn't fit us well and if we didn't have our swimming glasses with us that would be a problem. Another concern that at least snorkel must not be reusable, as it'is health safety concern. It must be personal, even for additional money, it doesn't cost much.

The sea was very seaweedy which I know can’t be helped but did deter from half of the activities. We also found that the area where the shark and sting ray were were very small meaning it felt very trapped in!

Die Organisation des Ausfluges war gut, das Personal sehr freundlich. Die kurze Massage war ebenfalls angenehm. Der Hauptgrund, diesen Ausflug gebucht zu haben - Schwimmen mit Haien und Rochen - war jedoch kein schönes Erlebnis. Man wurde mit dem Boot auf eine Plattform im Meer gebracht. Dort waren die Haie und Rochen in eingezäunten Bereichen in „Gefangenschaft“. Kein schönes Bild und für Tierfreunde fragwürdig. Hätten wir gewusst, dass die Tiere eingesperrt sind, hätten wir nicht gebucht.

I expected they would feed the stingrays and sharks to interact with the swimmers. Also due to health and safety I had to wear a lifebelt yes all good and well if we were not swimming on a pen I think this should of been a choice. I am a qualified scuba diver and all it did was hinder me. The lunch was basic and the massage I was praying for it to end. There was nowhere to store your personal items.

Excursion was great, what was not was the transportation on our return. We returned to our bus and waited almost an hour waiting for people from other excursions. Losing that time was not good and quite disappointing. Nobody could tell us when were leaving, the estimate we finally got was off by 40 minutes. Was a terrible way to end things. The bus could have brought us and others back to our resorts and been back in time for the last groups without question

Wonderful experience. The sharks and rays are in large lagoons. This is not the case for some excursions. The snorkelling on the reef was very good and the massage finished off a really great afternoon. Highly recommended.

Es war ein super toller Ausflug. Die ganzen Fische, Rochen und Haie. Das einzige Manko war, dass der Fahrer der uns nach Punta Cana gebracht, extra pro Person 10$ Gebühren verlangt hat. Der Ausflug war so schon teuer und dann noch die extra Taxigebühren, obwohl der Transfer eigentlich im Preis drin war. Ich weis nicht ob er uns mitgenommen hätte, wenn wir nicht bezahlt hätten. Ansonsten Top

It was by no means a reef explorer , the nurse shark was confined in a small enclosure and the sting ray in another, you could paddle board around the island and that was about it, the island was a small pontoon, it was 100 quid for this experience all of which you got some fruit sandwich and some coffee, it lasted 4 hours,

Most of the staff was very helpful and guided us through the experience well. There was not as much to look at as some of the other snorkeling exlorations I have been on, but it still was a good experience. The drive to get here takes awhile, and longer with the more stops at other resorts, so just be ready for this. Also do not forget your own towel.. Food was average for what we were doing and it the atmosphere was much more laid back compaed to some of the other larger boat experiences.

Wurden abgeholt mit einem Safari Bus, alt und klapperig aber funktionell, vor allem pünktlich gekommen. Per Katamaran 100m weit vom Strand zu einer Plattform mit den Käfigen im Meer mit den Haifischen und Mantarochen die einer der Gide noch wie ein Haustier Live zeigte. Sonst in dem Käfig selbständig geschwommen sogar mit einem Motor Jet als Unterstützung, war toll. Die Massage mit den Holzstäben hätte man sich sparen können. Mit Getränke und Sandwiches versorgt worden. War amüsant.

I liked the high number of water equipment available for use. The staff watching the water activities was were very aware and attentative. The staff handleing the mata ray seemed like they were trying to get people through the line quickly. They did not seem like they cared about the animal and were only using it as a prop for pictures. We paid for 4 hours, but we got out to the reef about 45mins late.

Because of the weather and bad water visibility snorkeling was disappointing. Unable to see shark or stingray. Water too rough for kayaking or paddle boarding. Massage and juice very good.

We found it overpriced for what we paid for, hardly any fish around and the nurse shark & sting ray nowhere to be seen. Staff were excellent though but the trip over all we came away disappointed.

Amazing experience. We got plenty of time there and could make use of the activities was able to choose what you wanted to do and for how long we choose to mainly stay on the shark pool and sting rays as loved swimming and seeing them. Snacks were provided lots of fruits and sandwiches and cakes as well as soft drinks! Amazing experience

A good day out with lots of beautiful scenery and activities to do within the 3 hours. There was a good group size so there were always kayaks and SUPs available and there were 7 massage beds so you didn’t have to wait. Overall we enjoyed the day and had fun, the dive team were brilliant and always helpful. I’d highly recommend going on the tour around the reef as we saw hundreds of different fish and this was the highlight for me. The massage was okay but I wouldn’t rush to do it again.

The place and scenery is beautiful. The salesperson that sold us the package failed to advise us that we could not take our own pictures with the stingray and that it would only be taken with their own photograph then sold for an additional fee. The staff at the reef where not social and just let you go at your own pace, there was no ambiance, no music, they simply speak among other staff members. The Snack selection was horrible. Very expensive foe what we received.

Nous avons été au reef, le chauffeur de tui est venu nous chercher à la réception de l’hôtel nous étions avec d’autres vacanciers de d’autres hôtels. Arrivée au reef le chauffeur nous a donné nos bons pour pouvoir embarquer sur le ponton. Nous prenons un bateau pour arriver sur le ponton. Sur le ponton il y a plusieurs enclos, requins, raies. Nous pouvons nous faire masser cela est compris dans le prix ou emprunter des canoës et il y a aussi nourriture et boisson à volonté.

Es war ein sehr schöner Ausflug. Man hat so viele Dinge gesehen und erlebt. Schade war das es einmal hieß, dass man jetzt sofort ins Wasser muss und dann sollten alle zusammen in das Becken schwimmen, wo man den Rochen sehen kann. Zu dem Zeitpunkt waren mein Bruder und ich, aber auch andere Teilnehmer auf der Massageliege und waren dann zu spät für den Rochen. Netterweise wurden wir dann aber nochmal separat als Kleingruppe geführt. Alles in allem ein guter Ausflug.

Organisation was excellent as were the staff. The snacks were nice but could be expanded on. The available massage was also a nice touch. I missed the announcement and encounter with the sting ray as was snorkelling at the time. They need to find a way of letting everyone know. I would have liked some education about the many fish we could see, either verbally or display boards. The other activities available and shaded seating areas made for a relaxing and enjoyable morning. Transport ????

The excursion was amazing and we had enough time to see and do everything. You got to snorkel where we saw a lot of different reef fish and the guide even helped us spot a turtle. After this we got to see the nurse sharks and stingrays and had a lot of time to spend with them for photos & videos. After this I had some food massage and a go on the paddleboards. Overall a great experience from start to finish!

This experience was the best one on this trip, the people were so friendly and the sharks and stingrays were so good to swim with, it was also good to have free time to just snorkel and swim if you wanted with light snacks on the deck

Pick up was 12:15 got to destination by 1pm as collected guest from other hotels, we then waited for another hour whilst other guests just ambled in, we got to deck for 2pm so the waiting was my only negative. The experience was good, guides and staff really helpful, the swim to stroke the stingray and see sharks was good.

Most amazing day. Roger the guide was fantastic, the kindest man ever. Went above and beyond to ensure that everyone had a great time. Complimentary snacks and soft drinks, as many as you wanted. Opportunity to swim with sharks (who were quite big!) and meet and have your picture taken with a stingray. Snorkelling was great many varied fish. Just an excellent relaxing day. You could do as much or as little as you wanted and just relax on the sun loungers if you preferred. Highly recommend.

Très belle excursion, plateforme en mer avec bassins protégés. Ambiance calme/cosy, parfaite pour se relaxer. Massage très appréciable. A recommander vivement !
