Whether you choose the morning or afternoon option, the relaxed Caribbean culture means there's no rush as you glide from a coral reef for a spot of snorkelling to a local sand bank where you can stand waist-deep in the middle of the sea. At the sand bank, or beach depending on the weather, the floating bar opens and the music is turned up, so you can swim, soak up the sun and sway to the beats, drink in hand.
