Xel-Há est un lieu de rêve avec des lagons limpides aux nuances de saphir, de jade et d'aigue-marine entourés de jungle tropicale et de mangroves. Avec des beautés naturelles et des activités passionnantes, c'est l'une des destinations les plus attrayantes de la Riviera Maya. À vous les grottes mystiques de la jungle et la plongée en apnée le long de la rivière, entouré de faune, le saut de cinq mètres dans l'eau en dessous de vous et la tyrolienne à travers la rivière ; Xel-Há c'est 100 % pure exaltation. Vous pourrez vous détendre dans le cadre apaisant d'une nature intacte, vous promener, faire du vélo ou prendre le petit train le long des sentiers de la jungle pour admirer des espèces de flore et de faune dans leur habitat naturel. Sans oublier les quatre restaurants qui servent des plats locaux et aussi le fait que vous pouvez tout apprendre sur les légendes mayas qui entourent Xel-Há. C'est un lieu d'émerveillement et de beauté, où vous et toute votre famille pourrez vivre des moments de folie dans la nature. Vous avez le choix entre deux formules : la formule "light" et la formule tout compris. L'option tout compris comprend le transport vers le parc, l'entrée premium, un repas au buffet et des boissons avec et sans alcool à volonté, ainsi qu'une réduction de 50 % sur les forfaits photo et sur certaines activités, comme la tyrolienne et la rencontre avec les raies. La formule "light" comprend l'entrée au parc et les boissons sans alcool à volonté, mais ne comprend pas les repas ni les boissons alcoolisées.

Cette offre est conforme à nos normes rigoureuses en matière de bien-être animal pour les cétacés, qui ont été élaborées en collaboration avec des scientifiques indépendants spécialisés dans le bien-être animal. Ces critères sont continuellement mis à jour sur la base des dernières recherches scientifiques et des normes internationales. Ils visent à améliorer le bien-être des cétacés en encourageant les comportements naturels et sociaux, en garantissant des soins vétérinaires spécialisés, en favorisant l'autonomie des animaux dans leur environnement et en soutenant les efforts d'éducation et de conservation.
Les normes du parc interdisent strictement : l'élevage des animaux à des fins commerciales, l'utilisation de drogues comportementales, la capture de cétacés sauvages et les techniques de privation de nourriture, entre autres mesures.
Il existe deux options pour réserver l'entrée au parc :
-La "Visite" (TOUR) qui comprend le transport et certaines réductions.
-Le "Billet uniquement" (TICKET ONLY) qui n'inclut ni le transport ni aucun autre service supplémentaire, uniquement l'entrée au parc.

Beautiful park and very friendly staff. However, transportation was terrible — a 1-hour trip took nearly 3 due to multiple stops and a chaotic transfer. Extremely crowded, long lines, gross food, and poorly maintained snorkel gear (leaky masks, broken straps). For the premium price, we expected better organization, higher food quality, and properly maintained equipment. Would arrange private transport next time. Overall 3/5 stars

Overall trip was really good, morning breakfast was quite bad cold food on a cold morning even the hot food was cold, waiting staff not the greatest, lunch food was okay and slightly better staff in that lunch restaurant, in regards to overall staff barely saw any as well as guides so very self exploration based, and few things were chargeable that we didn't know were chargeable which was a shame based of the amount we paid

The snorkel masks were not nice, kept leaking and fogging up. We would have preferred a mask and valve separate rather than the full face mask. The changing rooms were awful, not enough space and no separate place to dry and change we had to use a toilet cubicle. Apart from that we really enjoyed it, the whole area was clean and tidy, the food was ok. We would go again.

Der Park ist Klasse und nach einiger Zeit findet man sich auch zurecht. Man sollte schon einen Bezug zum Wasser haben und z.B. gerne schnorcheln. Das geht hier problemlos. Überall sind auch Rettungswesten vorhanden. Sehr schöne Umgebung mit viel Grün und tollen Wegen zum spazieren gehen. Einzig der "Begleiter" der Agentur konnte nicht mithalten. Schlechtes und zu schnelles Englisch. Man verstand fast nix. Und bei der Ankunft war er verschwunden. Keine Tipps, kein Weg zum Eingang gezeigt.nix

The park was amazing value for money, what we didn’t enjoy was the early transfer (6:50) for the park attractions to not open until 9am, it was only 25 mins away max. Was a waste of time.

Xel Ha was an amazing experience... we visited 20 years ago and we're not disappointed.. Unfortunately we we're given incorrect information regarding the transport aspect of the trip.. We were advised the pick up time was 6.50am, we were collected then sat in the coach for 45 mins as the next pick up was not till 7.40, not 2km away. We ended up paying for a taxi back to our hotel as the collection time was different to the advertised return time..

The moment we got on the bus the guide was selling the additional experiences at the park. I asked what we got in wifh the price I had already paid of over £400 and he said nothing really just swimming and snorkling it will take an hour to do everything free and then you will be bored for the rest of the day. He played a guilt trip on everyone about memories v’e material things. When we arrived at the park he told us if we didn’t book our experiences straight the way we wouldn’t get to do them.

We went on this trip (single mum, 14year old and 3 year old. There was so much to do there and to explore. The additional things to do were limited as my youngest was to little to do the activities other than dolphins which we did at our hotel. The food was ok, we did find an American style food place which was better for my kids than the two Mexican restaurants. Lockers were great and free, life jackets everywhere to wear. Only downside is the river activity does not take you back to the start.

Food and drink was included with the ticket price which was a great positive. We also received 20% off because we booked another trip alongside this one - made the value more worthwhile. We also received 50% off our photo package but only found this out by reading through the small print on the ticket. TUI could have highlighted this as a further positive selling point. Slight improement would be to highlight that a lot of the activities once inside are at an extra cost.

Being asked to remove jewellery at the last minute and struggling to get ring off. Sun cream was ocean, coral animal friendly but then it was removed from us and given a little sachet of cream. My son then got burnt.

We found the trip to be over expensive especially as u had to pay for other things ,pictures ,fast boat ,cycle zip wire etc ,we paid £240 for both of us and with all the add ons this would have worked out a lot of money for 1 day trip if we had paid for these ,dont get me wrong the place is cool all the other trips are also expensive espcially for 1 day and if we done most of them that would have added a substantial amount of cost ,I feel for family's the cost would be ridiculous for most trips.

This is an extremely unique experience which was well explained on the coach by a member of staff. There are several offerings at Xel-Ha. We opted to pay for the seawalk and it was an incredible experience for somebody that hasn't done this before. Overall, I cannot recommend visiting more.

Bei den stets zu tragenden Rettungswesten muss man aufpassen, dass nicht an allen Orten alle Größen vorhanden sind. Die Ausgabe ist Selbstbedienung und man sollte darauf achten, dass alle Verschlüsse intakt sind. Das Essen ist gut und bietet ausreichend Auswahl. Es gibt verschiedene Attraktionen, die zugebucht werden können. Wir haben das nicht gemacht und hatten ausreichend Spaß.

We were the first passengers on the bus and the guide did not let us climb fruit in the car and take the first seats in the bus. And at the next hotel he let other tourists with food in the bus and to occupied the first seats in the bus. Big difference treatment between US citizens and latinos.

We wernt able to purchase our pictures via the app. Spent over 2 hours trying with Sam the tui representative but were prevented to get our pictures. This was a big disappointment which overshadowed our holiday. Paid for a 2nd set of pictures at a 2nd park and was unable to download because the park had cancelled these. Everything else was good. We had to walk away from our pictures because park website kep declining our cards- we tried three different cards and even converted out uk bank to che

I think the entire day is quite expensive for what it is... BUT we loved it. We didn't stop all day. We paid extra to do the PowerSnorkle which was AMAZING! Our guide Victor was so good(he apologised for his poor English as we stared, and then spoke great English) he was a bit of a fish-whisperer and showed us fish we wouldn't have spotted ourselves. The photo package was worth it (more so as it had 50% off). Overall a fantastic day, buy reef safe suncream before hand though!!

The whole park experience was wonderful even during a downpour. TUI need to update information given at time of booking, we were not told we would need ID before boarding the bus at the hotel, this did cause delays for some people s they had to go back to their room for the required ID. Some details were not passed on during booking excursions ie 180 steps down to a cenote on one trip. All Xcaret Staff are 100% fantastic would highly recommend

Die Anlage war sehr schön. Generell sind dort viel weniger Fische als noch vor 24 Jahren. Leider. Das Restaurant war sehr laut und überfüllt und schmuddelig. Ansonsten alles sehr schön und sicher.

We did three activities, zip bike, adrenalina and power snorkel. Whilst all three activities were enjoyable, they were not worth the price paid for them given their length, the activity and experience. It would have been good to understand the price beforehand so the activities could be planned and not pressure to do them when entering the park.

We enjoyed our experience it was amazing, however we did not know about the extra costs of the experiences once you got into the park and then there also extra cost if you would like photos as we could not use our own camera. For a day trip we think it was very expensive, especially for a family of 5.

A relatively unique experience. I really enjoyed the cycling and the lazy River. Best to do the slides first thing. Scarlet Macaws were beautiful. Maybe add a slide going directly into the inlet.

In terms of the venue and activities is fantastic however if you want to swim with dolphins the cheapest package is 260 US Dollars and then you are not even able to take your own photos and have to pay “extra” along with this if you want to take photos at the top of the light house you can unless again you pay extra. I have paid over £190 to come here.. I should at least be able to take a photo of the activities I’m doing.

Having been 20 years ago I dont think it's now value for money as all the coral is now dead due to climate change so it's not much of a snorkeling experience it once was for that reason alone I don't feel it was worth spending over £600 for the family. Still some nice aspects but overall a big let down.

It was expensive. You would think the entrance fee per person for the excursion was reasonable value, but when you get there they sell you all the stuff that's not included. The extras are premium rides around 100 dollars, photo package is 50 dollars.... The only rides we went on were the paid rides....... Overall it's a nice place but be prepared to hammer there credit card on arrival.

Had to pay extra for nearly all the activities even though we had already paid £120 each for admission. The activities that did come with the price were all done in the morning, so had to wait around all afternoon to be picked up. Should be an option for a half day if you don’t want to pay an extortionate amount for the extras. If I had known I wouldn’t have picked this excursion.

Een mooie belevenis om de prachtige natuur van Mexico te bezichtigen! Het was ons van tevoren niet verteld dat je de gehele dag gratis gebruik kon maken van alle restaurants om te eten en te drinken dus dat was een hele fijne verrassing. Ook het gebruik maken van de kluisjes, snorkelmasker en zwemvliezen zat bij de prijs inbegrepen. Voor een extra betaalde activiteit ( bijvoorbeeld power snorkling ) moet je wel gelijk bij binnenkomst reserveren anders heb je pech...

Very little sea life or coral. Water is not clear enough for good snorkeling. Late pick up and late return after being told to be on time. Snorkeling gear is not the best. Kept fogging up. I would dissuade anyone from going to Xel-Ha if they really want to see clear water with more sea life and beautiful sea vegetation and coral like I gave in other tours and locations. Waste of time and money here

Food was amazing and enjoyed trying out the local foods on offer. Had breakfast and lunch. Enjoy swimming and zip wires in the lazy pool and the slide and wobbly bridge. The wild life and bike ride. Had amazing day and definitely will return.

Food was very bland and i have been absolutely ill with food poisoning and ended up getting a taxi home due to this the excursion in my eyes was not exactly what i was told - false advertising, we got told there were dolphins that were extra expense after paying the premium tickets all inclusive it was not explained very great, the activities were very basic and not very enjoyable maybe for children not really as a couple sort of excursion and the dolphins were enclosed in very small exclosure

I enjoyed the complete day staff very helpful loved the zip wire cliff jumping and the lazy River. Not sure about the dolphins don't like them in captivity

Great place , nice that you can do all inclusive which includes lockers towels and snorkel masks It was all very nice snorkelling , jumping off the cliff , the lazy river Grounds are well maintained- everything looks very pretty - lots of facilities The restaurants were a bit off putting with birds flying around and trying to eat and peck at the buffet food of which most was uncovered

The TUI rep didn't inform us that as we booked the trip with TUI. We was entitled to a 50% discount on the photo package. Would have been helpful. But over all great day.

A mind blowing day. At first a little confusing about where the entrance and process of working out the extras and timings. The 50 % discount on activities booked with the Tui do not think that it was applied. We swam with the manatees which was amazing and Marcos and Yesenia were knowledgeable kind and caring. We did the zip bikes loved it, it was tougher than we had imagined, cenotes great. Changing rooms lockers and restaurants good, Lazy river very long took time. Two snorkels leaked!

Negatives-More veggie food options. Expensive. Positives-Very clean and tidy. Lots of drink stations. Liked the water fountains. Toilets very clean. Liked the shower gel in the showers. Plenty of equipment for everybody and equipment was in good order.

Everything was good except for having to pay for the add ons as it's an expensive day anyway. The dolphin experience was awesome yet the cost of the photos very excessive. We would have loved the photos but they were far too expensive for our budget, we'd already spent over £400 on the trip including dolphins so an additional £120 for the photos was not possible for us. They even offered them at a reduced rate and pressure into buying them which we really didn't like.

DO NOT BOOK WITH TUI! We sat outside the main lobby to our hotel from before 7am as our pickup was at 7am. We sat there for an hour, waiting for our names to be called or the trip to be called. Several vehicles turned up, all of which we checked as to where they were going. One for chichen itza, and several for airport transfers. At no point did we hear our names called (as has happened with previous excursions). I was promised a refund on the phone, then denied it via email. Tui played ignorant

Firstly, we were told the luxury coaches all had toilets, they did not!!! It would have been nice to have transport between activities, as some people don't walk well, but are able to do the attractions. Also a map prior to going would have been good to be able to plan, the events
