Der Katamaran wackelt doch sehr sehr stark. Es waren mehrere Personen an Board, die sich übergeben mussten. Der Schnorchelstop ist ok, die Schwimmwesten an Board sind ekelig. Wir waren froh, als wir wieder an Land waren

Für ein Glass Bottom Boot konnte man unter Wasser kaum interessantes sehen. Trotzdem war die Fahrt für uns eine super Sache, weil wir das Glück hatten Delphine zu sehen.

The trip is expensive, 168 euros for 4 adults, 2 kids. Mainly consisted of picking up other customers at different stops with very little to see in-between. The swim stop although short, was nice but a bit of a scramble off and back onto the boat. We saw a small shawl of fish in the glass bottom if the boat.

The trip was sold as 2.5 hour boat trip with a glass bottom and a swim stop. Our trip lasted only 1 hour and at no point was there any guidance to go and look at the glass bottom area ( no idea where this was) and there was also no swim stop at all. All we did was go to 2/3 other pick up/drop off locations and then was brought back to our stop. Very disappointing experience.

Wir hatten einen Tag mit starkem Wellengang. Gebucht haben wir 4 Stunden, nach 30 Minuten mussten wir aussteigen, weil der Wellengang so stark war, das den Kindern übel wurde. Wir waren nur ganz kurz unten, Fisch haben wir einen gesehen. Man hätte es bei der Schaukelei nicht länger ausgehalten.Das Aussteigen war mehr als abenteuerlich! Weil die Treppe musste sogar wieder eingezogen werden, da es so gefährlich war.Wir haben am Vortag gebucht, hätte die Tui Dame wissen sollen. Uns war allen übel.

Got off after an hour, enquired what about 2.5 hours said If we wanted more time to get off and pay. Stairs very steep small and slippy for young ones. Didn't see anything in the glass bottom (glass sides). Rude staff at start of trip, had child in my hands and trying to get the ticket on my phone was a bit rude and trying to push people past us. Would try somewhere else next time.

The experience was fantastic and we couldn't have gotten a better day to do the boat trip. The stop and swim was really disorganised and very dangerous just a free for all. We had 4 children and 3 wanted to sea swim, adults were pushing them all over and bags and clothes were dumped everywhere. People were jumping in all over and the staff couldn't seem to control the situation.

The moonfish adventure was basically a bus route. There was no 'guide' or information, just a stop at each port. The water was so rough that the swim stop was horrendous with numerous people throwing up, including my 10 year old son and my wife. The people running the trip were allowing anyone to throw them selves in the water despite the conditions being dangerous and several life jackets were thrown at people in the water who had clearly overestimated their capability. A waste of money for me.

When the boat stopped it wasn’t in the cove so sea very rough. Loads of people queing for life jackets, by time got one and into the water only had 5 minutes to swim in the sea. No organisation for getting on/off boat to swim. People everywhere, very dangerous

5 minutes of a sea swim. It was chaotic with little regard to safety at the back of the boat when we stopped to swim. It wasn’t glass bottom! It had windows in the sides so you only saw just under the surface and saw nothing! Falsely advertised. It’s an ok boat trip to see the other areas.

What really disappointed me was the sea swim.There are a few options to get off into the sea;Jump, slide or steps. There are 4 steps, 2 side by side either side of the boat.1 would assume people would have general cop of or manners that you go down one side & up the other. Not either one especially when a child is at the very bottom of the step trying to get in & people are climbing on top to get up both sides of the Stairs. Meanwhile the people in charge of the boat are sitting right there

Super nette Fahrt. Sind in Porto Cristo eingestiegen und dann in Cala Millor für einen Shoppingtripp ausgestiegen. Dieser hat 2,5 Stunden gedauert, ehe wir wieder ins Boot eingestiegen sind und zurück nach Porto Cristo gefahren sind. Bei der Rückfahrt wurde ein Badestopp mit Rutschen ins Meer gemacht und man fuhr auch zu einer Höhle (nur Außen! Man fährt nicht in die Höhle rein!) Essen und Trinken konnte man an Bord kaufen.

Niemand kan hier iets aan doen maar de zee was veel te wild waardoor we allemaal zwaar zeeziek werden. Te gevaarlijk om in het water te springen gezien de golven. Een waarschuwing op voorhand was mooi geweest. Teveel mensen op de boot, bijlage niet iedereen kon zitten. Niet echt veilig dus. De nodige zakjes werden ons dan aangeboden als we bijna terug waren

I feel it was not a boat trip more like a taxi boat we spent more time pick up and dropping people off then we did anything else. At the swimming point by the time everyone got in the water they was calling you out I was not in the water for more then 3 mins before we as call back on. And the cove bit was not a cove it was just a cliff bit and again you didn't get to see it before the was taken off again you got like a 1 min at the cove bit. I would say not wear the money at all.

The excursion for us personally, was too long. Taken to other ports to collect passengers, then back to our own, before excursion started. I would be happy with this, but it meant it was too long for my 4yr old with ASD. A lovely trip overall, happy, hardworking staff, coves were lovely and the stop off for the swim was perfect, this part could have been longer, but overall a really great, good value trip!

The trip only lasted 2 hours, no swim stop. The trip was completely over sold and it was packed to the point you couldn't move. No info given by the staff on the boat. We were also told by tui staff that we could get a taxi with a child seat for our 1 year old....He had to sit on our knee we were also told we could easily get a taxi back to the hotel but we couldn't and had to get the bus. Overall it was such a let down and we woild not recommend.

+wunderschöne Aussicht +Schöne Badebucht - 2 Haltestops für Gäste zum aus und einsteigen - badestop nur 15 Minuten - gesamte Tour dauert tatsächlich nur 1 Std und 50 Minuten statt 2,5 die man bezahlt Für das Geld bekommt man definitiv mehr und schöneres geboten.

My 10 year old child got into trouble during the swim part of this trip. The staff were clueless on how to help. They took a long time to access the life ring then once retrieved it was in knots. As his dad was in the water with him who also struggles to return to the boat as many people did this was not managed well. It was lucky a strong swimming guest was there to help otherwise the unthinkable could have happened. This should not be suggested unless life guard training is provided to staff

Described as a hop on hop off service but advised once we got off we couldn’t get back on. The weather was very windy and choppy. Many people sea sick and I don’t think it should have been running that day. We were charged a more expensive fee than we would have got directly with moonfish at the jetty. Overall very disappointed and wouldn’t recommend

This tour was a complete wreck from the very start of booking. Upon walking onto the harbour pick up I was acosted by a very aggressive and rude asking for tickets for another company. She would not answer my question when asked about the tour and told us to just stand in a que. When boarding you have to hold on for dear life. The staff do not even greet you upon boarding and did not engage with us once. Over priced bar with snacks. No glass bottom only side windows. Far too long and uninspiring

Die gebuchte Tour wurde gar nicht umgesetzt. Es war leider nur eine 2 Stunden Tour Die in den Norden verlief. Die zweite Variante wäre eine dreieinhalb Stunden Tour gewesen, welche ich in den Süden geht.

Really enjoyed the experience, my daughter loved swimming in the sea. The only thing I would want improving is the directions on where to meet the boat. The address given was in Palma but it also mentioned Sa Coma jetty. Luckily the gentleman on reception at the hotel I was staying at told me where I needed to go, he was very helpful.

Heel leuke ervaring. Gidsen en bemanning super tof en vriendelijk. Als ik dan 1 nadeel moet geven dan zijn het de raampjes waar je door kan kijken er zijn er niet veel en er is weinig plaats om te zitten.

This boat trip goes from port to port which we were unaware of!!. Would have been nice if we knew if we could get off at the different ports and catch the nxt boat an hour or 2 later(sight seeing tour /hop on hop off effect) . There is no glass bottom on the boat !!! There are 8 glass windows on each "blade" that r submerged in the water, only saw fish when boat was stationary and the crew were feeding them. Loved the jumping into the sea water from back of boat, more time would be great.

We enjoyed the boat experience although a bit choppy. We did have an issue with a very aggressive older male passenger onboard who verbally abused our 3 teenage sons for sitting on chairs that he had moved from instead of asking them politely to move which they would have done no problem he purposely fell on top of my youngest son and then verbally abused them by calling them obscene names. It was quite upsetting for us as a family and would likely prevent us from doing a trip like that again.

Wasn't 2.5 hours, but 1.5. this is on the moonfish schedule, but TUI falsely advertise it. The day after the rep told us it was because it was still low season in May. Staff on board did not make it clear when we could go to the bottom and made everyone sit on the top deck. Swim stop was a dive stop of about 10 minutes. Didn't dock, people had to jump off the boat.

Myself and my family were looking forward to a ‘glass bottomed’ boat trip. Unfortunately the boat went around the ports picking passengers up, with no guide etc. There was no glass bottom to the boat, instead there were glass windows on the very lower deck so no visibility. 1 swim stop, chaotic, not enough life jackets for kids etc. would definitely not recommend

Swim stop was very short and rather inaccessible due to the current. It felt a bit like a hop-on-hop-off boat ride. Es wird angepriesen, dass es einen Glasboden gibt. Es sind an nur Scheiben und man sieht während der Fahrt gar nichts, und bei den Stopps Seegras. Sehr sehr enttäuschend. Das war ein absoluter Touri-Nap!!!!
