Departing from Inverness, this tour follows the beautiful Caledonian Canal all the way to Loch Ness. 24 miles long and over 700 feet deep, this loch is most famous for its sightings of the Loch Ness Monster, affectionately known as 'Nessie'.Your first stop of the day will be Dochgarroch and offers you the chance to have a boat trip around the Loch. Then, it's onto the 13th century Urquhart Castle where you can explore the ruins, enjoy the visitor centre and take in the views across Loch Ness. The next stops will be at Invermoriston, where you'll get to take photos of the bridge and St Columba’s Well, and Fort Augustus. Fort Augustus is a small town with a population of only 650 people and is a perfect spot to relax and watch boats passing through the Caledonian Canal while you enjoy your lunch.Afterwards, you'll pass by Falls of Foyers, which was a favourite spot of poet Rabbie Burns and is truly breathtaking.

Your tour departs at 08:45 hrs from Railway Terrace. Check-in opens 15 minutes prior to the stated departure time and closes 5 minutes prior to the stated departure time. It's recommended that all passengers arrive in this window, as tours must depart on schedule
The driver-guide will conduct the tour in English, but written translations of the commentary are available in the following: French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Russian, and Chinese (Mandarin); you can request it from the tour organiser. Contacts can be found in the voucher after booking
Please bring warm and/or waterproof clothing, wear comfortable walking shoes and take sun-block or a hat for sunny day

Hela upplevelsen var underbar och positiv. Guiden Chris var fantastisk, trevlig och hjälpsam. Negativt var att jag hade fått en upphämtnings adress av företaget som inte var rätt. Efter 25 minuters väntan var jag på väg att gå. Men som väl var kom Chris med bussen då! Tusen tack Chris för att du letade upp mig!
