Amazing trip, one of my favourite trips I have ever done. The staff were amazing and so welcoming. Got to go to three separate stops aswell as the catamaran trip. Food and drinks included were amazing! 100% recommend

We sat at the hotel for over an hour waiting to be picked up. Nobody came. Overall with prep and trying to find out what happened it wasted nearly 3 hours of our precious holiday time. Very dissatisfied. We’ll see what the local TUI reps do and if we go tomorrow (and what compensation they provide)?

It's such a wonderful excursion, definitely recommend. Our guide was so lovely and funny, we felt very safe with all of the staff we interacted with and led our tour. The floating restaurant was awesome and the food was INCREDIBLE. The snorkeling is fun, it was great we got fish food to entice the fish to swim around us. It was nice we had extra time at the end to walk through the market and purchase local goods.

Don Julio and his crew on Thursday were outstanding. They were fun and kept an eye on everyone making sure we were comfortable and safe. Great excursion I wouldn’t change any part of it. The food and snacks were excellent. Keep up your high standards!!

It was fun being on the boat nd the meal was good. The rest of the trip was disappointing. The snorkeling was crowded and only a few fish. The "private beach" was a waste of time. We all stood around on a tiny strip of beach for 15-20 minutes while 2 of the crew tossed a football with no explanation of why we were there. Eventually a guy showed up with a manchette and split open coconuts and the crew added rum and gave it to us after which we waded/swam back to the boat.

First, Gian at Majestic Mirage suggested an AWSOME half-day excursion for the four of us. George and his crew on the boat were GREAT!! I especially liked that they all really seemed to enjoy their jobs. Cudos to management for that. The food from the floating “food truck” was better than anything we’ve had at our resort. In all, the four of us had a WONDERFUL time. Thank you!

Don Julio was the best! We were a little skeptical being from the US and our first time traveling but overall we would love to do this again! The staff are very friendly, helpful, and fun! The food was delicious and the snorkeling was a great first experience! As well as being a great price in our opinion for all that is included! I would recommend this to anyone interested in enjoying an excursion!

The cruise was fantastic, the snorkelling opportunities were amazing with lots to see. Can’t rave about the lunch enough- tender steak and perfectly cooked seafood. The only let down is the walk through souvenir vendors at the end of the trip. Everything else is amazing!

Staff were all amazing and kept us entertained the entire time. Food was amazing, as was the experience. I can't belive how little this cost for everything we got. I feel like it should have cost a lot more than what we paid. But all the staff were so, so kind, funny, and truly amazing.

Absolutely amazing experience, had a fantastic time from start to finish. The tour guides are really friendly and helpful. I’m not a strong swimmer and they were really supportive and made me feel safe when I was snorkelling. The food was fantastic. Nothing felt rushed and overall we had an amazing time. Would recommend this experience to everyone.

The Sharky team are very friendly, funny and welcoming. The odd time we could’ve done with a better explanation of “the bar ingredients are now in the water over there, feel free to hop off for a drink in the sea” kind of thing, but it’s not a big deal, we had plenty to drink. I liked the menu offerings, I LOVED the beach and coconut drink stop & the snorkelling felt safe. Hated walking through the vendors between the reception and boat, felt harassed even if briefly.

Trip is excellent but let down by TUI rep telling us the wrong pick up point. Arrived at destination 45 minutes late which delayed the sailing departure for everyone else. Also told we would be allowed to take hotel towels.. which were taken from us by security at gate. The TUI rep apologised for wrong information, but never checked back with to make sure we actually made the sailing. The actual trip is really good and food quality excellent

Need a life/floating jacket for safety during snorkeling, does not matter if a person can swim, can be optional.The place we went for the coco drink was not satisfying. The beach is not that clean, though it's remote. Basically, just went there to drink a coconut juice with rum. Food was satisfying though.

All the organisation from pick up at hotel to return was excellent. The food selection was good, the service on board couldn’t be faulted and the length of trip and activities just what we wanted. The only thing for us personally was maybe a lack of Prosecco/sparkling wine as a drink option

The whole experience was amazing. The crew were great and the captain was good fun, very cheerful and happy. The experiences we did throughout the morning were fantastic with a great amount of time spent on each activity. The snacks, unlimited drinks and lunch were delicious. Only negative would be having to wait for others to get on the bus transfer in the morning as they were in the wrong place to catch it. Otherwise one of the best trips I’ve done. This is, by far the best excursion in Punta Cana. The care staff gave was 2nd to none. Only 1 part was a bit stressful and that was the little market and the pushy sellers. When you get back to the beach go to the left corridor and the sellers are much nicer and take no for an answer. I am limited mobility and itp was fantastic how the staff supported me. 10/10 from me.

Captin Rona, bartender Adrian and our main man Kevin gave us a wonderful experience. Our private charter for the 14 in our party was great and the Snorkeling and floating bar were awesome. The lobster, steak and chicken skewers were over the top! The private charter was the highlight for our groups vacation!! When we come back to Punta Cana we will do it again. The trip overall was fabulous. Very good value for money, with fun/friendly staff and an amazing experience. I feel that more than one snorkeling element would of been nice rather than just one, but otherwise and extremely good excursion.

My wife and I felt the snorkeling trip was very rushed. We only visited half of the spots mentioned in the itinerary, and the so-called “natural pool” was located in the middle of a seaweed patch. The pre-snorkel training was disorganized and rushed, which could easily result in injuries if the same speed-over-safety approach continues. Overall, the experience did not match what was advertised, and safety should be taken more seriousl

Great staff and excursion. The boat was clean and had nice accommodations for food and drink. The lobster and steak were good, maybe offer more food options. I like the lobster more and wish I could of paid more and had more and skipped the steak. Jorge was the funniest, he had us all up dancing and having a good time. The bartender also very friendly and accommodating. The fresh coconut water was a delicious treat also.

This was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The transfer arrived on time - a minibus to ourselves with aircon, which was waiting afterwards to take us back. The guides were incredibly professional, fun and capable, especially Jorje! Fun atmosphere on the catamaran with plenty of drinks but without it being a ‘party’ vibe which we wouldn’t have liked. Food was delicious and I don’t know how they delivered it. Totally recommend this experience - safe, fun, friendly.

Our guide Don Julio and the whole staff were amazing!! The food was excellent! We enjoyed it and had a great time! The only thing is the seaweed, but that is out of your control. Love, love, loved this excursion. Staff was amazing, by prepping the snorkeling area with oatmeal ********** before we got in. Found certain fish and would call us over to see, navigated boat for us to see sea turtles. Offered me just a coconut since I don't drink rum. My only complaint would be volume of music just a tad too loud. But overall would recommend 1000 times.

SUCH AN AMAZING TRIP. This trip was amazing start to finish, the guides were brilliant, really interactive, even remembered our names. Constantly brought us drinks and were knowledgable on allergies which was reasurring! The day didn’t drag, perfect length (8am-2pm), 3 stops on the boat, one for snorkelling which you were provided with floats and constantly watched by the staff, one for a coconut on the beach and one for a floating bar and more optional snorkelling. Great day - highly recommend!

Absolutely loved this trip well worth the money Felt very looked after all afternoon. The staff were really helpful and funny. Lunch was lovely lobster and steak served up by a floating kitchen amazing.
