As the home of sherry, the capital of horsemanship and the birthplace of flamenco, Jerez offers a fascinating day trip on the Costa de la Luz. You'll watch the Andalusian horses dance, feel the passion of flamenco and taste the world-famous sherry the city is known for. We'll travel by air-conditioned bus to Jerez de la Frontera, just a short distance inland. Once we arrive, you'll enjoy a sightseeing tour by bus and then continue to explore the city centre by foot before settling down to watch the incredible Andalusian horse dancing show at the Royal Equestrian School.Then you'll be able to immerse yourself in flamenco and enthralling sounds of the Spanish guitar with a lunchtime show. We'll round off the tour at the famous González Byass bodega – home of Tio Pepe sherry – for a tour and, of course, a tasting.

Ein sehr interessanter Tagesausflug nach Jerez, mit vielen neuen Eindrücken. Die Stadtrundfahrt, der Besuch der Spanischen Hofreitschule, das Mittagessen mit der Flamenco Show im Restaurant und die anschließende Führung in der Bodega González Byass, mit Sherry Verkostung vermitteln einen guten Einblick in die Schönheiten der Costa de la Luz.

I really enjoyed my trip to Jerez. Our guide, Maria Elvira, was very friendly and professional and made sure everything about the day ran smoothly. The visits to the historical centre, the equestrian school, the flamenco show and the Gonzalez Byass museum were all really interesting.

De grootte van de groep zou kleiner mogen. De transfer mag minder stops hebben, het geeft nu het gevoel dat je een halve dag in de bus zit. Attracties waren fantastisch en de tapas heerlijk!

Mit 55 Personen im Bus und insgesamt 105 Personen in der Gruppe, eindeutig zu viel. Das Einzige positive war die Reiseleiterin. Sie hat das Beste aus der Tour gemacht.

Alles in allem war es ein schöner Ausflug. Durch die sehr große Gruppe war es zeitweise ein wenig hektisch. Unsere Reiseleitung Heike hat alles Wissenswerte erklärt und sich gut gekümmert. Wir würden den Ausflug weiterempfehlen.

Die Gruppe ist etwas zu groß gewesen. Negativpunkt war die Hofreitschule. Es kann nicht sein, dass Tierschutz so untergraben wird. Absolut unnatürlich. Die Pferde wurden mit den Sporen blutig getreten.

Whole experience was very good except the tapas was disappointing. We would have loved to have longer to explore Jerez a lovely old town but not enough time on a busy tour. The horse show was excellent. The Flamenco was Fabulous. So pleased we booked the tour.

Es war alles sehr gut organisiert.Die Reiseleiterin hat alles super erklärt und Fragen beantwortet. Man fühlte sich rund um gut aufgehoben. Im Bus funktionierte die Klimaanlage wohl nicht so richtig . Das war nicht ganz so schön , aber ansonsten war es ein toller Ausflug … sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Tour war toll.Carmen , unser Guido war SPITZE .Sie hat uns sehr viel über Jerez erzählt.Flamenco war super schön, nur das Essen war nicht so toll, Tapas waren zuwenig und nicht schmackhaft.Hackbällchen waren sehr lecker , Gemüse leider kalt. Das Eis hätte man nicht gebraucht.Die spanische Hofreitschule war fantastisch , die Show super schön.Die Sherry Verkostung und Führung war sehr interessant und lecker.Rundum ein wunderbarer Ausflug , sehr empfehlenswert.

Der Ausflug ist interessant, aber könnte besser organisiert werden Es gibt da mehrere Highlights, aber kaum Freizeit, dafür mussten wir halbe Stunde im Bus warten, bis die Reiseleiterinnen Tickets für die Reitschule organisiert hatten. Das Mittagessen war ausreichend, Flamenco und Weinkellerei toll.

In unserem Fall war nicht die Reise das Problem, sondern die Zusage der Mitarbeiterin im Hotel. Wir hatten explizit nach einer vip Tour gefragt. Leider haben wir eine „normale“ Tour mit insgesamt 50 Teilnehmern statt der zugesagten 25 bekommen. Es wurde zwar alles gezeigt was vereinbart war, aber die Gruppengröße und die Organisation an sich sind verbesserungsbedürftig. Teilweise wurde 4 mal die gleiche Strecke gefahren…Maria hat sich aber sehr viel Mühe geben

Unsere Reiseleiterin Maria hat uns prima durch den ganzen Tag begleitet. Auf alle Fragen gab sie bereitwillig Antwort. Der Ausflug war sehr abwechslungsreich mit Stadterkundung von Jerez, Hofreitschule, Flamencovorführung und Sherryverkostung. Uns hat der Ausflugstag sehr gut gefallen.

The sherry tasting and tour was exceptional. Flamenco show was very good and much better than one we have seen in Madrid. The food was tasty and just enough. We asked for a Coke Zero as our second drink but this was on the flat side so quality if this could be improved. The second half of the horse show was better than the first half. We were probably expecting it all to be like this with maybe some plumes of feathers and other props. Advice to bring a fan would also gave been useful.

Ein rundum gelungener Tag, dank unserer tollen Reiseführerin, die uns mit viel Wissen, Geschichte und Kultur begeistert hat. Die Stadtführung war spannend, die Reitschule beeindruckend, und die Tapas mit Flamenco und Gitarrenmusik ein echtes Erlebnis. Die Sherry Verkostung zum Abschluss war das i-Tüpfelchen. Jerez an sich ist halt ne Stadt wie jede Andere auch. Einkaufsstraße wie jede größere Stadt. Die spanische Hofreitschule....., für die einen große Show, für mich Tierquälerei. Flamenco und Mittag okay, Bodega mit Verkostung informativ und okay.

Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art show was amazing and worth the trip just for this alone. Lunch and Flamenco Show was again very good (maybe install AC?). Gonzales Byass Tour was very well put together and very interesting with an excellnet guide. On top of all this, we had free time and a guided tour first up in the morning of Jerez. An thoroughly enjoyable day out and well worth the money!

Leider war die Reiseleiterin nicht in der Lage sich im Bus verständlich zu machen. Evtl. lag es an der Technik. Da wir eine Außentemperatur von fast 40 grad hatten war die Tour sehr anstrengend. Sicherlich wäre es entspannter wenn man die Jerez-Tour an 2 Tagen - jeweils für einen 1/2 Tag anbieten würde.

Der Ausflug war insgesamt wunderschön, vor allem hervorragend geführt! Wenn es ein kleines Mango gab, dann bei der Sherryverkostung, bei der nur eine Sorte Cherry angeboten wurde und ein Brandy. Das haben wir schon anders erlebt. Ansonsten war alles perfekt.

Die Events waren alle wunderbar und Informativ. Ich finde jedoch, dass es für einen Tag zuviel Events sind. Da jedes Event für sich so eindrucksvoll ist hätte es mehr Raum und Zeit verdient. Ich hätte mich gerne noch länger in der Reitschule und bei Gonzales Byass umgesehen. Und auch in Jerez wäre ich gerne länger verblieben.

De reisleiding Michelle en antoino waren geweldig goede uitleg en communicatie. De paardenshows fantastisch mooi De bodega indrukwekkend met een geweldige gids in het Nederlands en Engels. De flamingo overweldigend, maar de tapas vonden wij niet erg lekker alles was zuur en koud en heel erg weinig. Bovenal een topdag en de airco in de bus was heerlijk met 34 graden

Also die Stadtrundfahrt mit dem großen Bus ist sinnlos, da man daraus nicht sieht, wenn etwas auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite oder vorne gezeigt werden soll. Da wären kleine Buse oder wirklich eine richtige Stadttour zu Fuß viel besser. Das Lokal für Mittagessen ist sehr "abgefrackt" und das Essen selber war meiner Meinung nach auch nicht qualitativ. Dafür war die Pferdeshow , die cherrydestelerieund die Flamencoshow super toll. Die Reiseleiterin hatt sie sehr gut um alle Gäste gekümmert.

The tapas was not tapas as I know it. It was very disappointing and it's one of the reasons I initially booked the excursion. Being provided with water during the day would have helped as I came back with a migraine and feeling hungry and sick and dehydrated. I loved the flamenco, that was the highlight. The town itself is charming and beautiful. The horse show was far too long, while there were some good bits I'd also say it was pretty boring overall. The wine tasting was good,

La visite en elle-même est intéressante mais aucun commentaire en français. On paye comme les autres et au final on n 'a pas d'explications, on ne comprend pas ce qu'on voit. Pas assez de temps libre non plus. Les places pour le spectacle des chevaux sont les moins bonnes: au dernier rang avec 2 enfants! L'horaire n'est pas idéal: nous avons reçu le repas de midi à plus de 14h...

Sehr gute Organisation der Reiseleitung,vielleicht etwas überfrachtet mit den einzelnen Events, so hätte man evtl den Aufenthalt in der Reitschule gerne verlängern können, um sich mehr in Ruhe anzuschauen. Die Aufnahmekapazität bei der letzten Station war schon deutlich reduziert. Möglicherweise Stadtrundfahrt weglassen….Reiseleiterin Maria hat sich vorbildlich verhalten und bewies immer großes Engagement.

Die Tour nach Jerez war sehr interessant. Es gab sehr viel zu sehen, wobei ich die Königlich-Andalusische-Reitschule ganz besonders hervorheben möchte. Auch bei dieser Tour hat uns Juanita als Guide begleitet, uns einige bezaubernde Orte gezeigt und uns an ihrem Wissen teilhaben lassen. Vielen Dank dafür. Leider auch hier ein Punkt Abzug für den Preis.

Guide sehr gut, klar verständlich, gutes Timing, gutes Deutsch, gute Organisation . Preis haben wir 2 x 107 € bei Tui Mitarbeiterin Nicole bezahlt.Haben es jedoch paar Stunden später im Netz bei Tui Amusement mit 10 % Rabatt bis 17.11.24 für die Nachsaison gesehen. Haben insgesamt 3 Ausflüge für 2 Personen für über 600 € zum Normalpreis!!!! bezahlt. Wir finden das nicht ok.

Das Programm hat einen etwas zu stressige Eindruck hinterlassen. Speziell die Reiseleitung konnte einem teilweise leid tun,eine Herde von über 50 Teilnehmern zusammen zu halten.Der Programmzeitdruck war ständig allgegenwärtig.

Enjoyed the day . The only negative was the food that was included in the price we would rate it a 4 out of ten . We took more food with us as we were told its very small quantities. Would have preferred proper tapas. The flamingo dancers was good after the meal. The wicker chairs was very small and uncomfortable to seat for a long period of time. No fans on in the room making this unpleasant. The horse show good but the toilets did not flush and no water to wash your hands. Very poor

Too much time in Jerez, shops closed Been better to miss the shopping bit & go straight to horses to get more time to look around before the show Horse show was brilliant Food in Flamenco show was poor -very small dishes to share Wine tour was informative Tour guide Carmen was good

Guid hat unterwegs zu wenig über die Gegend erzählt, welche durchfahren wurde. Teilweise standen große Flächen unter Wasser, gab es riesige abgeerntete Felder (was wurde angebaut, wie bewässert?).

Particulièrement apprécié : la visite du domaine de vin de Xérès ( GONZALEZ BYASS). La visite de l’école équestre de Jerez et son spectacle sont remarquables. Mention particulière de satisfaction à notre guide (Juanita) ainsi qu’au chauffeur de bus (Tomas)
