ATV -amazing / Zip line -amazing My daughter and wife did the horseback riding as the last activity. They were the only ones (no one else at that time riding) and they were incredibly intimidated by the 2 men that took them out. Safety was something of a concern, as my daughter wasn't in lead and the horse set off into a canter within 2 min of leaving the stables. No discussion/conversation. Both men made inappropriate comments/invitations to both, spoiled the whole experience and felt sad!

The excursion was a thoroughly enjoyable experience for my 18 year old grandson, as he was able to drive a quad bike within safe boundaries, as well as it being a nice environment with animals. He also enjoyed the zip wiring activity of which he found very interactive and safe.

Very horrible experience very unorganized staff was very rude waited OVER 2 hours for transportation and was told it was MY FAULT by the driver when we booked with the agent and she explained that our ride was for 9:30 am but the driver stated he had us for 7am very unprofessional wouldn’t recommend to anyone tried to get a refund and was told I could NOT because the agent we booked through was OFF and NO ONE on site could help

Did the ATV driving which was great and exhilarating. However, when we arrived it was not as organised and was waiting around for a while. Wasn't informed in advance from rep that there was a locker charge, which was nonrefundable. We put everything in locker including our phones, then there was an opportunity to take a photo by a lake. If we had known this, we would have taken our phones with us. Also, some of the group had booked other activities, so there was a long wait after we had finished

Our horse riding in the sea was a fantastic experience. My tour guide Gregory was amazing, made me feel safe and was very kind to my horse Sugar. He gave me lots of information about the way of life here. The ATV was a brilliant adrenaline experience. Wear old clothes, we got filthy ?? there is a VERY basic shower but take a change of clothes

The Jamwest part of our excursion was brilliant. Staff are great and very friendly/funny. Do NOT add the ricks cafe on as part of your tour though. You have to wait over 1hr longer than everyone else to leave, then 45min drive to get to there and then told we have only 25mins at ricks cafe then have to leave (before the sunset). Was told we would see it & thought we would be there for few hours, not quickly down a drink & go

The guides were great, they cared about what they do and were genuinely happy to guide us. Both guides from the ATV experience were great; all three guides on the Zipline were great, especially “FIREEEE”. He was extremely happy doing his job. Ian and Brak on the horse ride were great, describing plants on the way. For the experience overall, bare in mind you tip all the staff throughout, the price of the excursion was too much. It also stated that you get a welcome drink, which we didn’t get.

We booked the atv and were told no photographs as they had a photographer so we paid for a nonrefundable $7 locker to put all our bags in but half way round the course we had a 5min stop where we could take photos and then another stop to buy drinks. As we had put all our stuff in the lockers we had no camera or money so we was quite disappointed that we wasn't told of this at the beginning. Overall the course was good but could have done with being a bit longer.

zipline and were fab - staff for these activities were ace (couldn’t fault them). When booked we were told we would have time to use the other activities and spend all day there ($500+ I would expect so!!). This was not the case. finished 3rd activity and got told we needed to leave as bus was ready (weren’t told the time the bus was leaving). Manager knew we wanted to stay. Raised with TUI rep at hotel - heard nothing since. Not worth the money - disappointed as didn’t get what we were promised

Great experience, the driver arrived on time and everything was clearly explained. Whilst waiting to be taken to the horses, we were entertained by talking parrots who all had their own individual characteristics. The horse ride itself was amazing, I rode a pleasant horse named Redman and my guide Ian was great, he taught me about the different types of plants on the track and his life growing up in Jamaica. I would recommend taking spare shorts/skirt for your journey back, you do get wet.

The horse riding into the sea was so good the guides stay with you & there very knowledgeable, you don't have a guide with you on the bus, be warned the trucks that take you to your different experience at jamwest expect tips so just mskesure you have some dollars, I didn't tip them but they do expect it..remember to ask what time you have to be picked up as I wasn't told so had to rely on another member from the tour

fantastic day we did the ,jam culture , zip line, atv had brilliant guides for all from jamwest. only problem was the bus rides there and back took 3 hours there and 4 hours coming back on very rough roads and the drivers don't take their time over here felt battered getting off the buses

The staff were all friendly and welcoming. During the horseback riding, staff were clear in their instructions on how to get the best ride from your horse, both on land and in the sea. Loved how their spoke about the different trees along the pathway to the sea, the olive tree was my favourite

We done atv track it was Amazing or on the quads for about 45min recommend old clothes and trainers u get wet and dirty Then we did zip line brilliant guides made it so much fun and we’re good with my son and daughter who were a bit scared of the height but they went for it with support Take swim wear there is a mineral bath which was needed after lunch just to relax before heading home

Great staff and the horses look well looked after. My horse Boxer had a close bond with the handler / guide. A nice walk down to the sea, where some pictures were taken, then return back to the compound. A great experience, but all over too quickly.

We bought a package of 2 activities. The ATVs, which was good. And the Safari, which was bad. The Safari consisted of a drive across a very over grown race track, through some trees, then a very short walk across a broadwalk that had a Crocodile in a very small cage, and a snake in an even smaller one. A large tortoise that again was in a really small chicken wire cage. That was it. Back to the truck, where we had a shot of rum then on to an Avery, which was chickens and doves. Not worth money

No additional value booking with TUI. I’d get a cab and pay on the door. Was very quiet and despite checking with our rep that all would be open and told it was.. it wasn’t. Have to tip drivers, short trips to the activities as well as the guides , $5 for lockers and prob need 1 each so it adds up to a very expensive 2 45 activities. The ATV and horse riding was very good and the guides are 1st class. Just go direct as no added value booking with TUI

Horse guides were extremely informative throughout the horse riding experience. Was brilliant to swim with the horses in the water. However, if you are only there for one activity, then be mindful you may have to spend time after the activity waiting around for the return bus. On our bus people were doing 1, 2 or 3 activities. The bus driver was not the friendliest.

Fabulous day out... 7,5 km quad bike track... Lots of fun... Take lots of liquid to hydrate... Zipline course is both terrifying and exhilarating, dual line and sturdy safety harness... Staff are very good and safety conscious.

Not great value for money and frankly pretty expensive for what we got. We did the ATVs, zip line and horse riding. They were all ok, but not stunning and we’ve had much better versions on other holidays. Also, the bus schedule back was a bit hit and miss. Finally, the overt pressure to tip everyone we came into contact with felt a bit draining.

We did the ATV and horse riding at Jamwest. Bought water shoes before going, thank you to our TUI rep for advising we do this! ATV was brilliant, we got quite muddy as enjoyed going through the puddles. Horse riding was good too, we each had a member of the team who stayed with us during the ride, and we have some lovely photos taken. Lunch was delicious. Would recommend you take plenty of small change, as tipping after you visit each section of the park seems to be expected.

We were very pleased that the horses we rode seemed well cared for and happy. Our guides were knowledgeable and polite. It was a gentle ride but I was lucky to have a guide who let me trot and canter a tiny bit when he recognised I could ride a horse. The swim on horseback was magical.

The double buggy was good wish had done the ATV instead on my own. The staff gave all instructions needed to use the ATV's etc. The tour part, the guide was very good and knowledgeable about all the areas. Feeding the birds was fun watching them as they flew to you when you had food in your hand.

We did the horse riding trip and this was amazing and the guides were great. We went to the aviary and petting zoo after which we didn’t enjoy so much as there was a lot of animals and birds in very small cages.

Ik heb een hele leuke tijd gehad. Geweldige ervaring. Vriendelijke service. Geweldig leuk personeel wat daar rond loopt . Leggen alles goed uit. Nemen hun tijd. Vanaf ophalen tot aan einde was het 1 woord , geweldig. En de route zelf op de ATV was heel lang en spannend. Ik had hierbij wel een 1 op 1 ervaring niet in een groep.

1) The Jamculture safari tour guide was very knowledgeable but the actual tour needs more Jamaican indigenous flora & fauna. Animals in their natural habitats (secured) would be nice to walk through on that elevated wooden path. 2) The mineral bath was great. Changing area was rustic but nice. Sitting areas next to bath area in need of repairs. Toilets were clean but no water to flush or was hands. 3) Did the ATV for the second time and as usual it was fantastic.

The ATV buggy was fantastic, the zipline was fantastic for my husband but not for me as I was told that I could exit at any platform if I didn’t want to carry on which was not true, horse riding was our first experience on horse back and we both thoroughly enjoyed it

I didnt like the 5usd chg for the locker key was not refundable and charge you nearly 50Usd for all your photos when in most of them your looking absolutely terrified anyway!! in the end i paid 10usd for the one i was actually smiling in lol! Aside from from that my Zip line experience on my birthday was absolutely amazing!! The guys that took me up Kevan and 2 others were absolutely brilliant clear instructions fantastic!! thank you

Would have liked to know what happens thete after you get your passes as just left to find out, but then it was great fun. The Zip wire was really good, quite was really helpful and funny. ATV course was great fun and the horse riding magic. Only thing we found not so good was time scale, nobody knew what time we would be picked up and 2 of our party went to the mineral pool but couldn't get back as guide had no radio .

An amazing experience whatever event you choose. We chose ATV tour and zip line. Staff were pleasant and safety conscious. Your safety and fun were priority

The atv’s were good a fun track suitable for experienced and beginners. However the horse riding wasn’t great it was a tiny dirt road straight to the sea (the only good bit) however I don’t feel like they actually care about the horses very much. For the 45 minutes we were at that section I didn’t see 1 water bucket for the 20+ horses tacked up which is alarming considering the heat. Horses seem overworked and a lot had whip marks on their backs. The safari was also poor value for money

Great
Horse ride down and into the sea was great fun. The horses appear to enjoy it too. Zip lining was fun with great views from the towers. What we didn’t know was that a shuttle bus returns visitors to Negril throughout the day. After we did our last paid activity we were ushered onto the bus to return to Negril. We had hoped to take a look round the rest of the site and take a dip in the pool. A lot of the animals there are in cages or enclosures that are inadequate, especially the crocodiles.
