Regarding the sauna, remember there is no pressure to go into the cold water or to push yourself too hard in the sauna. Many people feel a little nervous, particularly with the cold-water dip, but we will be there to guide, advise, and encourage you every step of the way
Remember, no one will be fully naked, and you can bring a towel into the sauna to cover yourself if you would like; it is seen as very normal. You don't have to do anything you are not 100% comfortable with; the goal is to have fun and make great memories
