Wow what an amazing experience. We loved it. It was a hands on experience from the moment we arrived to the moment we left. We got to stroke the elephants, have a mud bath with them then a bath with them. The photos they took for us and sent us were completely free and of such good quality.

What an incredible experience! I cannot recommend this highly enough. Getting to feed and pet these incredible creatures was such a humbling experience. Reindeer and the rest of the team provided us all with such a memorable day. All these animals had such lovely characters it was an honour to spend the day with them

The elephant sanctuary was amazing, you get a safety talk and hear about the history of them and where they came from. You get to feed the elephants, as well as prepare their food and watch them take a mud bath and play in the water. We made paper from elephant ********** (yes you heard that right) made tie dyed head scarfs and even had a cooking lesson which we got to then eat. Lunch was great and we even got a little gift bag to take home. It was a fabulous experience.

Excellent time at the elephant sanctuary . We learned about why they ended up in the sanctuary, fed them, washed them after a mud bath and swim and then made a pad thai which we ate accompanied by some food prepared by the staff. The guide was fabulous - friendly , informative and encouraging. An all round fantastic experience

We really enjoyed our trip to the elephant Sanctuary. Our guide Kay was very knowledgeable & informative/helpful & the elephant handlers (Chicken) were friendly/helpful & dedicated to their work. We also learnt to cook Pad Thai here & we made ink coloured clothes to take home as souvenirs. Most importantly the elephants have been rescued and homed in this safe environment as we would never support wrongdoing to animals.. This was a great trip.

Very well organised the guide Kevin and Anna spoke and understood perfectly English. We spoke about food allergies as one of our travellers had a fish allergy so they advised that the cooking part there is no fish sauce to our relief. Elephants we enjoyed the up close and personal making their food petting them lots of pictures taken by our phones and you get a link to the pictures they took at no extra cost absolutely amazing experience

This was an awesome time, with 4 female elephants. Our time at the jungle sanctuary was led by K and the team. He was so informative, friendly and ensured we had the bestest time. The elephants of course were the stars of our day, an unforgettable experience, feeding them, and making them their treats, and learning about them, We went down to their bathing area with them but didnt bath them as we had expected but still an amazing time that we will remember forever thank you K

Fantastic experience- staff clearly went above and beyond to make this experience memorable. Very organised day, lots of information provided and opportunities for a hands on experience to feed and wash the elephants. Food prepared was amazing and overall one of the best excursions. Im pleased this excursion focused on the welfare and rehoming of elephants and not as tourist entertainment (rides etc) as other companies advertise.

Super leuke tourguide, Noon. Ze was lief, aardig en grappig. Kon op alle.vragen antwoord geven. Het was een leuke internationale groep waarmee we waren. Prachtig om te zien hoe de olifanten behandeld worden. De lunch was geweldig!

Unforgettable experience to be so up close to the elephants, and being able to feed and touch them. The staff genuinely seem to love and care for these animals. We were fortunate in that there were only 8 of us on the tour so had plenty of personal time to spend with the two elephants in our camp. We also had the opportunity to hose them down and watch them swim. The lunch was also lovely and the experience to help cook a local dish a great add on.

A wonderful experience, from all the staff, particularly the guide who was very informative, and the elephants who were delightful. Each part of the experience was fun and entertaining. An excellent lunch was provided. We had a small group of 6 people which made the experience so much more enjoyable. Well done to TUI who provided a taxi there and back to the Santuary - clearly there was no need for a mini bus. Lady driver was excellent and very polite.

Guido war super, was zur negativen Bewertung führt ist, dass die Zeit mit den Elefanten viel zu kurz ist. Man sollte auf das Mittagessen oder das Erstellen eines Batiktuches statt dessen lieber verzichten Die Informationen zu den Elefanten war sehr ausführlich, die kurze Zeit mit den Tieren war super.

Ein toller Ausflug, den wir nur empfehlen können. Hier kann man Elefanten erleben und zwar in einer liebevollen Umgebung, wo man merkt, dass es den Tieren gut geht. Das war ein Punkt, der uns sehr wichtig war. Das Essen war super lecker. Und sie Guide waren einfach klasse! Klare Empfehlung!

An absolutely fabulous experience. Very informative guides. Plenty of time to feed the elephants and watch them playing in the mud and being washed. Nothing was rushed. Added bonus of food and drink on arrival and a late lunch. The opportunity to do some tie dye was also great fun and a lovely momento of our trip. We were also given canvas bags as a reminder of our time at the sanctuary.

Meeting the elephants close up, making their food then feeding them was very special, and all in an ethical environment! The staff were friendly and informative - if you want to see elephants that are being well looked after, no chains or circus tricks then this is the trip to do!

Wir konnten die Elefanten aus nächster Nähe bei ihrem normalen Tagesablauf beobachten (fressen, baden, nochmal fressen). Wir haben selber Futter zubereitet und durften die Elefanten damit füttern. Nebenbei haben wir viele Fakten über Elefanten allgemein und den Umgang mit den Elefanten vor Ort gehört. Die zusätzlichen Aktivitäten (batiken, Kochkurs) wären nicht notwendig gewesen, aber sie waren gut ins Programm eingeflochten und haben nicht gestört. Insgesamt ein sehr beeindruckendes Erlebnis!

Es war wirklich ein tolles Erlebnis. Wir waren die einzigen Teilnehmer und hatten dadurch eine private Tour. Die zwei Guids Anni und Hanna haben die Führung mit viel Wissen, Leidenschaft und Liebe zu den Elefanten durchgeführt. Wir durften die Elefanten bei ihren täglichen Ritual begleiten. Außerdem kochten wir noch ein leckeres Gericht und wurden hervorragend verköstigt. DANKE für dieses tolle Erlebnis

Right from the time we entered the office were amazing. Very conscious for time.Staff were very polite and knowledgeable. Enjoyed how safely we were managed in the water while bathing the elephants and one Mahout dedicated to each elephant.

Ansich war es ein tolles Erlebnis, aber die Mitarbeiter wirkten sehr abneigend und manchmal irgendwie nicht so freundlich zu einen, das Buffet war lecker und es war ein wirklich einzigartiges Erlebnis, ich hätte mir gewünscht das die Mitarbeiter freundlicher gewesen wären zu einen.
