À quoi s'attendre
Get ready to discover the history of Córdoba thanks to the most representative monuments of the city and see how the Islamic, Christian and Jewish faiths marked their presence in the city.Skip the long lines of the 8th-century Cathedral-Mosque and marvel at its forest of columns and double arches. Admire the mihrab (apse) of the former mosque and see how its transformation into the city's cathedral was able to maintain the old Islamic structure, while also adding the typical elements of a Christian church. Then, prepare to take a stroll through the Jewish Quarter to see the Arabic market, and the bronze statue of the medieval Sephardic philosopher, Maimonides.End with a tour of the Alcázar de los Reyes Cristianos, one of the primary residences of Isabella I of Castile and Ferdinand II of Aragón.
